Absolutely stunningly beautiful property inside and out. Far exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and spacious. Modern, high quality, and well appointed. Comfortable, huge beds. Huge showers. Monkeys, reptiles, and toucans can be seen right up close from the balcony. Refreshing pool looking out on the jungle. Easy garage access for your rental car (a little tight so be careful). Everything was beautifully managed by our concierge Jorge and Hazel, from start to finish. Hazel helped us with all the booking and planning. Jorge managed the arrangements with our shuttle driver when our flight arrival was delayed, he recommended restaurants and activities, made reservations for us, and gave us travel tips. He did so with a smile and perfect English. He recommended the best beach for us. We went to 8 of the 14 places he suggested and we loved all of them. Very grateful for the wonderful hospitality and stay.

This was a lovely slice of paradise close to everything! On one side, access to multiple retail and restaurant options within walking distance; on the other side, beautiful fauna, wildlife, ocean and sunsets.

We had a great time at this condo in Manuel Antonio. The condo was as described with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. We saw animals in the trees off the balcony and it is close to many restaurants activities. Jorge was very helpful scheduling activities and with the check-in/check out process.

Everything was great throughout our stay. Clean, well decorated, and easy throughout. Our concierge Jorge was great and was always easy to contact through WhatsApp and very helpful (got us a taxi in minutes!). The scenery was great and location was perfect to have everything easily walkable. Parrots, iguanas, and many other animals were seen throughout our stay. Location also felt very safe and having enclosed parking was a great feature of this location.

Great home for the week we stayed in CR.

We loved our stay here while visiting Manuel Antonio. The rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is amazing and we saw so much wildlife from the back porch. Mariana arranged tours for us with amazing guides and Jorge was so helpful with checking us in and answering questions during our stay. The location made everything in town very accessible. Don't miss the chance to stay here!

This unit is outstanding in every possible way. It is just as pictured on VRBO. Two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes it wonderful for two couples. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The view! Sunsets, iguanas and monkeys are there to watch from the large porch. Two iguanas stayed in the tree directly off of the porch the whole week. Safety is an important thing, there is an enclosed assigned garage space for a car. A guard, Jason, was on site from 6pm to 6am. The pool was perfect for a dip. Nice view there too. This unit is street level so in and out are a breeze. The kitchen was just right for what we needed. When I asked the concierge for bowls and knives, he brought two really nice large white bowls and sharp knives.
Jorge, the concierge, yes you have a concierge here, was available always to answer questions, make recommendations, make reservations, etc. He is fantastic and a friendly guy. We had AC issues the last three days. Jorge was on top of having technicians there quickly.
Location! What a perfect location. There is a grocery market and several restaurants walkable. We walked in the downpour of rain to Malargo on the advice of Jorge. It was so good that we went back another night. Sidewalks aren’t the best and cars whiz by, but it is definitely doable.
Our favorite restaurants by car were Ronny’s Place for a sunset and good food, and Gabriella’s which is at the marina. The wine list at Gabriella’s wasn’t extensive and our friend ordered a $200 bottle. The next day looking at the receipt we saw this. Ugh!
Manuel Antonio Park is five minutes away by car. A guide is highly recommended. Without one, you will not see numerous sloths, monkeys, a deadly snake, etc. The Espadilla Sur Beach in the park is awesome. We saw two sloths there and many monkeys. The water is calm.
If I were to return to Manuel Antonio, which is most likely, I would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat.

This condo is one of 12 in a lovely building. Most of the rooms were quite spacious with many architectural features.
The large balcony was our favorite part of this condo - great wildlife viewing and beautiful sunsets. The howler monkeys visited one day, and we often saw scarlet macaws and toucans.
The property managers were always responsive, even getting someone to fix the A/C on a Sunday. They set up a couple of excursions, and called taxi's for us.
There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, however there aren't always sidewalks and the road is narrow. Victoria's across the street was excellent, also TulaMare for breakfast, and Emilio's for dinner. Ronny's was great, you have to drive or get a taxi there.
A few negatives: The shared pool is refreshing but tiny, about the size of a large hot tub. The kitchen had plenty of plates and glassware, but very few pans and cooking utensils. There's oil and some spices, we bought salt & pepper.
We checked in approx 20 minutes early and the cleaners ere still there for at least another hour afterwards. After they left we found significant debris in the common living areas. The manager sent someone a couple of days later to clean again, much better then. If noise bothers you, bring earplugs because there is some road noise (this unit is at street level.) Bring your own laundry detergent, it isn't provided so we bought some and left it there.
Re: excursions, we really enjoyed the mangrove kayaking. The catamaran trip was ok if you think of it as a sunset cruise (snorkeling visibility very poor.) We booked a guide for a small-group tour of Manual Antonio and enjoyed that as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Condo Paraiso - perfect for 2 couples. Views were unparalleled. Sitting on the balcony through sunset was lovely. We were close to everything. We were visited by a troop of squirrel monkeys one afternoon around the pool. Jorge was very helpful in getting us oriented - thank you!. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience in a wonderful place
Manuel Antonio is an easy place to have a very authentic wildlife and rainforest experience in Costa Rica. This particular unit was absolutely a delight. Jorge, the property manager was easy to communicate with, attentive and spot on with recommendations. There are several restaurants within walking distance as is a small supermarket. The building is situated at the top of a hill with incredible views out to the rainforest below and the coastline in the distance. We spotted monkeys, macaws, iguanas and toucans just from the balcony. The unit is spacious, very well equipped with every convenience you would possibly want. We did take advantage of a blow up mattress rather than the pull out couch for our 14 year old and he didn't mind it a bit. We will absolutely stay here again on our next Manuel Antonio adventure.

