網路連線有時候很慢，訊息怎麼傳都傳不出去，有時候會停電，要自己注意。飯店某服務員一直要我們評他的服務，但是我們其實直到最後一天才看到她，也沒特別覺得他的服務如何。（這好像是埃及常態？）

我們連續住了三天，但是某一天沒有雙人房，所以訂了三人房。感謝飯店升等直接認我們三天都住三人房，不用每天換房間。飯店是自助式早餐，有西式也有埃及式餐點，餐廳在飯店頂樓，食物味道不錯，而且早上可以看到帝王谷的熱氣球升空。

Ottima posizione e bel ristorante

La terrazza sopra l’hotel ha una magnifica vista e un buon ristorante. La colazione è varia ed abbondante e lo staff è amichevole e disponibile.

Alcuni dipendenti della struttura ci hanno fermato per strada riconoscendoci e insistendo di andare con loro in destinazioni non chiare all’evidente scopo di riscuotere mance extra. La struttura risulta un po’ rumorosa, specialmente in prima mattinata.

地理位置挺好，房间的环境非常有氛围感，楼顶露天早餐真的很适合观景，早上在这里坐着慢悠悠的欣赏，很舒服。服务员两个大箱子一口气帮我搬到4楼，真的了不起。前台人也很好。

Many thanks to Reem at reception for letting us use the room after checking out for a shower. Most appreciative!

The rooftop restaurant was great. Staff very helpful. Located right near Luxor Temple & Sphinx Avenue.

Room was very clean, however small for a family of four.

Must stay there

We liked the room, its atmosphere, it was clean. The housekeeper was all the time making our stay pleasant, other staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere there was peaceful and relaxing. The view from the roof was unforgettable, better than photos. The food was tasty and the Turkish coffee fantastic. It was definitely great time for us there.

Mein Lieblingshotel in perfekter lage 🤗

Die lage des hotels könnte kaum besser sein. Schräg gegenüber des luxortempels ubd am einem der eingänge zum basar. Die zimmer sind einfach aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist picobello sauber. Die balkone sind zwar klein, ein kleiner stuhl und ein kleiner tisch, aber völlig ausreichend. Die angestellten sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das hervorragende rooftop restaurant mit einem tollen ausblick bis in die westbanks rüber ist sehr empfehlenswert, und das nicht nur zum frühstück ( das frühstücksbüffet ist inklusive). War bereits zum 3ten mal hier und sicher nicht zum letzten mal! Für mich eines der besten hotels luxors

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Stadthotel mit herrlicher Dachterrasse (mit Rest.) in perfekter Lage

Mein zweites Zimmer mit Balkon war angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Das erste, war leider nicht ganz so schön und von mir auch so nicht gebucht (konnte am Folgetag dann umziehen). Die Lage gegenüber dem Luxor Tempel ist genial. Und die Dachterrasse mit Restaurant wirklich empfehlenswert.

Irgendwie läuft immer was mit den Zimmerbuchungen schief. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt war das Hotel überbucht. Bei diesem Aufenthalt hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht (und einen Aufpreis bezahlt), aber nicht bekommen, weil dieser höhere Zimmerstandard beim Hotel nicht angekommen ist. Sehr unangenehm war das Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters, der obwohl ich meine Zimmertür abgeschlossen hatte und mehrfach vehement auf englisch laut gesagt habe, er soll draußen bleiben, die Tür aufgesperrt hat und reingekommen ist. Zwar mit 1000 Entschuldigungen stammelnd. Aber ein absolutes No-go. Die Rezeption hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Dennoch. So ein Verhalten ist nicht tolerierbar. Und ja, es gab Ärger. Leider ein unschöner Auftakt eines ansonsten wirklich gelungenen Aufenthalts in Luxor.

Good stay

The location of the hotel is amazing , it's close to everything shops , temples and stations everything is available around . The service is amazing they are so nice and the cleaning is very good we would like to give special thank to Mr Ragab and Mohamed for their good cleaning and nice decoration we really appreciate their effort .

Excelente ubicación y excelente personal

Destaco la cercanía con todas las principales atracciones, caminando a 5 minutos del templo de luxor, del templo de karnak no pagues mas de 40 libras, cerca de un macdonalds y arriba hay un restaurant bastante bueno! Agradezco la labor de la recepcionista REEM un encanto realmente! En cuanto a precio calidad va bastante bien

Nice journey

I liked the location right in front of the Luxor Temple and the rooftop to eat. Personal was great! I felt a little bit pressure to by day tours but when I told them I was ok they stopped. Breakfast was good.

Super noisy. My room was below the restaurant and it was hard to sleep. If you are not a good sleeper maybe ask for a lower floor.

Ottimo per una notte di passaggio

Posizione ottima, di fronte al tempio di Luxor. Ci hanno aspettato quasi fino alle 3 di notte per un ritardo nel volo. Camera piccola ma pulita e accogliente. Colazione sulla terrazza varia e abbondante.

Bagno davvero troppo piccolo e doccia scomoda.

Perfect location in the center of town, amazing service, will definitely come back.

Food is amazing, and the scenery from the balcony is the perfect welcome to Luxor. Everyone is kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to the tourist market, which is perfect for quick souvenir shopping.

Exceptional stay at Nefertiti Hotel, and I recommend it 100%!

I had a great stay for two nights at the Nefertiti, and it felt like home. The breakfast, on the roof, is exceptional - delicious and nutritious, with homemade waffles and omelettes, fruits, cheeses, meats, yoghurt, coffee, pastries, as much as you want. Staff are totally amazing, so helpful, welcoming and genuinely friendly - Mr. Abdelrahman was a star, always smiling, always keen to make sure everything was just right, organised tours for me (with Magic Carpet Tours, fantastic!), and even got me a replacement phone charger when mine failed. I will be back !!

