About this house rental
Beautiful, fun, comfortable row house in Baltimore's best neighborhood! Enjoy the entire home, including a private back patio, second story deck, two master bedrooms each with full bathrooms, breakfast nook, living room with pull-out sofa and even a personal sauna. Easily walk to much of what Baltimore has to offer- bars and restaurants of Federal Hill, Inner Harbor, Convention Center, Museums, beautiful Federal Hill Park and Camden Yards for an Os game! Street parking pass included!
More details about the space:
When entering the home there are steps down into a unique breakfast nook (with a fireplace!) to your left, and a walkway to the kitchen straight ahead. The kitchen is fully functioning, including most common spices and condiments, all you need to add is your favorite groceries. Next to the kitchen is a cozy, cactus-themed living room with a brand new 4K Roku TV.
The sofa in the living room has a fold out bed that is not just comfortable for a fold out, but is legitimate memory foam mattress. This room leads out back to the private patio and deck.
Up a spiral stair case off the kitchen is the first bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom including shower and jacuzzi bathtub. You can also find the washer and dryer here.
Head up another spiral staircase to the third level for the other bedroom, also with its own private bathroom (fair warning, there is no bathroom door) and a personal sauna. Also, both bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash!
Spiral staircases may be a bit steep for some people of limited mobility, but again, downstairs has comfortable sofa bed and half bath.
A crib is available for guests with babies!

Great location and lovely house, large enough for a family of four. Great base for exploring Baltimore and further afield.

The Federal Hill hood was great. Plenty of eateries and attractions within walking distance. Federal Hill Park was a great space to toss the baseball or gaze out across the Inner Harbor. Camden Yards was the high point of our trip. Great venue. The American Visionary Art Museum was another fantastic outing. Charm City!

The owner was extremely helpful and agreeable. We got to check in a bit early and also got to leave our suitcases in the house on the last day since our plane left later in the afternoon. Steve responded immediately to any questions. The location is excellent. The furnishings are a bit dated and it could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it worked well for us.

Comfortable house and all we needed for several days to visit our new grandbaby 2 blocks away. Kitchen is basic but not enough space for preparing large meals. Area felt safe when walking back at night. Lots of restaurants nearby but the house is on a relatively quiet street.

Location could not be better. Walking distance to bars, inner harbor and cross street market. Felt very safe. Owner was very quick to reply to any of our requests. Love Baltimore and Fort McHenry is a must!

Great place to stay with all of the amenities and close to all area attractions. It's within walking distance to Inner Harbor and close to other spots. Very clean, the hosts were great, accommodations were lovely. There's even a sauna! It was a delightful place to stay and I hope to stay again for any future travels in Baltimore.

We visited for a family wedding and loved the location of this property. It was close to lots of things we wanted to do and see so we did lots of walking. We did have a rental car but once you find a parking spot it’s better to keep it and walk than lose your spot unless you have to drive. Haha This is a good place to stay with a baby that isn’t mobile yet since they provide a crib, but the stairs are not crawling or walking baby friendly. The keypad was a little tricky to figure/see because the glass is broken/cracked but that really wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed staying here!

Great place! Great location!
We came out for my daughters college graduation. Stephen was a great host. Was willing to help us out and answer any questions we had in a timely matter. Very nice place in a great and safe location! Rooms were nice and the beds were comfy! The place was roomy enough for the 5 of us. The rooms sitting area was a nice place to chill and have a couple drinks. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Minutes from Inner Harbor and Fells Point! We went to The Elk room speakeasy that they recommended! It was a nice place to have drinks and listen to jazz music with family and friends! We would definitely stay here again!

Neat home and great location
This is a really neat townhouse in a great, walkable location with plenty of good restaurants. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are charmingly narrow and not for the mobility-challenged. But we enjoyed our stay here and communication with Steve was good. We recommend this property.

Perfect location
Steve was a great host and while there were some hiccups along the way, some foreseen and others not, he was very accommodating. I would stay in one of their properties again and this location was beautiful.

Thanksgiving week in Federal Hill, Baltimore
Not a place for handicapped folks, but nice location near the Inner Harbor and a real foodie part of town.

Interesting property in a vibrant neighborhood.
Stephen is very accommodating and easy to work with. His property is well within walking distance from the Baltimore waterfront as well as both Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium.

