Very good, wish I could live there

The views were spectacular, nice view of the city and you could see the ocean from pretty much everywhere in the apartment. From the 43rd floor. Very close to everything and the heated pool and gym where very big The door to Woolies’s is about 10 meters from the door to the north tower. Very awesome

The shower never stayed at one temperature. Stayed for 4 nights and every shower I took it just went from boiling hot to freezing cold non stop on its own. Wasnt nice showering. was also really low, my head was hitting it and I’m only 6 foot. the dishwasher is very weak and quite small, only 2 tablets provided. Can’t use your own tablets either. But other than that it was beautiful.

great location and view but room needs a major update

excellent location & the ocean view from our room was incredible

our room was extremely dated and worn - furniture is in desperate need of an update (curtains and blinds were dirty and worn, tap was leaking in the bathroom, bathroom mirror was very dirty/rusty. shelf in shower was loose). I feel like the room needs some major TLC and it would have been great

Fabulous stay as always

Great location and excellent facilities - apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4. This was our third time staying at mantra circle on Cavill and will definitely be back.

Can get busy around the elevators at time and cause a bit of a wait but it wasn’t a major issue.

Overall it’s a pleasant stay here, comfortable and central to anywhere you want to go

Love how central it is with Woolworths down stairs, just a short walk to the tram stop and the beach. Staff are fantastic, helpful and always friendly.

We were in the north tower on the 15th floor, right next to the trash Shute, every time someone in the floor above you puts something in the Shute that’s all you can hear all night long and early morning as it’s travelling its way down to the bins. Paid over 3k for a spa bath with ocean view but can’t see anything when in the spa bath but buildings, was not high enough to be marketed as “ocean views”. Elevator’s are incredibly slow, sometimes you wait up to 5-8 minutes for an elevator, use the residents one. It’s much faster.

could not use some of the smart TV apps, especially YouTube, which I was wanting to watch. It was not connected up to the Internet in the hotel so I was told that I have to use my phone as a modem which is fine, but it did not work. I gave the reception a call, and they said there’s nothing they can do at the moment because they haven’t got it rigged up to the Internet that is the all the smart TV apps you have to use your own Internet through your phone.

Misleading photos meant we did not get the accomodation paid for !!!!

The location was very good within walking distance to the heart of surfers and bathroom was nice. We had a partial view of the sea on either side of the building in from of the balcony.

We booked Two-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View and Spa Bath for 4 nights last November for arrival April 27th 2023 to attend family wedding celebrations. There is false photo advertising for this accomodation. BEWARE!!!! We booked 5 months in advance so the property had time to provide the advertised level of accomodation. Although they say the photos are indicative of the accomodation it was totally different, like night and day. The advertised photos demonstrated new furniture and when we arrived and were given our accomodation the furniture was 15- 20 years old, mattress was sunken, there were pulls on the lounge and dining chairs old and vinyl was sticky. Jackie from reception advised the photos were indicative however I expressed to her that this is not what we paid for. She offered us 2 other rooms however they too were NOTHING like what was advertised at this price. In the end we stayed there as the property had deducted the cost of the 4 night stay 10 days ago, and we had no time to look for new accomodation as we had events to attend. Although we have travelled locally and overseas in the last 15 years I have never experienced this, it felt like being tricked. I am sure we could have paid less for this type of accomodation elsewhere, however we were scammed by the photos they advertise. It is the first time I have written such a review and cannot believe this is allowed !

Great stay staff were friendly. Only problem with our stay was we were on level 18 and it smelt like dog wee.
