The staff in the available facilities.
The bed was squeaky, the iron was cheap, leaked and ruined my wife's shirt, The shower temperature could not be regulated and would fluctuate drastically without even being touched. I had to stand in the shower with my wife and manually operate the handle to prevent her from being scalded. I then had to take a cold shower. I expected far better accommodations for a room costing seven hundred dollars for a one night stay.

I didn’t
For the price and the staff available there should never be thugs standing 2 feet from the door offering drugs to people. After 9pm on the weekends staff should not be letting anyone near that door that doesn’t have access to building ! Very disappointing trip.

My wife and I would like to thanks the manager Ms. Kiana and the front door helper Mr. Desi. They were awesome and represented the hotel very well.

The room was phenomenal, the service was awesome, the breakfast was good, and the location was okay. I didn’t care to look at the Epicenter every time I looked out the window.

Would have expected better quality robes for The Ritz.
Carpeting in room was outdated and suspect of cleanliness.

The service was amazing. From the time we pulled up to the main entrance. Starletta and Kiara checked us in with ease and professionalism. Then later the folks at BLT Steak, particularly Sarah and Eric, made it a wonderful evening.
I didn't like having to leave. It was a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are very much looking forward to our next stay.

Hotel staff was excellent, hotel was beautiful. Room was nice beds were not that comfortable. I did not like the fact I was charged for parking as for the cost of the stay that should have been included. Enjoyed my stay but would look into other hotels before returning.
Parking charge and a dirty robe in the room was not welcoming.

The food at the BLT Steakhouse is world class! The proximity to the Spectrum for the Journey concert was a bonus.
There was a slight problem with the shower being off balance and the floor got a bit wet. Problem was addressed with staff.

The expresso machine, bathroom, feathered, house sized suite, fast elevators, friendlyness of ALL staff.
Breakfast could have been much better. And hotter. You would think with very few folks there the English muffin would have been hot and the omelet soft as asked.

Breakfast was good.
Room service not available 24/7z

The property was beautiful. Great location and we were in walking distance to everything we needed. Excellent staff/service.
The air didn’t seem to be working well in the bedroom.