Fantastic property
This property was absolutely amazing. We loved our stay here. There are so many restaurants nearby within short walking distance. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. If you enjoy walking, there is plenty of walking to do around the area. The home was very clean. Jorge was absolutely fantastic. Anything we needed, Jorge was there to help and responded so quickly. He made the trip even more relaxing because he was great with providing us guidance. We loved it. We would absolutely return next time we vacation in Manuel Antionio.

WOW!!
What a fabulous place! The VRBO pictures are what sold the property for us but once you see the apartment in person you’ll be even more impressed. The balcony is large and the view absolutely stunning. We saw moneys, scarlet macaw’s, toucans, lizards and many other beautiful birds while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is within walking distance to shops restaurants and the supermarket. The beds are very comfortable and the pool small but refreshing. Jorge was great, very helpful and responsive. Questions were answered in a matter of seconds. We felt safe walking around both Quepos and Manuel Antonio at night ab the people we encountered were helpful and friendly. Manuel Antonio National Park is a short drive and a must see. We hired a tour guide and were so happy we did as we were able to view howling monkeys, sloths, and much more wildlife we would not have noticed had it not been for the guide. The park beaches are absolutely stunning. I recommend going to the two smaller ones. I highly recommend this property and this area of Costa Rica- It is breathtakingly beautiful!

Beautiful Condo
This condo is absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained. I can’t really vouch if the living room furniture is comfortable as we spent our entire time on the balcony, which has the most amazing view. The condo is right off the street, so no stairs to climb, and is in walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. Jorge, the concierge, is a gem and very helpful with anything you’ll need during your stay. If we make it back to Manuel Antonio we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for everything, we had an amazing time.

Our time was very well spent at this property. The views were amazing and the condo was very clean and spacious. Hazel did an amazing job helping us prepare for our stay. Jorge took care of everything we needed once we arrived. The chef cooked a delightful breakfast and dinner for us & the housekeepers were amazing! Looking forward to our next visit!

Awesome condo and location
This is a great place in an even better location. Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you’re getting but you really won’t get the full effect until you walk through the doors into the living room and you see that amazing view. Jorge our concierge was awesome and he was just a phone call or message away for anything we wanted. If all my VRBO stays are like this one I’ll be using the app a lot more.

Beautiful and convenient
This home was beautiful and comfortable. Only a few issues. Pool very small and in a very shaded area. Not great for family’s. But so many other things to do and see. If pool was a different situation we would have used it. The master bathroom…. Beautiful, however shower head is TERRIBLE. ZERO pressure, therefor leading to an extra long shower to wash hair and body. Again, beautiful but not great if being practical. I could only shower once and needed to use the guest shower. And….the bathroom lighting is terrible. If you wear makeup, good luck getting it on and having it look ok. Would I stay again, YES but I would switch bathrooms and bring my own lighting

Nice place, but the noice from construction was a bit much. 6am to around 5pm. Constant hammering and chipping. Other than that it was nice.

Best trip ever!!
Excellent property that more than exceeded our expectations. Excellent location with Restaurants and shopping close by. Bus stop right at our location. Our concierge was Jorge and he took care of every need, scheduling transportation, rafting, zip lining, boat excursions, COVID testing to get home, he did it all!!! We had maid service at least 4 times during our one week stay. An amazing experience.

Costa Rican luxury
What an ideal place to spend a few nights. This truly is a luxurious way to experience the beauty and convenience of being close to Manuel Antonio park. A huge porch with wonderful views and a delightful plunge pool is available. While we did all of our meals inside (the kitchen could easily be stocked with more utensils) we did take advantage of the quaint and delicious falafel cafe across the street. Highly recommended.

Stunning view!
Beautiful, roomy and clean condo. Well appointed kitchen. Very large balcony. Excellent WiFi.
Both bedrooms are large with their own ensuites.
Gated parking is a bonus. This particular condo is wonderful for accessibility since the street side is on the main floor, steps from parking.....while the back hillside balcony is on the 3rd floor.

Beautiful! Property was just as described.
We loved staying at this condo. The large porch was wonderful with its incredible views. We enjoyed having our breakfast and cocktails outside. We saw lots of birds from the balcony. The condo is very nicely decorated. The living room furniture was very comfortable.
Both bedrooms are large and have comfortable beds.
The condo is conveniently located. It was easy to walk to the supermarket and several restaurants.
We also enjoyed the small pool.
Our concierges, Hazel and Lara, were both great. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

We had secure parking. Beautiful decor and appliances ..functional kitchen plus comfortable beds. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the fabulous view. We even had an up close visit from a mother sloth and her baby.
We enjoyed the pool AND the sauna ....Definitely a place we would Stay at again!!!

Perfect
The whole stay was very relaxing and beautiful. We weren't familiar with manuel antonio before, and with the hilly terrain made this one even better because it was street level and next to many restaurants and shops. The private and enclosed garage ensured we always had a spot to park, even our somewhat chubby SUV. Hazel was also very wonderful and accommodating. I give five stars comfortably.
