We booked on MS Nephtis for a cruise but were moved to MS Radamis II, which was an upgrade in terms of stars. I think they didn't have enough bookings for 2 ships due to covid and put all bookers on 1 ship. The ship was nice, well-maintained, very comfortable and kept clean to a good level. We had a nice room on the highest level. It was very nice and quiet. We slept very well. The food was really excellent. Varied, fresh, well-cooked, flavorful, enough choice and well-presented. BIG compliment for the kitchen! The chefs were the only personnel who took masks and gloves seriously. The restaurant offers a lovely view of the Nile gliding by. The route is more or less the same for all cruise ships I think. We booked excursions to Edfu and Kom Ombo with a guide for a fairly reasonable price and to our delight, we were assigned a private guide for just the two of us. One guide was excellent, one guide was terrible, but that happens. Highlight: being the very first people at the stunning Edfu temple.
Dinner at 8 was very late for us, especially with an early start the next day. Wifi was charged at a very high price, even higher than listed, so we just used our own mobile data. Except the restaurant staff, the employees don't care about covid safety. They were visibly annoyed when we asked them to wear a mask. You have to put most food on your plate yourself, so everyone touches the dishes and the serving spoons and almost no one wore a mask. The room stewards thought it was great fun to make pillows and bags look like a man and a gorilla in our bedroom, in spite of our polite request to please stick to swans and bunnies, or just put the towels in the bathroom. It was not funny to us, and heard the same from other guests. Eventually the manager apologized.

When you book this property, your booking goes to a travel company called GTS Travel. They are not a cruise or a boat. Just a travel company/agency. They put you in any boat that they make a deal with on that day. So the pictures here are irrelevant.
The company is terrible. I had to deal with an agent called Ibrahim, who was very difficult and opportunistic. He will use any opportunity to ask for an extra $70 if you want to change the time of the sightseeing. He books the visit in the middle of the day, and when you ask to change it to the morning or afternoon, he asks extra money (the sun is really strong in midday so it’s not even healthy. And this was when the boat was docked for 2 days so it was well possible to arrange that). He doesn’t send you the itinerary until the middle of your trip (he sent me on the second day of the cruise). So he is always improvising and using the lack of clarity to his advantage to ask for extra money.
If you deal with this company (GTS Travel Agency) and this agent (Ibrahim) you will not have any rest and will always have to solve problems during your trip instead of relaxing/enjoying your holiday.
The tour guide will show you the tombs that are next to the entrance to finish the visit quickly. He reads you whatever is already written on the description board next to the tombs. (I followed my guide book alone the next day and was able to see much cooler stuff by myself)
I strongly suggest you to stay away from this company and book through something else. You will likely not even end up on that boat anyway.
