Wonderful vacation.

There were everthing what you need for a wonderful vacation. Hostess Lisa was very friendly. She brought a breakfest on our terrace. View from pool for beautiful. There was peace and quiet. You can buy a wine and olive oil made by Lisa. Also she gives instructions how to get to Florence. We are very grateful.

Brilliant stay, will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

The views from our private veranda were amazing. Breakfast was served to us each morning there. The breakfast itself was fantastic, lots of choice and very coeliac friendly. Lisa went above and beyond for myself and my daughter who are both coeliacs. The pool was beautiful, clean and so peaceful. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautiful and peaceful location. Would highly recommend.

The place is amazing. Lisa is super gently and she makes everything she can for make you comfortable. If you want relax and enjoying time in the nature that's the right place for you! we had our dog with us and she was so happy to be able to run and play around the pool!

Peaceful and relaxing

It’s was in the middle of the Italian countryside. A converted farm. Immaculately kept clean. The owner LISA couldn’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable and memorable, such a lovely lady.

Perfect stay

We loved the quiet location and beautiful surroundings. The apartment was well equipped and of a great size for us as a family of 4. The location is great to explore Tuscany, in particular Florence which is stunning. The kids loved the swimming pool, the playground and the wealth of toys available to borrow. The views are out of this world. Most importantly, Lisa was the most amazing host - so warm, welcoming, kind and happy. We absolutely loved her amazing breakfasts also!

Super, highly recommend!

We booked the room with a private terrace and the view from that terrace was the reason we chose this location: it is amazing!! We enjoyed eating breakfasts and grilling dinners in this beautiful terrace so much. Breakfasts were super good also, you have many options to choose every morning. Also the pool was couple of times by coincidence for our private use; nice! The owner Lisa is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend, especially the apartment with private terrace, for anybody who appreciates great Tuscan views. Also apartment had good airco in living room, and both bedrooms.

We liked everything, but want to mention that the road to the location is quite bumpy at the end, we were happy to have a proper car in use :). Also the distance to closest grocery shop is around 15-1i9 by car. Lisa has minishop with drinks and smth small though open every morning.

Superb

Breakfast was very good with so many selections..what to have? 😊 Our main attraction was the pool which was a blessing considering the weather was stunting for us. Lisa was a delight, so accommodating and helpful with regards to surrounding areas to visit.. nothing was a problem.

Perfect farm stay close to Florence

Excellent view. Clean property. The facilities were good too. Lisa as a host is fantastic. She is very passionate about the home stay and works very hard to keep it clean. The breakfast was excellent and was customised to every one’s individual needs. She is very organised.

The rooms may need a bit of upgrade. Considering it’s a farm there were lot of ants that came to the rooms. Hope this is something that can be worked upon.

No view of the beautiful countryside scenary could been seen from our windows or at our patio. Limited privacy at the patio which you share with your neighbor Lack of basic kitchen supplies (i.e., no paper towel, no ingredients except salt and pepper). For a short stay, it didn't make sense to buy supplies. Excessively poor condition of access road to the parking area and no restaurant within walking distance. No in-suit laundry machine Very thin walls. You can hear everything... 10am checkout time is early

We loved our stay! Lisa is wonderful, our daughter fell in love with her. It is a very peaceful place, beautiful territory, many activities to do with the whole family. Lisa is a great host, very friendly with lots of knowledge about the surrounding area. There are many beautiful small towns around that are great for day trips. The location, view and the host are really fantastic. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. We really enjoyed that the kids could help to make Pizza, which you can pre-order, also you can pre-order other food. A lot of stuff for (younger) kids to play with and a nice pool with a stunning view on the Tuscan countryside.

Keep in mind that the last 200/300 meters to the location are unpaved road. We really had a lot of mosquitoes even mid October, comes with countryside I think, so a spray or lotion may come in handy. Certain things/furniture are a bit outdated but that also has it's charm.

Lisa is wonderful, the place is charming and the each of the apartments are equiped with a grill and a balcony. You can choose the breakfast every day and can even choose it to be delivered in the room.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the cleaning of the room just happens once per week. You can hear a lot the apartment next to ours and the apartment was very dark.

Amazing

The breakfast was delicious. The pizza that we had for dinner one night was amazing. Lisa is super friendly and the whole experience is amazing. We really recommend this property and we will be back for sure.

A magical experience like no other ❤️

it’s a magical place like no other! the nature ,the beauty of the landscape, the amazing breakfast and meals, the gorgeous infinite pool, the animals, the many distractions for kids but most importantly the good vibe and friendly / familiar atmosphere! there’s happiness in the air and you can see it in Lisa’s face everyday. A wonderful place with family atmosphere. Lisa, the owner, is a beautiful person and her heart is everywhere in Casanova! In addition, there is a large and clean swimming pool, a garden and several attractions for kids. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning. Everything at the highest level. You can feel the Tuscan atmosphere! We will be back there for sure.

A great place to take some rest after a beautiful and tiring journey. Lisa, her owner, is always available to give you whatever you need with a nice and fresh smile. No disturbing sound at night and just birds singing at days. The swimming pool with a view complete this place. Supermarkets near by car, but also you can get here some foods & beverages, even pizza & wines homemade

Lovely little guest house served by a sweet host.

The host Lisa is making the difference with a great breakfast you can choose for a time you would like to start with. We enjoyed the early morning sun and sit at the reception building. Lisa is a local, lots of recommendations for sightseeing that we followed. The location is calm, it felt like we were on our own. The latest upgrade with the pool was a surprise and we enjoyed it in between. Do not expect this to be a 5+ star hotel or resort. It is not but totally fulfilling the needs of a habitat in the centre of Tuscony. Rooms beautiful with lovely views.

Maybe a bit too off in the woods as you need 15 minutes serpentines to get to the next town or village. But again it depends on what you need. Was good for us.

First of all, Lisa is the best host ever. She is nice, helpful, and prepares delicious breakfasts and pizzas. Her recommendations for nearby restaurants were very helpful. It is a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place. The view from the terrace caused joy every day. The place has no downsides.

Beautiful place for a relaxing vacation.

The view from the B&B of the vineyards and scenery is spectacular. The breakfast was excellent, even for us as vegetarians with a good selection of items to choose from. Lisa is an excellent host - very caring and is alway willing to do that extra bit to make you comfortable. The pool is really nice, especially on a hot day.

This is no fault of the B&B but the drive up to the the location was a bit of a challenge. That was mainly because both Apple maps and Google Maps took us to a completely wrong location when we put in the address. We reached late in the evening and after driving for about 3 Kms on a dirt road full of potholes and no lights, we realised that the maps had taken up to the wrong place. We ended up calling Lisa at around 11:30 p.m and she was kind enough to provide us verbal directions which eventually helped us reach the B&B.
