We stayed in Charlotte on our way to TN. We visited the Nascar Hall of Fame.

Location was good. Parking garage nice. Loved that there was a roof top bar even though it wasn’t run by the hotel. Room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast was a disappointment. Items were sparse, stale, cheeses sitting in the sun. Definitely not worth the money.

I booked a balcony room! From the pictures off website! My balcony wasn’t the same as pictured! I just need to know which room to book to get the big balcony

Great location and friendly staff

Very friendly staff excellent car services . Josh was excellent and quick. Everyone else was friendly and wonderful. Great location for walking to restaurants. Would 10/10 stay again.

I would not pay that price again for such a short stay, however, the staff was amazing!

Convenience to activities.

The elevator nightmare, n9 matter what time it was a very long wait. When the operator wanted to on duty it ran like clockwork.

Hidden fees suck Bob!

Shower was ok

Long waits for elevator, confusing layout worst of all parking. Not to mention they charged me 60$ to park for 18 hrs without telling me. Surprise buddy! rich gettin richer.

Didn’t know i had to request for housekeeping to come freshen up my room and give me extra towels and rags. No one took the trash out and even when i put the request in after front desk told me i had to put one in when i was leaving out for brunch. They said they take care of it. I came back and the room wasn’t cleaned nor did i have any fresh towels and rags. Also still waiting on my deposit which showing payment is still pending in my bank account. Other than that the stay was good.

This property was good in all ways but one.

The location of this property was fantastic for access to the Spectrum Center. And the staff was excellent.. They also have a wonderful rooftop bar with an incredible view of the city

The one thing that I did not enjoy about this hotel was the water pressure. When I have trouble getting soap and conditioner out of my hair because the water pressure is so low, that one fault trumps most all positive ones.

Swindled me out of the rooms i purchased

The hotel oversold there rooms and did not provide the rooms that I had purchased. They offered no real apology or compensation. I have never had a bad experience like this at a Marriott property. Maybe it is just this location.

Disappointing for the price

We were happy about the location. Easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. The beds were pretty comfortable. The art and the lobby were beautiful.

The value wasn’t great for the price. The rooms were very small and for $229/night I was expecting a more luxury experience or at lease more space. The double queens were two full size beds. There is no ice machine, just a pack of ice in the mini fridge hallway. You could receive the same experience for a better price at the Quality Inn.

Super great and comfortable.

Very great location walking distance from the spectrum center, Literally right across the street from it. Inside was so nice and cleaned everywhere you looked. Staff was very good and and helped answer every question I had.

Very convenient location, but room is not big enough to be $600 a night

Close to the Spectrum Center.

How expensive the room was for the size that it was. We were very crowded with 3 adults.

Perfect hotel!

Excellent hotel! Location was perfect as we were attending a concert at the Spectrum Center and the hotel was a 2 minute walk to the center. Clean, spacious and very friendly staff! Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip!

My stay was excellent. The most cleanest hotel I’ve visited.

I loved the location of the property. The rooms were VERY clean. Everything looked exactly like it did online. I will book this hotel every time I come to Charlotte.

I have no complaints. Everything was perfect.

It was nice for a little getaway from home.

The location was great. Parking was convenient.

The fact parking was $30 a day. The light in the room was horrible. It was a little hard to get your belongings in and out to the garage, due to fact the door the the parking deck was a little difficult to keep open.
