overall We had a great stay and enjoyed all 3 days in Memphis staying at the Hotel

location was great -walking distance to see things made it easy any needs we needed(towels/toilet paper) it was taken care of promptly very clean staff friendly

I had booked a deluxe room and did not receive what I booked for...was told the hotel over booked. The room we got ended up being fine but felt we should have been compensated for not getting what I booked for. Even if it was cheaper parking or some money off the room. I did think parking was alot...$35 a night. and the continential breakfast was not free we paid $6.00. The Greyhound restauant was nice to have attached to the hotel but the service was very slow both times we went there....only 2 people working and the manager was there sitting at the bar. Just surprised he would not get up and help these 2 ladies. but the food was good once we got it.

Memphis Getaway

Upon arrival, issue with our reservation through Booking.com; however, female mgr with cute braids (Dawn, I think) stepped in and assured me, she will get matter fixed which she did. Room was clean, very nice and comfy! Hotel staff was awesome!!

Overlooked when visited resturant/bar (The Greyhound)..Bartender was more concerned with serving "friends". We had to ask about drinks/food on several accounts and was out of items on the the limited menu..

Super Lage und freundliches Personal

Hätten nach der Mail und der Ansicht der Hilton-Kette zum Punkt Sauberkeit mehr erwartet. Silikon im Bad teilweise braun und Kaffeezubehör nicht richtig aufgefüllt. Hotel war sehr hellhörig.

A due passi da Beale Street

Ottima la posizione, sicura e centrale. Vicino all'hotel Peabody e Baele street quindi la migliore posizione se si vuole soggiornare a Menphis. Reception accongliente e molto gentile. Wifi gratis Possibilità parcheggio da pagare a parte ma comunque disponibile.

La colazione è da migliorare come varietà. Lo staff della colazione non è dei più cordiali.

Overall it was a great stay in Memphis & we will be back.

Perfect location to restaurants & shops but not too close to the commotion. Valet parking was convenient but it does cost close to $40/day & you need to tip the attendants each time you want your vehicle.

We originally chose this hotel to utilize the indoor pool during the colder months & the pool wasn't heated. It was inside but just as cold as if it were outdoor & we were not able to swim in it. There are barn doors on the bathroom in the rooms & they are aesthetically pleasing but defeat the purpose as they do not stay fully closed.

Quietness! Location! The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hot water in our room was only hot one time. We called to get it fixed and it was a little better the next day but then the last day it was almost lukewarm. the front desk staff said they would have given us another room if they'd known - but that had not been offered. They did give a 1/2 off of one night discount. BUT: Hilton rooms should never be out of hot water!

Great place to stay if wanting to go to Beale street.

Excellent location near Beale Street. Maybe a little road noise in room but it was tolerable. I would stay there again.

Would prefer all inclusive.

Parking was expensive and then I tipped every time. Spent a lot on parking and tipping. Should be based upon your stay. People staying longer should get a discounted price.

Location

We checked in the day after daylight savings changed. Staff was 'unprepared' for time change. Staff members were not available or had not come to work. Guests overstayed and impated rooms being available for me and other people checking in. Only '1' person at the counter to check in a full line of new guests. It was a 'disaster'. I was standing in front of a lady from 'corporate' who informed us that the General Manager should have been called onsite because the staff was unable to manage the situation. It took almost two hours to get a room. It was a 'disaster' and we were almost late for a concert that we came to town to see due the staffing shortages.
