Pebbles Rest is located close to the heart of Croyde village and yet just a short walk to the famous surfing beach and enjoys lovely rural views across the fields.

Living/Dining/Cooking
This fabulous, contemporary property provides open plan, comfortable living. The large kitchen/dining/living room with glazed atrium opens out onto the outside terrace with purpose-built coal BBQ and picnic tables providing plenty of 'alfresco' dining opportunities. Enclosed lawned garden - ideal for children and dogs and with a hot tub (charges apply) & outdoor shower - perfect after a hard day at the beach!

The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, hob and dishwasher together with all the essentials for your cooking needs. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dining area with large table and chairs for up to 10/11 and doors lead out to the terrace and garden.

Large sitting room area with log burner for the cooler winter months, wall mounted flat screen smart tv, Sky and comfortable seating for 10 and doors leading out to terrace and garden.

Sleeping/Bathing
Pebbles Rest provides accommodation for up to 11 guests with bedrooms comprising a Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and en-suite wc, a double bedroom with additional single bed, a further double bedroom with kingsize bed and a contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Leading off the utility room is a large shower room with drench head shower and a further ground floor bedroom with twin beds and tv, this room is perfect for children with a box of toys and a Playstation. Open stairs leading up from this bedroom to a further double bedroom.

Good to know
- Wifi, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge.

- There is an additional charge of £200 for use of the hot tub per 7 night stay/short break.

- Up to 2 well behaved dogs are accepted at this property, there is an additional charge of £35 per dog, per week/short break.

- There is parking for 4 cars to the front of the property.

- The property has EV charging available, their is an addtional charge of £50 for its use per 7 night stay/short break.

Pebbles Rest is suitable for some people with restricted mobility, there is a step up from the porch into the main hallway which is level access to the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/living/dining, utility and shower room. There are two steps down to the twin bedroom. The access from the dining/living to the garden has a few steps but the garden can also be accessed on a level walk from the front of the property. Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
