Grounds are very well maintained, buildings nicely done and fit into the setting perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Meals well done.
More vegetarian options on meals would have been nice. Mini-split unit in room was very noisy, not sure it was working correctly so didn't use. Not a big deal as cold in morning but warmed up doing the day.

Food was great! Feet spa was amazing!

This is a beautiful lodge around 20km outside Namutoni Gate at Etosha Pan. the restaurant and main building is stunning. the staff were really friendly and the food good. I think covid has affected the lodge and to get it to 5 stars a bit of minor maintenance is required. having said that I would still recommend this lodge.

We loved the entire place. Great atmosphere and simply beautiful.
The rooms are not private, so if you are looking for a romantic getaway, this might not be your spot.

Everything. And I mean everything. It is not just the wonderful atmosphere of the place, how it looks, but the staff makes you feel like you are not just a guest, but like that you are at the right place. It was by far the most beautiful place and the kindest people we ever experienced. Thank you so much to all the staff, from check in to cleaning, catering food...wow.
Not one single thing.

Nice waterwhole where the animals come around from time to time
Unfortunately we had little worms in our bed which were living in the roof. Still no mosquito nets although many hints in the comments.

Very good restaurant and spa!
3.5
Modern style , water features , elevated waterhole viewing, food.
Lack of mosquito nets and old white man shouting at Namibian staff. Atmosphere of fear amongst staff as they rush to see the questionnaire you are asked to complete, pointless as years of reviews tell of no mosquito nets and no action. Lodge looking tired with tiles missing on entrance water feature and two broken 8ft. Windows in dining room, such a shame. Needs good management, maintenance.

Our bedroom size was excellent on both our stays.
Pool , lounge , breakfast areas were excellent . Delightful to have a waterhole
The whole layout of the property is just how it looks on the website.
Staff were very friendly
The dinner menu , rather a shame it only on a two day repeat so as we stayed there twice we had to request a variation. Very difficult for vegetarians . In fairness they did accommodate our needs . Food itself excellent.

Amazingly beautiful venue: room and common spaces. Fantastic architecture. Free foot massage. Water hole with many animals to spot.
Good road connection to Etosha park.
Dinner is not of same level as accomodation.

The waterhole next to the lodge is super. You are right next to the animals.
The foot massage is a definite plus.
everything fine

- The staff was friendly
- The watering hole is the best part as quite a few different animals came
- My husband enjoyed the pool and we both got a foot massage!
Suggestion: I felt like the place was missing something and it's only afterward I realised what. In a lot of places you have some sort of a host, a charismatic person who comes to chat to guests and I missed this here. The staff was friendly, but it wasn't the same as the hosts we had been encountering.
- Mosquito nets in the room would be handy, most places we stayed had these provided.
- We informed beforehand we were vegan and had hoped to get some form of plant-based milk for breakfast to be able to eat the cereals provided. For dinner, they did accommodate us with a few vegetable dishes.

From the moment we got there, it was evident that we made an excellent choice with our booking. It was beautiful inside and outside. The breakfast (included in the price) was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful and walked the extra mile for us (they did our laundry in the evening so that we could have it the next morning when we left). The waterhole with the animals was an extra bonus. We loved every single thing! We wished we stayed longer!
There was nothing not to like. We loved it all.

Good, clean rooms.
Enjoyed the viewing platforms over the waterhole. Meals were nice.
The conditions under which the one crocodile lived.
Got the sense that it was understaffed and that the amenities of the Lapa and Pub should have been running during high season.
4.5
The beds , totally uncomfortable

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The deck overlooking the water hole is fantastic, plenty of game to view. The dinner was scrumptious.
