About this apartment rental

Seaview is true to its namesake. Due to is unique position along the coastline, being inside Seaview feels more like you are in nature's front row seat watching the sea turtles mosey along the dunes and the playful dolphins dance in the waves.

We believe vacations should be both fun and restorative. To that end, we just bought a new Sealy Posturepedic Optimum king bed for Seaview's bedroom. This top of line bedding system has OptiCool Gel Memory Foam which provides superior comfort and cooling properties not available in conventional bedding.

Since sleep quality is particularly important when on vacation; we also installed Hunter Douglas Blackout Shades which provide excellent room darkening for those of us who enjoy sleeping in. The Hunter Douglas Honeycomb Vertiglide Blackout Shades are on all the sliding glass doors. The living room window's blackout shade is electronically controlled by a wall mounted switch.

At Seaview the sounds of waves will be your lullaby as drift into a most peaceful and restorative slumber. You will awake refreshed and ready to explore Amelia's charms.

For your added comfort we also upgraded the flooring in Seaview's bedroom. We removed the carpet, which can trap sand, and installed a floor heat system. On top of the heat system we installed porcelain tile. The porcelain floors stays exceptionally clean as we utilize a floor scrubbing machine weekly to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please note there is a separate thermostat in the bedroom to control the bedroom floor heat. The thermostat in the living room controls the central air conditioning and central heating system.

We also recently upgraded the sofa in Seaview. There is now a beautiful, leather couch from Norway that has unique ergonomic functions. The couch has 3 seats that operate independently of one another and adjust to your movement. If you wish recline while seated next to someone who prefers to be seated upright; the couch will accommodate both of you - adjusting itself to your specific preferences.

Seaview's bathroom has been completely remodeled. It now has an oversized shower big enough for two with a built-in bench. The commode and pedestal sink are also new. We keep it stocked with luxury grade towels, shampoo, body wash, soap and conditioner.

Seaview is on the 4th floor of a 7 story building in a private, gated resort neighboring the Ritz. Its expansive oceanfront verandah wraps around from the living room to the generously sized king bedroom. The ocean views are abundant from the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and verandah.

Vacations are too short and too infrequent to risk disappointment. That is why we pay just as much attention to the details as we do to the bigger elements the property. Seaview is a pet-free and smoke-free environment so that we can maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and health for all our guests.

We also offer 4 other oceanfront condos at the same private club, in the neighboring buildings. All of these oceanfront condos have king mater suites. We have a 6th floor oceanfront condo called Beach Retreat which has the same floor plan and square footage as Seaview. We also have a 5th floor oceanfront condo at the same location which has 2 full bathrooms and 1 king bedroom. It is called Seascape.

In addition I off a completely remodeled penthouse called Oasis in which both king master suites face the ocean and there are 2 oceanfront verandahs. Oasis' VRBO listing number is #4257621.

Lastly I also offer a 5th floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo called Shoreline (listing # 3495865). When larger parties are traveling together, they often like to reserve a few of my condos as they are conveniently located near one another.

Me and the wife just spent our 20th anniversary here and had a wonderful stay. We didn’t want to leave. The owner thought our so much as far as putting together a very organized book of things to do and places to eat for your trip. The place was clean, beautiful view, comfy bed, and had everything you need that she had thought of to have in there for you. The closets have beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, extra blankets, and even robes for you and your partner. The location is great and convenient, not too far from anything you would want to do, or places to eat. We had a wonderful stay and would do it again! towumbrellla, chairs… every

Views of the beach and ocean were awesome during the day and at night. Beach access was easy and the sand dune reclamation impressive. The swimming pool was delightful after a visit to the beach. The rental unit was clean and well provisioned. All of the accessories needed to prepare meals were available. The insulated tote bag provided as a welcome gift was an excellent choice and quite useful. The owner needs to repair the front entry door as it tended to stick in the frame and was often difficult to open and close.

This condo looks exactly as described. The view, from the moment you enter the door, is gorgeous. The bedroom is quite nice also because you get the view from there as well. The place is clean and well cared for. The Host provides a lot of really helpful info and was friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely 1 BR property with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. It's located on So Amelia Island, with a great walking beach, in between the Omni, near the Ritz and not far from historic Fernandina with its many restaurants & shops. A cruise on the Amelia River is a treat - not to be missed, with the guides telling some great stories about unique Cumberland Island. Hostess Brigid is gracious & extremely responsive.

The view is everything. The Morning sunrise is magical and takes your breath away. The condo was everything it said it would be. It was Very clean, well stocked , and there were unexpected amenities. Coffee was available for your first day. Digital accessories were abundant. Nightlights were motion sensitive and came on as needed. The owner was very helpful. We were comfortable and pleased. We were sorry to leave, and plan to come back!

Seaview was wonderful! Beautiful views, great sunrises, watched the dolphins play from the balcony. Owner was gracious and responded so quickly to questions, and ensured our stay was everything we needed and had everything we needed. Perfect location to great restaurants, local activities and walks on the beach. Master Bed very comfortable and Sofa was great. Kitchen well equipped and Owner made everything so easy to check in and check out. We will go back and have told friends about this great condo.

It was a very nice place although the price was a little expensive. The bed had some kind of foam on top of it that made it impossible to move or sleep on it. This was our honeymoon stay.

Our original plan did not include consideration for a penthouse unit but that is what we ended up with and it was total bliss! The views you get from this unit are amazing. The unit is spotless, well stocked, and has a great pool nearby. To top it off, the owner is the best! Brigid is very responsive, thoughtful, and helped make our vacation a dream!

Had a lovely time relaxing here. The property was as advertised and we loved our beautiful view. Nice quiet place. We enjoyed a beautiful bike ride with the bikes that were provided. Took a walk on the beach every day. All in all an excellent experience! We would stay here again…

Although the weather was not that great for us we enjoyed the condo immensely! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. We loved the binder of useful information very well put together. They bed and pillows were superb! The view was perfect and we were able to open the doors and hear the waves despite the weather. We will book again.

The two most important factors I consider when I vacation are cleanliness and location . This condo delivers on both . It is updated , clean , and has an unobstructed beautiful ocean view . Sometimes you just need a change of scenery - and Seaview didn't disappoint! When the day starts with the sunrise over the ocean, its hard to have a bad day. The reality of Seaview was exactly as advertised and relayed in pictures. Communications from Brigid assured we were well prepared leading up to our arrival and well taken care of while there. A wonderful experience overall!
