Breakfast was fine. Standard fare but the breakfast area was very small. The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance and so many great restaurants were nearby.
The room was advertised as suitable for three guests but the sofa did not work for sleeping. One of us had to sleep on the floor.

Great location - in town for a performance at the Fox Theater just a short walk away. Plenty of bar/restaurant selection nearby too. Room, beds, and amenities very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet options and quality were excellent. Building renovations quite nicely done. Very pleased with our visit!

The location was great. it was clean and the people who worked there were very friendly
Booking.com didn’t know the rooms correctly at the place I stayed. I was suppose to have a king size bed plus a sleeper sofa. it did not have a sleeper sofa so one of my sons had to sleep on the floor. the hotel was sold out so I couldn’t move to a different room. Not the fault of the hotel but the fault of booking.com

Muffins were 👍 good
We walked to dinner; and drinks; pizza and ice cream; everything is close to enjoy!

All was perfect
Nothing to complain at all

There was a homeless person in lobby bathroom.

comfortable bed
The room is very average. it’s billed as an upscale boutique hotel. The vinyl floor in the room was cheap. For $500 night, you’d expect daily housekeeping! Low pressure shower!

Location is amazing! Room and view were great.
The pillows were way too soft… they were so soft there was literally no support. But the rest of the bedding was great.

The location is perfect for all downtown attractions because you can walk just about anywhere easily. The tram is nearby to get out to Midtown and everything else you might need is only a short walk away. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was impeccably clean.

Staff were friendly and nice.
Misleading to be described as a hotel. Anthony the supposed manager was unhelpful with local information and in providing assistance with the faulty printer in the hotel. Advising me to go across the road and use the facilities in the library.
1. No room service here
2. Walls are very thin
3. Manager unable or unwilling to provide local taxi information
4. No bottled water or slippers provided in room.
5. Facilities in business room not working (printer faulty for over 2 days)
6. Bed made me itch
