Good service and relaxing

The location ,the apartment cleaning service and the service in general from Nandi and Pumi,thank you.

It was a comfortable stay, very nice apartment.

The apartment was very spacious I liked that.

The hanging lights on the ceiling in the living room/lounge area are very dimmed it’s too dark for my liking.

This was our Second time at Axis Luxury Apartments. Lovely, modern, clean apartments. Very happy.

Noise from traffic was disturbing early mornings. There was no pan or even salt or pepper in kitchen. If you need to add to take-aways or want to make breakfast in the morning, then will need to go buy basic seasoning. That should be provided. A waste to buy for 1 or 2 nights stay.

Shortage of hand towels Crockery is very limited. No large dishes Would've liked more frequent carpet vacuuming Lounge sofas could do with an upgrade. We had to cover them with sheets to sit on. Lighting could be brighter We kept knocking our heads on the light over hanging the island

Excellent stay

The place is in a good safe environment. Housekeeping was fantastic. Walking distance to restaurant's, church and shopping. The place is quiet and well maintained. If you needed anything, housekeeping was ever ready to assist. definitely a good recommendation

The lounge cushions could do with a wash and the room service was delayed on 1 of the days, they cleaning lady only made our apartment at 16h45

Our expectations were cut off as it was really something we didn’t anticipate or expected. We had to settle for what was

I liked the location of the property.

1) We did not get the specific room we saw on the pictures. 2)The Wi-Fi had issues and we had to request for technical assistance more than once. 3) The unit we stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned on our first day of arrival, room service was requested on our behalf to clean and sanitise the unit again. 4) The pillow covers had dark spots and the bedding sheets looked like they weren’t properly washed. (We took pictures) 5) There was an uncomfortable and unfair smell to the nose and we did not know where was it coming from but it wasn’t unpleasantry. (the staff hinted it could have been the UPS/Inverters that had been recently installed) 6) The washing machine was not working/functioning at all. 7) We experienced water low pressure in the showers. 8) The landline telephone was not working as reception/security officers tried getting hold of us to communicate messages relating to few queries.

Location was amazing & the downstairs Japanese Restuarant which we highly recommend.

Unfortunately with the almost 12 hours a day with no electricity, the lack of a generator or inverter made the stay very difficult to enjoy the apartment.

Excellent stay overall, despite some small gripes.

Great location, very clean unit, all the facilities that I required.

The shower pressure was very low, the shower drainage was very poor and the shower door doesnt close completely.

Trendy and spacious apartment that's worth a stay.

Very spacious, modern well-kept apartments. Feels comfy inside and the layout of the space works. Location is perfect, close to a few trendy restaurants and bars and located in the newly developed part of Century City. If you want to go to town or visit the beach it's only a stones throw away, so giving best of both worlds. The property manager was friendly. I like the fact that no upfront deposit is required and overall its value for money.

The beds were okay but not the most comfortable to sleep on. Could definitely improve on that. Provide your guests with more coffee sachets and tea.

Great apartment which fit our needs perfectly with everything within walking distance. I'll be back.

Spacious apartment with everything you need. Located within Century City so very convenient to Canal Walk mall. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby which we walked to even at night as it's very safe. Very secure complex.
