Historical building with nice decor. Very much in my taste. Great location in Detroit.
No room service. Coffee was not great. Need better lighting in room.

This is a charming boutique hotel. The staff is amazing, the location is great and the on site restaurant, cocktail bar and mini café stand are not only very instagrammable but also very good.
The double rooms are quite small

Cool retro hotel in a great location.

Amazing location, easy walk to Comerica Park, beautiful hotel, friendly staff.
Valet wasn't present either time we needed to get our car. Asked the front desk to call them up and they showed up. Not a big deal when checking out but was a little complicated while checking in.

I love how unique the Siren Hotel is. It has a great vibe and decor. The staff is very welcoming and kind.
A microwave and/or mini fridge would have been nice

Waited half an hour for valet upon arrival (not surprising at 5 pm on a Saturday). Waited almost half an hour for the valet to bring my car at 7 am the next morning though and I was the only one waiting for valet. When I walked in there were two gentleman that appeared to greet the other guests entering, completely ignored me. At check in, employee at the desk was on his phone very distracted. When he did realize I was there, he tried to charge me for my room despite the fact I already paid. No room service offered. Heat turned off in the middle of the night, woke up to the room being -60 degrees. Bed was very uncomfortable. Paid for a king bed suite, room was very small vs picture online. It was incredibly noisy the entire night - from a bar/club nearby. I could not sleep at all. No frig in room or bottled water offered.

The decor was eye-catching-- bohemian chic. The lobby was small but filled with decorative screens, plants, a mix of velvet chairs and a cute victorian-looking chaise lounge, Check-in and check-out was quick. Location was near sports stadium, theaters, restaurants.
The room was spotless. The shower seemed huge --decorated with colorful blue tile and glass blocks. Dark red trim on doors to bathroom & door to the room was memorable. I liked the sliding barn door to the bathroom. Snacks available in room was a plus.
The bed was a little low and the mattress was lumpy, well-worn. The window in the shower was huge. I don't think I've ever seen a window in a hotel shower before, let alone one that big.

The decor was great, the staff were excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Loved the cafe, restaurants and decorations. The robes were amazing! Overall aesthetic was great. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Overall loved it!
Room was a lot smaller than it was shown as online. We requested the superior suite and the room was less spacious / different than it was portrayed. The view was also not great, and I believe the online listing said with the suite we requested it would be a view of the city.

I loved the decor! Everything was in sync, beautiful and felt like a full immersion experience. Felt like we time traveled in the best way. Gorgeous! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Didn't like the parking situation. No lot at the hotel. Did have valet but I wasn't prepared to pay for that. Didn't realize it ahead of time.

i love the vibe of the lobby and the fact that you have a cafe at the bottom.
I also love Candy Bar. i wish you didnt have to have a reservation to get in.

Location
The room was way to small, tv location on the right side of the bed???????, no room service

Very convenient for walking to tiger stadium or ford field
Honestly the stay was great…very expensive for a tiny room, but you pay for ease and convenience. Only problem I had was there isn’t a coffee maker in the room…for some twisted reason I wake up at 430 on the dot every day. Hated waiting till 7am for the coffee bar to open. Otherwise, good stay!

The atmosphere was top notch, and their feather beds were very comfortable. If you're looking for a place that has rich atmosphere you will not be disappointed with the Siren. Candy club was pretty awesome
Wasn't very accommodating. In the room I stayed in, there was no in unit heating/cooling so there was no fan to frown out noise from the city or voices from the hall. There was no clear way to control the heating/cooling of the room. It was stuck on heat, we couldn't change it to air and it would get hot at night. there was no mini fridge for beverages or leftovers. I expected to get more bang for my buck. These rooms are not worth the price.

Location, across the street from the Detroit Opera House, half block from Wright & Company for superb tapas. Convenient, reasonable valet parking.
Poor beds. Shower water flows into sink area. Weak bedside lighting. Annoying Roku promotion covers much of the monitor screen.

This property is so unique and such a cool 50’s Hollywood feel. Loved the Candy Bar and coffee bar in the lobby.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, warm and welcoming. The decor is breathtaking. You feel like you are transformed back in time. The staff is attentive, kind, friendly and very accommodating.
Everything was perfect other than some elevator issues. But that was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel offers.

I walked in and left after seeing all the cockroaches.
Bugs everywhere inside the room and hallways. Not worth bringing these guys home with you. Rather eat my $275 than have to pay for exterminator.

The bed was comfy and the room was very clean
temperature of the room was a bit inconsistent at night.

beautiful lobby, great location, really friendly barista and housekeeping staff
The queen studio had a full size bed, absolutely no room to move around, lights so dim you could barely see anything and the heat was broken. It got down to 63 degrees in our room and nobody was at the front desk to help us. Beautiful fixtures but why blow your budget on amazing tile if the heating system doesn’t work?

First of all everything about this hotel was fabulous. The staff, especially front desk and coffee bar, were above and beyond friendly. The room was on the smaller side but one of the coziest rooms I've stayed in. Everything was so clean and all of the details were incredible.
We did make a reservation at the Candy Room and while I know they might be a totally separate entity to the hotel, I did feel their staff could have been a little more friendly and accommodating. They were clearly busy as it was a weekend evening but they needed to try a little harder to show hospitality, in my opinion. Everyone outside of that experience at the hotel was fabulous though and I would definitely stay at the Siron again!

We enjoyed the historic and authentic atmosphere, and even though it was older, there were newer additions and more luxurious items such as the shower, towels and soap that made it seem modern.
3.5
Location. nice bathroom
The water took forever to get hot. The room till a while to get warm. Not enough light in the room. Light switch controlled outlet next to my bed and I didn’t notice it wasn’t charging my phone overnight.
3.5
Loved the atmosphere and decor. Staff was friendly and the breakfast on-site was very good!
I booked a “queen” room but it came with a double bed. Disappointed that this was not specified in the reservation.
