The hotel lobby is very beautiful. Valet did not offer to help with bags (3 girls travelling) which was ok but would have been nice (Angel, whom we met the following day was very kind and made up for it). The pool area was well kept. Food/ room service was ok but left room for improvement.
Although I understand that they were busy, I would have preferred front desk associates to be more personable/ friendly and helpful. We let the hotel know ahead of time that we would be using the pull out couch. We called for an extra sheet and duvet however they were not able to deliver an extra duvet, not ideal but also not the end of the world.

Everything I asked for was provided promptly. Beautiful hotel and comfortable. Accessible to everything we wanted to do.
I requested baby beds and an additional roll-a-way to be added to our rooms. When I contacted whoever, the young lady was on the day of check-in. She had an attitude about me asking, and it was not there, saying the room didn't have the space. However, someone brought them both to our rooms, and they fit great.

Location was great
Waited over 2 hours past check in for our room, it wasn’t ready. Hotel bar area was super dirty, lots of empty glasses and plates left all over the bar and lobby area. Some staff were helpful, more than half were very unhelpful and grouchy w questions I had during the stay and when I had called earlier in the week.

Clean, with friendly staff.
Price was a bit steep. But, it seemed to be an event filled weekend. Everything else was great.

The hotel itself is a gorgeous building.
Double charged. Waited 3 hours with kids in the lobby. Rude girl checked us in, and I work customer service, so im very friendly. Staff itself was not ready for checkin at the time quoted.

Our stay at The Westin Book was just ok. The steak house was closed, the crazy expensive breakfast was sub par. The carpet in the whole building was dingy and dirty, the shampoo and conditioner bottles that were glued to the wall kept falling off. The staff at the bar downstairs was downright hostile. All of this would have been overlooked if it hadn’t been 359 dollars a night!

The staff was amazing. They were very courteous
When I got into the room there was old food in the fridge, the heater in the bathroom did not work, and the shower drain was backed up as it felt like I was standing in the tub while taking a shower

fitness room was very poor.....no water, no towels, no matts.....terrible.....better fitness equipment at hampton inn!

The rooms were dull but fine.
They really need to hire more people in the brunch restaurant. The staff was amazinging but they were so overworked, it took forever to just get basic service. I asked if several people didn't come to work and was told they are always this busy. For the price of the hotel, this shouldn't be such a problem.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I brought my dog with me. There is a nice dog park very close by. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. I felt quite safe walking around.
There was supposed to be a pet welcome package with bowls. I asked about it, and someone was supposed to bring everything to my room. I never received it or a call about it.
