The owners of the building live on the property. If any of these policies are violated the traveler will lose their security deposit. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy the beach. This condo is located on the quiet Southwest Corner of the See the Sea Condominium Complex in Pacific Beach. The condo is one block away from restaurants and shopping. The condo overlooks the beach, the Crystal Pier, and the boardwalk. Great ocean and beach views from the Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom, and Kitchen. One large private balcony off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The condo is centrally located near San Diego County's most popular attractions including Sea World, World Famous, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and much more.
Amenities: This is a secured building that includes a private parking spot in the garage. There is a Pack n Play available, a High Chair, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Beach umbrellas, Beach Towels, Hair Dryers, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sailboats, and even Jet packs.

To book Christmas Day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and the other way around for all those holidays.
Cancellation: There are no refunds of the rent, taxes, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are 30 days or less prior to arrival, and only the security deposit will be refunded. If the rent, taxes, and cleaning fees are not paid 30 days before arrival, you will lose 100% of your security deposit and the reservation. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via mail or email.

Truly beachfront! You have to be so careful book rentals that are included in a “beachfront” filter but are actually at least one block away. The unit was amazing, the location was fantastic with a little coffee shop right across the street and many restaurants and a CVS within easy walking distance. It got a little rowdy in the area on Friday and Saturday nights, but was worth the trade off of being close to things. We still felt completely safe, staying there and exploring the area with our young children. The dedicated garage parking is a huge bonus as parking in the area would otherwise be a challenge. The beach was busy on the weekends, but not overly crowded. Nice waves for boogie boards, and the ocean stayed shallow for quite a ways so my kids were able to safely play and catch waves. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The condo was really nice and as close to the beach as you could get. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops within a few minutes walk. It is a busy area and could be a little loud, but we loved people watching from the balcony and being so close to the beach and other activities. It was a great place to stay!

Overall, our stay at this rental was enjoyable and memorable. The location was fantastic with easy beach access, which was a big plus for us. The rental itself had all the amenities we needed; however, we found the quality of the linens and beach chairs/umbrellas to be subpar, which was a bit disappointing.
On the first day, there was an issue with one of the elevators, and there was no signage indicating alternative options, which caused some inconvenience. Just a note for future uses, there is an elevator located on both the north and south ends of the complex and both are accessible from the outside or the garage.
On a positive note, the owner was extremely communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Despite the minor inconveniences, we were able to have a nice time and create wonderful memories during our vacation.

This unit is quite small but has all the amenities. The patio furniture is not comfortable, and the carpet was very dirty.

The location was wonderful- walkable to so many restaurants and shops. The building is very secure, which can make getting in and out take longer, but not a big deal. The view from the balcony and windows is amazing! After a long hot drive from Phoenix, we arrived to this absolutely beautiful beachfront condo steps from the sand. My adult children who can be very particular were speechless at the location and the view. The property manager answered every question prior to our stay and during our stay. The pictures don't lie, the beach is directly in front of the unit. There is a sidewalk that goes up and down the beachfront for three miles total. Lots of vendors, restaurants, bars and stores within a few minutes walk. Grocery and drug store also walking distance. There is a two wheel shopping cart in the unit. There are a few steps down to the sand, the equivalent of one flight. Beach is very walkable, has lifeguards on duty. The kitchen has most everything you need, including a drip coffee maker. No AC, but you won't need it! We stayed the first week of July, and there is a lovely cool ocean breeze. There are two fans in the unit as well. There is one parking space to use in the garage, and you will need it, parking in this area is very tight. 30 minutes from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

This Mission Beach condo is in a great location directly across from the boardwalk and beach. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. Very close to all of the attractions as long as you have a car. The condo provides secure parking but parking is very tight, beware if you have a mini van or truck. No fault of the owner there are many homeless that hang out on the boardwalk all day and night. The condo is very well secured so we never felt unsafe. It is just unfortunate and sad to see so many in need.
The condo was clean but did need some updates. The beds were comfortable, kitchen could have used a few additional items if you plan on cooking. The view from the condo is beautiful!! Enjoyed our trip!

This condo was the perfect stay for our second time visiting San Diego. The location doesn't get better and despite being right above a popular part of the boardwalk, we didnt have any complaints about noise during the night or early hours. The unit was clean and the master bed was cozy. The only problem we encountered were homeless sleeping under the palm tree outside of the master bedroom window. They weren't loud or rude, it was just unsightly to have them staring into the bedroom from 20 feet away, so we opted to keep the blind closed.
Overall, a great experience. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing place to enjoy people watching on the boardwalk and have your toes in the sand in less than 100 steps! The unit is on the first floor, but not ground floor, so it is elevated and fairly quiet most of the day. Definitely a busy part of the boardwalk, but a lot of fun and amazing location near shopping, restaurants and the beach.
The condo is in good shape and kitchen is okay. The back bedroom and bathroom are a little on the dated side, but the main bedroom and living areas are mostly remodeled. Overall for the price and location we appreciated the value.
Deposit is quite high on the unit and lots of warnings about what is acceptable use, but not an issue if you are a respectful of the property.