Nothing! It was an excellent stay. No negative comments at all !

Très bon hôtel à Louxor

Hôtel parfait pour visiter Louxor à pied et pour rayonner sur la vallée des rois, Karnak et tous les sites des alentours. L’hôtel a une terrasse idéale avec un large choix de plat locaux. L’équipe est sérieuse et chaleureuse. L’hôtel travaille avec une agence serieuse pour les tours.

I had an amazing stay and great experience for my first time in Luxor

This was the perfect location in Luxor and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I was checked in by Reem who was very friendly and was available for any issues I had, but I had none as the place was fantastic. Housekeeping (Muhammad) was excellent and went above and beyond, re-tuning the TV for me and keeping the room spotless during my stay. I could practically see my reflection in the bathroom floor. He takes pride in his work and I hope the hotel appreciates it. The room and bathroom were spacious and very good value for money. If I'm ever in Luxor again I will stay here again, and I'll be recommending this hotel to family and friends who are over that way. Thanks for a great stay. P.S Ask about the tours they offer. I did a West Bank tour of Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon through the hotel and had the best time. One of the best tours I've ever been on and excellent value for money. You won't regret it.

Hotel tellement agreable! et plein de surprises, comme retrouver un crocodile fait en serviettes sur son lit en retournant à sa chambre ( only in Egypt!). La chambre était propre, avec tous ce qu'il faut (grande salle de bain, mini frigo, bouilloire, thé etc.). Un beau restaurant sur le toit où l'on sert un petit déjeuné gargantuesque(divers buffets chaud/froid.. avec des dates fraiches!). Situé entre le temple de luxor et le marché, on est dans le feu de l'action. il y avait mêmes un marriage dans la rue d'en face lors de mon séjour. karnak est facilement accessible en minibus. Le ferry pour west bank est à distance de marche (10EGP). j'ai booké un tour de montgolfières au lever du soleil via Magic Carpet (agent de voyage adjacent à l'hotel) 90$US, ça s'est très bien passé. Je retournerais certainement à cet hotel.

Value for money with nice hospitality

Close to everywhere. Good staff and magic carpet tour is great! We did laundry service which was very good and reasonable!! Always nice view and food at roof top restaurant ! I didn’t expect they do cleaning the room everyday with this reasonable price! Amazing ❣️

Per passaggio veloce, poca spesa tanta resa!

Hotel nel centro di Luxor a letteralmente due passi dal tempio, si può ammirare anche dalla struttura. Appena arrivati ci accolgono senza trucco senza inganno ( come succede spesso in Egitto, ma loro non ci assillano con extra e tasse fantasma ) la stanza è già stata pagata. Struttura un po’ datata ma regge ancora botta,abbiamo una tripla, ottima pulizia, stanza spaziosa, bagno un po’ ristretto ma va bene,aria condizionata ottima. Ottimo rooftop con vista città tempio e Nilo. Sempre sul rooftop ottimo ristorante con bellissima atmosfera, la mattina diventa il buffet per la colazione, locale ma discreta. Personale gentile e cordiale. Noi siamo stati solo una notte essendo di passaggio, poca spesa tanta resa per struttura di passaggio CONSIGLIATA!

Unica pecca la doccia nel bagno molto piccola con tendina senza piatto doccia. Si bagna un po’ tutto il bagno e ci si attacca alla tendina… un po’ da battaglia.. ma si vedeva già nelle foto.

Terrazza panoramica

L’hotel ha un’ottima posizione per partire alla scoperta di Luxor. Il ristorante e la vista dalla terrazza valgono una visita.

Il bagno della camera è un po’ datato e poco confortevole. Soprattutto per la doccia bisogna essere flessibili!

Chambre correcte pour le prix mais arnaqueurs sur le reste

Localisation proche du temple et du souk. Terrasse avec vue sur le temple de louxor et sur le nil. Très bon restaurant, nous le conseillons. Chambre petite mais propre, avec climatisation. Qualité-prix correcte selon nous.

Peu insonorisé. Boules quies indispensables. Beaucoup de rabatteurs à la sortie de l'hôtel, mais ils n'y sont pour rien. Salle de bain minuscule, qu'on inondé complètement en prenant sa douche. Nous avons réservé une excursion avec l'hôtel. Une belle arnaque. Notre soit disant guide nous a laissé visite la valee des rois et les temples seuls pendant qu'il restait à l'entrée avec ses copains pour discuter. Nous avons demandé un transfert pour l'aéroport à la réception et le prix avait augmenter "depuis la semaine passée" par rapport aux tarifs que nous avions reçus par e mail. Bref, c'est normal de se faire arnaquer en Égypte en tant que touriste mais autant que ça par notre hôtel, du jamais vu.

La terraza-restaurante lo mejor

Sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza de arriba y comida del restaurante, así como el desayuno que nos sirvieron incluido en el precio. La ubicación también perfecta.

La habitación era algo pequeña, comparada con otras que tuvimos en el viaje a Egipto. Y el baño era una puerta corredera.

Great value, great service

The staff were lovely, especially Reem and Mohammad and the restaurant team. Really exceptional service with a smile.

I recommend you not talk to any of the street vendors or husslers near the hotel. Once they learn your name you'll never hear the end of it. If you need a taxi, walk a ways before hailing one.

Great stay on a budget.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, room was great - AC is a must :), staff where very helpful organising our tours, helping us with train tickets etc and lunch at the restaurant was lovely. Had a lot of help from Reem who worked in reception. Would defo recommend for budget stay :)
