This cabin was ideal for our family of 4 for our Glacier vacation. The lake, swimming area, canoe, and paddleboats made for a great way to relax after a day hiking in the park. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, including a grill and cooking utensils to make meals during our stay. The cabin size was perfect and having another bed upstairs with a separate sink and toilet was great for our teenage daughters. The outdoor space with seating and a patio table was awesome to enjoy meals outside and relax. Our host was easily accessible and prompt via text messages. We loved our stay here!!!!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a vacation to the beautiful Glacier National Park area- and we were so lucky to have found this gem of a cabin! The location of this wonderful cabin is very convenient to the Apgar Gate, and as a major bonus there is a beautiful lake for swimming after enjoying your day in the park, or canoeing and paddle boating right at the back door. Amenities are nearby if needed such as groceries, ice cream and pizza. It was such a peaceful wonderful place to enjoy MT. Thanks for a great stay!

A nice cabin with a great location near the park. Being able to enjoy the lake nearby is an added bonus.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days. We had no trouble connecting with or meeting our host to check in. The place was very clean and well represented in the photos. It was just the two of us so we didn’t use the loft area at all. Temps got into the mid 90’s the first 3 days, but the cabin stayed comfortable. We didn’t even bother with the 2 fans that were provided.
The WiFi is set up in the main house next door, not this cabin, so you have to go outside to connect. We spent a lot of time on the deck so that worked fine for us. My boyfriend had consistent service with AT&T but my T-mobile service was very spotty.
We took the canoe out on the lake once. The water was surprisingly warm and very clear. The location is great - about a 15 minute drive to the West Glacier entrance. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom sinks in the middle but wasn't as bad after we rotated it. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Overall great property! We really enjoyed the views and interior design of this cabin. Very good communication and quick replies to any inquiries we had.

We enjoyed our stay in the clean and pretty location. The only thing to make it perfect would have been a regular coffee pot and not a kerig. KCups were not available at the nearest grocery store and I have not had success in using grounds in the kcup adapter. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Macy was a very sweet contact person. We were very pleased.

Bigger than we imagined, two beds was awesome. Clean and very close to entrance of glacier np.

This cabin was wonderful. You can see the lake from the loft bedroom upstairs and there is another bedroom downstairs. Cell phone service is very spotty, but we were told that beforehand so we were somewhat prepared. Once at the cabin, cell service was great. I would highly recommend this cabin and would love to stay again!

It was raining on the days we were there so thankfully we could check in early because there was nothing else to do.
The picture and description does not show you that the cabin is smooshed in between two other places on the same property that are also rented, so it is not private.
The living room is so small that there is only a loveseat, but no couch. The other chair in the living room is so old you can feel and hear the springs every time you sit back! The floors must have been installed wrong because now they bow up.
The door to the bathroom is a pocket door and does not glide well. Inadequate lighting in bathroom. Heat in bathroom does not work.
No central heat and it was cold while we were there in June.
The main house which is closer to the lake than the cabin has a firepit, but you can not use it. Not being able to have a campfire at a cabin by a lake was very disappointing to our kids.
It is obvious that the owners have not stayed here to see what it is really like, or they oblivious to the quirks.
They do have newer towels, so that is something…We personally have a lake cabin in another state and know what expectations are for a stay.

This location for a 3 generation trip was just great! The kiddos (11 and 12) loved the loft and canoeing on the lake! Great location….. highly recommend!

It was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and we couldn't be happier with our accommodations. This place is spotlessly clean, the deck and the view were perfect for morning coffee ! A great location where we could take a walk in the morning. Paddle boat was fun for a sunset cruise! Everything was just perfect!

This is a lovely log cabin on Lake 5. Beautiful views of the lake from both levels of the cabin. This cabin is only one mike to the apgar entrance for Glacier NP. Our visit was focused on the park so we didn’t use the lake during the stay but we enjoyed the views. There is a canoe and paddle boat for your use. The upstairs loft has a comfy king bed with a view of the lake and has a toilet and sink. Downstairs is a queen bed. My daughter thought the mattress was a tad too soft.Saw elk and deer on the property which was more than we saw in the park. This property works well for two couples or a family of four.

