Had a great time here. Great little area to explore on foot. Good food and some little shops in the area.

Clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood.

We selected this property as our home base for a couple of days during the eclipse. Parking was easy. The place is quiet and tucked away. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. There were plenty of places to visit within walking distance or a short drive.

We have the best time in the Lou!! Especially when we find gems like this in places that we may not know about. What a great location, lots of small local businesses to support, easy to get to location, warm and comfortable environment.....we WILL be back! The hosts were great to work with as well!!! Great place for just the two of you or by yourself. Explore, engage, eat, shop, drink local!!!

It was a fine stay. Some issues with it rams in the house not working correctly.

We would recommend staying here.

We just needed a place to run away for the weekend. We are from a small town so we wanted to go to St Louis for a different setting. When we arrived there was a parade of instruments which was neat to see. Everything was clean and easily accessed.

What a perfect place to stay in while we were there for a wedding. It was very clean, safe, and plenty of places to explore nearby. The hosts were courteous and helpful to make sure our stay was pleasant. We wish we had more time to go to the Farmer’s Market close by while we were there and plan to visit again to do just that. Thanks Kevie and Rebecca!

I was stared down by a few of the neighbors upon arrival which was a little unsettling. When it was time to leave I almost fell down the back steps being they are pretty steep and it was raining. All in all that is very nit picky and in general we had a great stay, great weekend, and enjoyed being able to walk to a few restaurants in the area. Would not recommend walking the neighborhood alone or staying here alone if you are a woman.

Very comfortable living space. Bright and airy.

This place was perfect for us! Location provided fun and unique restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Very clean and no complaints, at all.
Check this place out for authentic Mexican food, TAQUERIA TORITA. (Aka El Torito)
And here, for amazing pizza, Yaquis.
Both on Cherokee Street.
Back deck was small but quaint.
We would definitely come back and urge you to visit this location. Perfection, Kevie!

Such a cool place to spend the night in St. Louis! Very comfortable loft with lots of room and great natural light. The balcony provided some nice outdoor space to enjoy the lunar eclipse after a ballgame. Walked to the Mud House for brunch. Would gladly return to both places again!

The apartment and area was amazing! We loved our time in. St. Louis and the apartment was the icing on the cake. The check in/out process was easy, the apartment was exceptionally clean, it felt safe (very important), very comfortable, close to downtown, so many cool places to eat in the area (suggest the Benton Park Cafe for breakfast) and more. My wife and I feel this place helped us to not only relax, but re-energize our relationship! FYI: Kevie was awesome! He responded to our questions and was very helpful when we needed an earlier checkin because of our concerns with the possible weather. We hiughly recommend this property to get an authentic experience of the city.

As I currently live in St. Louis, I had just enough time for a staycation and so I headed down the south side. A uniquely different part of St. Louis, an older, more authentic section of the city, the south side is fantastic. The architecture is magnificent and detailed and the community seems to embrace the originality of the city. It was a gorgeous, cold weekend and yet, people were out walking around, shopping and just enjoying the outdoors. Cherokee Street is an amazing street with shops up and down for blocks. I had breakfast at Morning Glory- where my search for the perfect pancake in St. Louis ended, right there. The staff was wonderful and the food was awesome - side note: one of the staff is a trained butcher, so the breakfast sausage is made in-house (and you can tell! It’s mouth-watering). I also stopped in at Tea Topia, it was the perfect compliment on my cold walk (one block) back to the VRBO.
This particular weekend, both nights were cold and rainy, which forced me to hang out in the apartment. I love the decor and felt comfortable & cozy. I recommend this VRBO to anyone. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and the property manager was close by - I didn’t need them, but I like it when they are close. When it is time for another staycation, I will come here again!

This was our second time booking with Kevie & Rebecca. The apartment we rented the last time we were here wasn’t available but the hosts quickly sent us additional options! Let me say they did not disappoint. The apartment was just as cute & functional as the last! Kevie stayed in constant contact with us & even checked in on us upon arrival. The bed was super comfy as usual! The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed! The check in & out process is extremely easy! I love staying on Cherokee Street because you’re minutes away from everything and it’s so easy to run up the street for a quick bite! Private parking is definitely a plus! If you’re in STL and need a place to stay skip the hotel & book with Kevie & Rebecca! We will definitely contact them on our next visit!

This a great little spot and was really clean. The host messaged at check in letting us know they'd be available if needed. The neighborhood is in process of being gentrified. Would have been great to use the front door at the street entrance. It was an exit only door. Be careful on the back steps, they're pretty steep with no lighting. We would definitely stay again.

Condo was in great condition, parking was a little less secure and had people using the parking area that weren’t staying in the the condo complex which made it feel unsafe.

It was a very nice location lots of places within walking distance and the home was beautiful

Poverty stricken area. Most businesses are shut down. I would not rent this as a female traveler. The owner would not honor the second night even though I had paid for it. Overall this was not a comfortable fit for us.
