Good location. Close to all main ways to commute. Grocery shop is nearby and there are some markets as well in walking distance.
For longer stays it would be great to have more options on how to tidy up place ourselves, like a vacuum cleaner.
3.5
Excellent value for money, and the location was amazing.
No fault of the apartment, but the major downside was an extremely loud neighbour directly above the bedroom.
3.5
The location was amazing and it was great to have a full kitchen
The roof above the master bed had a leak, the shower doors were very tiny and was hard to access
3.5
Lovely location, the flats were well furnished and beds comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery and cooking tools which were handy for breakfast.
We very quickly discovered ants in the property, infesting everything we left out and the fridge when we had food in there.
The door to the property had no handle making it almost impossible to access if someone closed it.
The ceiling windows (downstairs flat) latches were broken so we couldn’t open them, anyone staying on the sofa bed were baking overnight.

Nothing good about this apartment, top floor. Hosts did not help or answer when we contacted them.
Stay away from this apartment. This ruined our whole stay in London and we had to move out due to sewage smell, lack of fire escape route, allergy reaction and the apartment looked nothing alike the pictures at booking.com. We contacted the host both by phone and email, and they did not reply any of our questions. Not even after the stay. The travelers did not feel safe staying in this apartment.
Booking.com did not even sanction the host after this stay. You will not get any help from the hosts if anything happens.

Generally clean, good location, easy to get around.
The front door to the property would not lock, the sofa bed was broken so couldn’t pull out the actual bed so had to use the sofa. The TV didn’t work at all. Very hot with no air con / fan. Ants were crawling all over the floor, had to keep bag and case on a higher bench / platform to stop this being an issue but were crawling out of a plant. Took a £200 deposit out of my account, although refundable, they took £200 and wouldn’t provide the entry details until this was charged.

it was good location
the shower opening was tiny and had to squeeze in and out. very uncomfortable. also the wifi was going in and out the whole time
3.5
Very good place, we reached London center and old town in few minutes. All the necessary amenities for living with a family.
We miss unless we have bigger brooms to sweep up.
3.5
Great location, efficient check in check out. Comfortable apartment size for location.

was so central everything was so close including a Sainsbury’s that was a 5 minute walk. the surrounding area had lots of nice food places and bars. would definitely come back to this property for the location.
it needs a little bit of tlc with paint and some cupboards loose but apart from that had a great stay.
3.5
Great location, close to nice restaurants and brick lane.
Terrible entrance to shower, too small couldn't get in and therefore could not have a shower the whole stay, was fine for the kids though.
3.5
Good location, easy to get. The place has enough space for 4 people.
We had an issue with the heating and they were very helpful!
Almost nothing - Better sidetables
3.5
Lots of options for all kinds of food at very short distance including restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. Still a nice and quiet place to stay. Handover of keys with lock box super easy. Flat was clean. Suits for 4 people.
Sofa bed has come into the years

The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff came to our aid anytime we called. It was such a nice stay around so many places. It was very convenient.
3.5
The location was very close to all the places we had booked for the weekend which was great. Property was clean and lock boxes provided were a good option to save taking the keys out with us.
3.5
The location was very good, easily reachable to all touristic places. Flat was clean and it was the same as it was seen on the pictures. Good value for money.
Sofa was very uncomfortable. It wasn't easy to ventilate the room because windows were on the roof. Wifi was not stable, we got disconnected from time to time.
3.5
Location was perfect.
The room was adequate but felt a little dirty. The shower was either scalding or freezing - there was no in between. The street entrance to the property looked terrible, no letterbox, wonky 'handle' that wobbled when I tried to open the door. The noise from the flat above was louder than I expected it to be which led to a pretty terrible sleep. TV didn't work.
Because of all of this I actually cut my trip short, changed my train ticket and headed home a day early.
3.5
The location was amazing and the living room was just what I imagined.
The fridge was tiny and the carpet/tiles were not well maintained which dropped the aesthetic of the whole abode.
3.5
Beds were comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean. Location great
Floorings, curtains and decor wasn't very clean

This was a perfect place for our large family traveling for tourism. The apartments were larger than expected and very comfortable and clean. The checkin process was easy. I made a mistake when booking and we ended up needing to switch rooms, but we weren't going to be around to move, so the cleaning staff actually moved all of our things to the new room for us. We couldn't believe it. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes walking to the train and several nice restaurants and a large grocery store.
None.

Check-in was smooth, and the master bedroom had a lovely bed as well as closets. It was spacious and the kitchen had coffee and sugar we could use. The washroom was nice and clean. The whole flat was extremely spacious.
The sofabed was extremely dusty, and also right below a roof window that had the summer sun shining straight into our faces that woke us up earlier than intended. The door locks were difficult to use.
3.5
Location is superb, right in the heart of shoreditch, less than a minute to brick lane, situated on a little side street, no noise overnight
We travelled by car & the 1st 5 carparks we tried were closed down! It took nearly an hour to find one open & it was at least 15 mins walk away.
3.5
The location and the fact that they reacted to my complaints regarding the place.
I used a lot of energy to pursued my family to the fact that it was ok. The front door handle fell of as we walked in, the Wi-Fi did not work, we used the table to hold the sofa together so that two people could sleep there and the window in the bedroom could not close, so lots of noise the first night. The place didn’t have the best reviews but we hoped and went for location, which is right by Brick Lane.

Great location.
very Shabby in need of some TLC!

Location was great, access was great and host was great, really communicative which was greatly appreciated. Kitchen was great and well equipped.
The flat smelt like cigarettes on arrival. The letter box was missing from the front door so massive gaping hole in the door. The water didn’t drain properly from the sink. The Shower cubical had cracked tiles and the door to get in the shower was tiny. I was then met with people in the flat above coming in at 2am and I could hear everything they were saying!!!
3.5
Perfect location for our purpose
A few technical issues

Great location. Easy check in. Host very responsive. Nice shower room
Entrance extremely shabby
Walls in flat very marked and dirty
