Very nice location close to Etosha. I would highly recommend to also book a game drive with the hotel. The driver was really good. Breakfast and dinner options also good.
WiFi didn’t work in the room

Fantastic hotel with exceptional good facilities as well as friendly and well trained staff. Everyone ist taking take for every detail, no matter weather check in process, room service or at the restaurant. Perfect for some trips into Etosha National Park or just relaxing

Friendly staff and beautiful rooms and grounds

The staff is really friendly! We also had a nice dinner and breakfast. The room is really spacious and well decorated.
I am not sure as we arrived around 5/5.30pm but would have been great to have a tea time

This hotel is nicely furnished, confortable & elegant, however there is no soul and no ambiance, dinner in the dark, no music no sound, and food very dissaponting except breakfast. We felt super unconfrotable!
A little attention to ambiance ( birds do not sing at night!) Dinner was not very tasty, the meat not soft as promised.

The staff was beyond friendly!!! They were always one step ahead, never forgot anything not the tiniest thing!!! extrawishes for dinner, laundry an extrawish at the Souvenir shop,… you name it. They were friendly, really funny and always in a really good mood. The whole atmosphere between the whole staff was also really warm and friendly and easy going and they are just all a good team which created this fantastic atmosphere. We had great conversations, compared to other lodges this was a high level of comfort and quality, I think the highest we had on our whole 22 day trip trough Namibia. Everything was extremly clean. The food was extraordinary, especially the meat!!! The whole location is very beautiful and well maintained. The pool is huge and was clean. There are lots of animals in the surroundings. This was the perfect stay and really near at Linquist Gate.
At the lodge there is absolutely nothing to improve, the only tiny little thing I could think of is the wifi. That did not work very well even in the main house and the reception at the lodge was also really bad most of the time edge or none. We were staying there for two nights so it did not bother us, but it could have been a problem if we would have stayed longer.

checkin process was easy and the property was beautiful
location - located in the heart of Etosha - or say 15 mins drive from Etosha , it was a perfect place to stay and relax
Rooms - we hired a family villa and it was beyond beautiful - very well decorated and maintained and has everything you need in the middle of a jungle.
Food - was amazing and a lot of options
Property was surrounded by nature and we could see animals from the garden of our villa - amazing experience

Mushara lodge is PERFECTION. The staff were wonderful, the place was spotlessly clean, the food was exceptional, the pool area was beautiful. We would move in in we could. Cannot wait for our next trip!

Bad service
Our son broke his foot, we asked NOT for a refund but to switch the DATES so he could enjoy the trip when he healed up. They refused and charged us. Poor. Don't go here.

An excellent, luxurious hotel, clean with helpful and polite staff. Excellent service, excellent food both breakfast and dinner, very clean, spacious rooms, nice pool and parking in the premises.
A minor problem was that they had internet only in the main building. But the rest of the services overcome this problem.

Friendly and gracious staff. Secluded, beautiful and comfortable rooms and delicious food.
4.5
The rooms are very luxurious, clean, spacious and cozy. The staff friendly. The lodge is well located not far from Ethosha park.
The breakfast was continental, simple.
Value for money the dinner could be better especially in such a luxurious lodge. (potatoes not cooked enough, meat tough...) We have eaten better in other lodges, which were simpler. That is unfortunate.

The friendliness and hospitality of the staff. With no exceptions everyone was extremely nice.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Well organised and cared for property with attentive staff. A wonderful place to relax. Had the most comfortable bed with high quality linen.
4.5
Had a great time @ Mushara a amazing game drive and outstanding food. I highly recommend a stay if you want 5* Lodge.
Not any complaints about the Lodge.
The general driver eticate from self-drive people in the park needs to be worked on.
12 cars round a cheetah is not great. Not the fault of the Lodge.

The room was beautiful..the lodge was lovely and all of the staff friendly but professional.
We were disappointed with the food, and the fact it was a set menu. Although we were told we could choose something else, it would have been so much nicer to have had an option on the menu. For the price we paid we expected more.
Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay.

We spent four nights at this lovely lodge. The main building which houses the lounge, bar, dining room and gift shop is an impressive thatch-roof structure, beautifully and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge by the open doorways with a view of the garden and pool area. Cheeky banded mongoose came to play and forage on the lawn just meters away. Our chalet was spacious and our bed was comfortable. The mosquito nets were well made, it would be impossible for a mosquito to sneak in to bite us in bed. That said, it is the rainy season and we did not see one mosquito. Our compliments to the chef. Dinners were tasty, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Breakfast included a large selection of foods, including fresh fruit, hearty home-made breads and jams, yogurt, cereals, cold cuts and cheeses, and eggs and bacon of your choice. A special recognition to Mika and Julianne for making us feel at home. Mika was especially helpful when we needed to check on the road conditions to our next destination. He called his colleagues at the next lodge and made sure we arrived well. We took game drives every morning into Etosha Park. Our guide, Solomon, was knowledgeable and professional. Being the green season, we had not expected to see much wildlife. To our delight, we sighted an abundance of wildlife. The highlights were seeing a group of over 40 elephants converging on a waterhole and socializing, and seeing rhinos and cheetahs. Zebra, giraffe, kudu and all the antelope were abundant, grazing alongside the roads. We will definitely recommend this lodge to our family and friends.
Wifi in the chalet was very weak. It was not optimal in most of the lounge building. This was disappointing in a lodge of this calibre and should be easy to fix. All the other lodges in Namibia we stayed at had excellent wifi in the chalets and the main buidlings.
3.0
The property and rooms which are detached chalets are clean, well decorated and spacious.
The location is as close as you can get to Von Lindquist gate and so, great for easy access into Etosha National Park.
The people are friendly and welcoming.
The only criticism of the property was the food and more specifically dinner.
So as to be constructive, the starter serving plates were huge and therefore it was as though the chefs had to fill them. Both first courses, on both nights, were frankly ill considered and supersized. Too many ingredients, too many incongruous flavours and oversized sauces applied directly to the plate.
Sadly a lack of understanding of the international palate.
Disappointing when you have no local alternatives.
4.5
Peaceful location
Food very good but too much of it
4.2
Location and decor.
Breakfast (omelette) was excellent but dinner could be improved.
