Charge twice for parking! I was inconvenienced and was on a strict time schedule for traveling purposes.

Conveniently located.

That the front desk clerk was not transparent about parking that I needed a validation sticker upon checking out. I asked the clerk do I need anything to exit the garage and she said no. When exiting the garage, I was charged again after I paid the hotel. When exiting the garage at the gate it does not print out a receipt so I had to wait to be refunded since I am required to show proof on my bank statement. I do not like companies that require you to do a certain process but don’t own up to their responsibility and requirements. It’s very sad that customers are treated this way. I feel like I should have been refunded immediately when I went back into the hotel to tell them my issue. But was given a smirk like oh well. There was absolutely no accountability by the hotel. No sympathy or apology for my inconvenience. Took my money and made me feel uncomfortable and stressed. The amount the hotel charged was 100.00 and the parking garage charged 120.00. That’s a total of $220.00.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here.

It was clean and very close to stadium. Also included breakfast.

The walk from the parking lot and the elevators to the room was kind of aggravating. The parking lot is huge and full majority of the time and the elevators were always packed and slow. Being that the hotel is by the Panthers stadium and downtown definitely plays a role as well though.

Great location

The location was great for the Spirit of Hope Cheer competition. The staff was amazing.

Our room wasn’t cleaned. Specifically the sheets on the bed. Management gave me half off my stay. A full refund would have been right in my opinion. We never received sheets after 3 tries to fit the King bed . We had to make do with the top sheet which was a queen and the comforter. Made for a long night after a really long day.

Overall great stay and location.

Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have had anywhere. Good selection of fresh foods.

The iron did not seem to get very hot and steam function did not work well. Only used it twice so not a huge deal.

Place were nice and clean. Have all the things I needed in the room except hair blow dryer.

The Breakfast could do alot better. Waiting on sausage McMuffin for 15min and when it comes come out, it's gone already.

very clean. staff was wonderful. decor was nice and the suites were great.

dishwasher leaked on the floor it wasn’t fixed by the time we checked out. no handicapped seat to use in the shower of the handicapped room. could leave more coffee pods in the room.

It was easy, comfortable, convenient, and good price for what i got.

The value. I got a comfortable, clean, well equipped room. The breakfast had some good choice. The location was also great. I could get everything I needed, within a short walk.

The check-in/checkout was a little awkward because it was on the second floor, but I don't think it was all bad, as it was nice to be up above the street. Nice to eat breakfast on the second floor too.

it was our spring break and 80 degrees but the pool wasn’t open! I asked and they said they don’t open it until April. that should be clear on their website as I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

quiet rooms. convenient location. rooms were set up well for a longer stay. very comfortable.

lack of signage made finding the garage in the dark challenging. awkward access from garage to hotel was a little concerning, especially at night. lack of selection of cable channels.

We are a big family and travelling to accommodate everyone went well with Home2suites.

Breakfast was decent. The waffles and fresh fruit where great. The gym area was great and enjoyed my view while on the treadmill and Pelton bike. Wholefoods being on the same street was very convenient and having a full size fridge made it a great stay

the strong general common area fragrance. It smelt like fabuloso but was strong in the main check in area. my wife is highly sensitive to strong fragrances.