Comfy bedrooms, creative floor plan
My co-worker and i used the space during a conference. Way cheaper than hotels; in a less touristy area; and with real kitchen amenities. Walkable to harbor and Federal Hill Park. Would definitely stay again

Wedding Stay in Baltimore
We were in town for a few days for my son's wedding, and didn't care to be cooped up in a hotel room. This row house was just the ticket! It gave us the right amount of space for everyone with the different levels, was super clean and the location was great - walking just a few block gets you to the start of the inner harbor & all the fun. We took the owner's suggestions on a few restaurants right in Federal Hill - the Blue Moon was awesome for breakfast, & The Abbey has the best burgers! Yes, the stairwells are a bit tight & windy, but that's part of the charm. My husband really liked having the sauna too. I could see where parking could be a little tricky, but we didn't have any trouble finding a spot when we needed it (although we usually didn't move our van at night as we found uber to be easier to get around the city). All in all, it was a great time and if in Baltimore again, wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks!

Get location in Fed Hill.
This is a unique row-house home in a perfect location in Baltimore. Walk to dining and Fed Hill park. Steep stairs are hard to get used to but once you do they add to the experience is this place. Parking was the only real issue - finding parking in the evening is next to impossible.

Stay at Federal Hill
Our stay was enjoyable.
Good proximity to the Harbour and Grocery stores.
We didn’t really eat out but we saw a lot of restaurants nearby.
The stairs and Parking were problematic but that was mentioned in the Profile so there were no surprises.
The owner was easy to reach and very responsive to questions and needs.

Excellent home, excellent location!
My 8-year-old son, husband and I stayed for three nights, we came to Baltimore for the Orioles home opener and to explore the city. We could not have been happier with our stay. The location was AMAZING; we parked our car when we arrived and had no need to use it again for the next four days (yes, lots of cars looking for spots but we had no problem finding one around the corner after a few minutes and the parking pass is key). The home is charming and comfortable and had everything we needed. My son loved the upper "loft" bedroom and having his own bathroom and we enjoyed sitting in the sun outside on the rooftop deck. We walked (and rented Lime scooters, so much fun!) all around Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor area and loved Diablo Doughnuts (don't miss!), Blue Agave for yummy Mexican food and very convenient to have a 7-11 around the corner. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and we felt safe walking around even later at night. Federal Hill Park just a couple of blocks away is a lovely spot to take your coffee and take in the harbor views. We plan to come back for another baseball game this summer and will definitely stay here again.

Cozy row house in terrific location
We were two couples meeting up for the weekend for an event at the convention center. It’s a very comfortable home with plenty of privacy for two couples. The location is great—an easy walk to the convention center and inner harbor area. And we loved being in the neighborhood. We highly recommend dinner at Hersh’s.

Cute and cozy property close to it all
We really enjoyed the property and it’s central location. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking can present a bit of an obstacle; however, the parking pass comes in handy!! Patience is a virtue :). Great host and easy to communicate with. No issues...we will pursue this property again.

Can’t beat the location!
Close to restaurants, bars, and M&T Football Stadium. Quiet neighborhood. Parking pass was a plus. First floor was a little chilly.

Lovely Home
House was located exactly where we needed it to be. Tried to extend the stay but they were already filled.
Only issue but not a reflection on home is that parking is very difficult and not easy to understand Baltimore street cleaning signs.

Nice property in a great location
It is a beautiful home that was in the perfect location for us. Very close to Light St., as well as the art museum and just a short walk to the inner-harbor. Plenty of bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood as well. We really enjoyed The Outpost.
The property was nice and clean, and exactly how it looked in the pictures. The owners were easy and fast to communicate with and very helpful when we realized we left an item behind.
Overall it was a fantastic stay, and though we really spent most of our time out and about, it made the perfect place to meet up in the morning, and retreat to for the night. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home base for girls weekend
This Federal Hill home was perfect for our college reunion girls weekend. Perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants. The parking pass was very helpful so not to worry about the one car. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space but also enough to be together and laugh about old times. The home was clean and well maintained. The stairs were steep and narrow but not difficult to maneuver on. Instructions and communication were wonderful. Each of us would stay again!

Excellent location, major water issues
The property is as it appears in the photos. It is a tri-level with very steep spiral staircase not suitable for children or anyone with mobility issues. The location is so so great, close to many excellent restaurants and bars. There is no grocery store within walking distance, however.
While we were there, Baltimore had a downpour, and water was coming in through the front and back doors. The owners were very responsive and I am told fixed the issue, but we used all the clean towels available to try to soak up all the water. Additionally, when we arrived, we discovered the main floor sink was unhooked due to a bad leak, and when someone drained the tub, water came pouring down in the kitchen.
Needless to say, we spent more time than desired cleaning up loads of water, but overall the place was fine.
Before you book, I would check in with the owners and make sure ALL the water issues are resolved, especially if you plan to use the main floor bathroom.

Great place to stay if you will be downtown.
Cant complain in any way. Would stay here again absolutely.
