Incredible view, great location and very comfortable bed. Easy access too! Didn’t have to talk to anyone, just accessed the key at a box.

Would have liked to be slightly closer to the beach as a lot of other sky scrapers block the view. But it was still incredible.

Good value for money

Really comfortable bed and an amazing view from the balcony.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner - we kept finding long black hairs that weren’t either mine or my partners. It is a bit of a walk to get to the town centre, around 20-25 minutes. It didn’t bother us as we like walking but might put some people off.

Awesome stay! Building needs maintenance.

Very lovely staff and excellent hotel. The amenities within the room were really good and the cleanliness was awesome.

One of the elevators was out of commission from the beginning. The middle one started to play up a little, and one of them failed, causing five of my friends to be trapped for nearly three hours before the tech could get there from Brisbane. There are also ants in the room, but not too many, as if the previous tenants seemed to have invited them in. Also, of note, the entire building seemed a little... dated. As if it was last uplifted in the 80s-90s.

Bruno’s studio apartment was set up for comfort with all the amenities generously supplied, which made the stay just so

It was a very comfortable room with a very clever kitchenette set up with generous tea and coffee supply. Loved the small fridge and the dishwashing set up. The beds were very comfortable and the view was stunning.

The spa bath was appreciated, as the shower at the coldest setting was too hot at a reasonable flow. Bruno was quick to respond to the issue, even on a Sunday. It was very unfortunate that the pool and spa were out of action during our entire 4 day stay.