Beautiful place on Five Lake. We enjoyed canoeing and catching absolutely stunning sunsets. Short drive to the park and a great place to relax after a day of hiking. Highly recommend

The authentic log cabin also has modern architectural and design features. The master bedroom, living room and kitchen are located on the lower level; with access to a sleeping loft
provided by a massive wooden staircase. A spacious deck has an outdoor grill, seating area
and SPECTACULAR view of the lake. A dock with a canoe and paddle boats are available by
agreement with with owed.
Trudy is a unique hostess who is welcoming,
engaging and creative in her commitment to resolving any problems should they arise.
West Glacier is just one mile to the east, and provided easy access to Lake McDonald Lodge
to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary ‼️

We stayed the night before our backpacking trip into Glacier. The location is just outside the main west entrance at Apgar. We BBQ’d on the porch over a beautiful lake. Nicely decorated interior

Perfect cabin for our family. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, amazing views from the deck, 5mins from Glacier west entrance, close to flathead lake (incredible) and direct access to lake five was awesome - great way to end a day of hiking! We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area and would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this cabin. It’s clean, spacious and has a beautiful location on a lake. The private dock to swim, canoe or use a paddle boat was a highlight for my kids!
The check in process was really easy, although we didn’t get the exact address until the day of check in. We arrived late but our property manager was really attentive in the days leading up to check in and there were zero issues.
This property is about a 5-10 minute drive to the west entrance to Glacier NP which was the reason for our visit. I thought the location was great. West Glacier and Apgar are really cute, with shops and restaurants.
Would definitely recommend this place (and have to several people already)!

Beautiful setting overlooking a lake conveniently located less than five minutes from the west entrance to Glacier Park. Kitchen fully stocked and gas grill worked without a hitch. Enjoyed a morning canoe ride around the peaceful Lake 5.

Loved it all!

The cabin was gorgeous and the host was super helpful. The loft has a lot of light so make sure to bring an eye mask if you’re a sensitive light sleeper, but the view to the lake is amazing. They have a dock with lake access that was so perfect. Definitely will stay again.
The comments about internet are real: it’s not consistent so don’t rely on having it.

Loved our visit here! It was super clean and everything we expected. We loved coffee in the mornings and cocktails at night on the deck looking at the lake - during the days we were in the park which was super close by. As listed there is no washer or dryer at the cabin but in Columbia Falls we easily found a great place to do a load of laundry, while having a quick bite to eat. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place right on the lake! Macy was so helpful with check-in and always available. The place was beautiful and it was perfectly located right outside of the park. It was such a perk to be able to use the dock and the peddleboats and really enjoy the lake. The house was so clean and had everything we would have needed. We loved this place and would love to stay again in the future!!

The pics are accurate. The place was immaculate. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and appreciated because we ate in for most of our meals.Nick , the manager of the home, was more than helpful to us! Thank you Nick! This home was a gem and so glad we were to enjoy it while visiting GNP.

We chose this small cabin for its rustic look and it met all of our needs. It was super clean & well stocked for what we needed. It's location was private & very quiet but yet perfectly located between West Glacier & Hungry Horse on a private lake.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying in the cabin for two nights. We even took the canoe out into the small lake. It was so peaceful and beautiful! I highly recommend this property for anybody that wants to have a little downtime and a beautiful location.

This is a lovely home and has beautiful views. Very clean and had almost everything we needed. Cell service there is a bit of a challenge so communicating with the host at times was a bit challenging but we would definitely stay there again.

Trudi was amazing with staying in communication with our multitude of questions. She is a sweet soul! The cabin is beautiful, quiet, tranquil, so clean. And the view to the lake is amazing! We will most definitely be coming back! 10/10 recommend!

This cabin is better than the pictures and so comfortable we instantly felt at home! The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved being on the lake and using the peddle boat! Great location close to GNP. Only down was spotty WiFi and service but we really enjoyed disconnecting. Would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to West Glacier.

Wonderful experience! The cabin is beautiful, nicely decorated, clean, and was the perfect size for my Dad and I. The location is extremely convenient -- a few minutes from West Glacier entrance. The cabin is on a little hill above a private lake and has a nice views through the trees of the water. The owner's cabin sits a little lower on the hill right on the lake and they're around but let us have our privacy and were very friendly. They let us have access to their dock and canoe/paddle boats which was awesome! As the listing says, there's no TV and limited cell service but we loved this aspect of it and feeling off the grid. Would definitely come back!
