This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Luxury Oceanfront Condo-Sleeps 16 people. You're sure to make great vacation memories in this oceanfront Penthouse. The unit is absolutely stunning with many upgrades. It has an oversized private balcony with an amazing view. The building has an covered pool & an elevator. Open living/dining/kitchen area with large windows overlooking the ocean, updated kitchen with granite countertops and all appliances needed, sitting area with large bay window overlooking the ocean. 5 bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, and so much more...You won't want to go home! And getting to the top floor is quick and easy with the elevator. Just a few blocks to the Surfside Fishing Pier, local restaurants, ice cream parlor, library, parks, and much more.

The condo offers one king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, two full size beds in the third bedroom, 2 sets of Bunk Beds each with 1Twin (top) and 1 Queen bottom in the fourth bedroom, and 1 queen size bed in the fifth bedroom.
Linen rentals are available (different packages available) or you can bring your own.
3 assigned Parking spaces.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, outdoor lounge area with pool lounge chairs, built in charcoal grill, picnic table, outside shower, grass yard area, and private beach access.

We enjoyed our stay, enough so, that I already requested to stay here next year for the same event. It had it’s hiccups, like a very slow elevator and only 1 refrigerator, couldn’t check in until Saturday afternoon instead of Friday and no linens or towels(had to pay extra for them), but we enjoyed the location.

Unlike other beach houses that I have rented over the years, this penthouse has everything on one floor and an elevator so NO stairs! This is so important for more "senior" beachgoers. A few stairs to get down to the beach but that is it. Lisa was amazing at communicating. I was able to text her directly. She checked on us several times. I was so impressed with this place and her communication that we booked for the same week next year! 5 stars plus

Great location. Easy check in. Lisa was very reachable. Overall the unit was functional for our group of 12. The porch and unit however could use some updates. Kitchen was missing cookie sheets and midsize pots. Skylights in the one bedroom made it very bright in the morning. The queen bed in the small bedroom was an awkward style of bed.

Our group of 6 adults and 6 children felt right at home during our stay. The open great room and kitchen, with attached balcony, was a perfect gathering place. The 5 bedrooms gave each family the privacy we needed. We really liked the unique layout of the place. Only issue we had was the balcony railing needs to be reattached,... it is a little flimsy.

The condo was perfect for the family. Loved having the extra room. Love the deck over the ocean. Lots of bathrooms! Property is very clean and well maintained. They have puzzles and games there. Really my only issue was the mattresses were not what we was use to. Loved our time there and can't wait till we can go back!!!

We've been coming nto the SC coast in the summer all my life. This was a great property for a family get-together. Elevator was a huge plus for us with elderly parents this year. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the view. The open living room, dining area, and kitchen was great to house 13 people easily. Only complaint We have is the elevator kept breaking down. We had two elderly woman who couldn't walk the 3 flights of steps and they had to stay behind at times from activities when the elevator decided not to work.

Amazing ocean view from the balcony! On our last night, our entire family of 14 watched the lightning and thunderstorm under cover on the porch. With 5 bedrooms everyone had space to spread out. The common areas are spacious with lots of natural light. We truly enjoyed our week at Boston Commons.

This is a fantastic property for a large family. Lots of space, a nice pool and right on the ocean with a large balcony. The fully stocked kitchen and dining table for 8 make it easy to enjoy meals together. you are close to everything and the property owners are super nice. You can't go wrong with this terrific location.

We loved the location of the property. Right on the beach and within walking distance of several eateries. Short drive to lots of other places. We were there in Oct. and pretty much had the beach to ourselves, which was awesome, especially since the weather was perfect for hanging out on the beach all day. The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived.The penthouse has a great balcony for viewing the beach, enjoying the sunrise, etc. Inside, the great room has a huge couch, chairs, and dining table to accommodate a big group comfortably, with expansive ocean views -- exactly as depicted in the photos. The master bedroom also has ocean view, a door to the balcony and an en suite bath. The other bedrooms are of varying sizes and all except one have their own baths too, making it very convenient for a big group. It appears that renovations are underway for the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. In general, some updates need to be done. All the bathrooms have updated fixtures, but throughout the unit there are rooms that need wallpaper removed, painting done, etc. None of this impacted our stay -- I'm just reporting what we observed. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and tools, pots & pans, coffee pot, glassware, etc. Could use more coffee mugs -- there are only 6. As far as kitchen supplies, you will need to bring everything, including condiments -- only salt & pepper are provided. Same for paper products.We very much enjoyed having the pool available to us, as well as the grill area, and the use of an elevator made the trips up & down much easier! Property management is easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again!

The penthouse at Boston Commons is awesome! It’s open and spacious for families, but also allows for privacy as well. Lisa and Mary are so welcoming, gracious and accommodating which made our stay even more special!
