Bra beliggenhet, hyggelig bassengområde og veldig serviceminded personale. Rolige omgivelser. Kort båttur til east bank og severdigheter.
Litt enkel frokost

A welcoming place to stay. It offers a good mix of thoughtful services with staff who have a strong service focus and sense of humour.
nothing - everything just works for the guests

No in-room safe, difficult to adjust AC

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool which provides refreshment after the days spent visiting archaeological sites on West Bank. The Luxor temple is easily accessible by a ferry.

Karen arranged transportation and a guide to west valley monuments including Howard Carters home.

On the West Bank so not far from the sight seeing sites.

A comfortable hotel with good facilities, nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The rates were very reasonable. And a wonderful bar and restaurant up top with a fantastic view of the Nile and Luxor!
Just the few stairs that I had to manage with my arthritic legs. Otherwise the lift was good.

. Manager for the hotel, went above and beyond to help me in many situations.
Hotel needs a little love and attention but after a pandemic its understandable there is going to be a couple of loose ends. HAPPY WITH MY STAY
WOULD STAY AGAIN.
The things i Didn't like where outside the hotel, so not applicable.

Great location and view of Nile
4.1
Location on the west bank so you are near to Valley of the Kings and other sites on that side of the Nile. The staff were most welcoming. It is also close to the ferry so you can conveniently get to the east bank for some shopping, sites and more eating options.
Not a real big issue but note that there is not an elevator to all rooms which may be an issue for some travelers.

The property was in a good location, staff was quite extraordinary. We hired a guide Mohammad Tutmosis from the hotel (who also happens to work there) Mohammad was nothing but quite extraordinary in just about every way. The hotel had a restaurant on the top floor and Abdulla Khalifa definitely made our stay better. Both these staff members went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
The rooms (sheets, towels and bathroom) smelled bad. Facilities just lack proper maintenance
4.1
The room was clean and comfortable
We rented bicycles through the hotel. They let us pay far too much!!! 100 Egyp pounds. The shop next door (The same who delivered the bicycles) asked 40!!! Not Nice.

Staff are really helpful and the owner is super helpful.
The location is great because most of the sites are on the West side of Luxor beside they're 5 minutes from the ferry
Breakfast is poor, warming is poor

Thanks to Karin and all the lovely people working at the hotel for making our stay comfortable, relaxing and good fun!
The room was spacious, the bathroom huge, good effective A/C, delish breakfast and our driver for the Valley of the Kings visit very safe and knowledgable. The swimming pool is a gem where to spend the hottest hours, cooling down.
The restaurant serves tasty food in big portions.
