Séjour idéal pour une pause sur la route

Superbe guesthouse moderne. Cuisine incroyablement équipée. Chambres spacieuses, confortables et très propres.

Un petit peu cher par rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver aux alentours mais les prestations compensent.

Πολυ crowded, εντελώς υπερεκτιμημένο, στενάχωρο, χωρίς σαπούνια και πιστολάκια, απρόσωπο. Εμένα σε ένα κοιτώνα με 12 κρεβάτια τα οποία ηταν ημιδιπλα και σε κάποια κοιμόντουσαν και δυο άτομα. Άρα σε ένα δωματιο πολυ μικρό κοιμηθήκαμε 20 άτομα σχεδόν εκείνο το βράδυ. Δεν είχες χώρο ούτε τη βαλίτσα σου να ακουμπήσεις, ούτε το μπουφάν σου να κρεμάσεις.

The views from the property was amazing and the people that you could meet were pretty cool too.

The bathrooms to shower in are a little cramped not leaving you much room to change afterwards but besides that pretty good quality for a hostel

Très bon établissement, conforme à nos attentes et hyper bien situé.

Nous avons adoré le style de l’établissement, très moderne et propre. Le lieu est chaleureux et bien équipé. Nous avions la chance d’avoir les lits éloignés de la porte du dortoir. Super expérience en famille.

Je suis très satisfaite et je reviendrai ici pour mon prochain séjour en Islande.

J’ai eu la chance de tomber sur un dortoir avec des personnes très respectueuses du silence aux heures indiquées. Les lits étaient propres, il faisait bien chaud et il y avait des rideaux individuels pour garder un peu d’intimité. Les et sanitaires étaient également propres et fonctionnels.

La cuisine est un peu petite pour tout l’établissement, mais elle est bien équipée.

Las instalaciones, la limpieza, las duchas, el entorno... es un albergue de cinco estrellas. Con mucho gusto y muy cómodo.

Lo único malo, y que no depende del albergue, es cuando te encuentras con gente maleducada y que no sabe estar en un albergue

Las zonas comunes están genial. Nos daba miedo lo de la temperatura del agua de la ducha , y la verdad que salía muy muy caliente ... Buen ambiente entre huespedes

Quizá las habitaciones tienen poco espacio para dejar las cosas teniendo en cuenta que en" tu hueco" frente a la cama es el mismo hueco para las personas que duermen encima tuyo. Nosotros dejamos lo imprescindible y el resto en el coche. Además tiene una zona de taquillas ( donde están los secadores/tocadores)

Auberge confortable à Vìk

Établissement parfaitement située a la sortie de la ville de Vìk et proche de plage. Décoration raffinée, literie confortable. Cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle avec une vue exceptionnelle.

Douches éloignées des chambres. Sanitaires plus ou moins propre en soirée et début de matinée.

A lovely hostel where I would stay again

Very stylish. Thoughtful layout. Even though the hostel seemed full there was availability of facilities (ie. shower, sinks, kitchen)

Difficult to open and close to room quietly—not a good setup for shared rooms, especially in the early morning and lay evening

Just do it. Modern facility with great space.

We are very unlikely people for a hostel arrangement but we selected 2 beds in the 4 bed dormitory and loved it. The other guests were extremely courteous and we made friends making dinner in the shared kitchen which is rather spacious. Very modern facilities and fabulous staff. Extremely clean and well maintained.

Nothing. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfecto para ver las auroras

A pesar de ser compartido,había un silencio a la hora de dormir,las camas son literas dobles,muy cómodas,mi habitación es la de 4 ,camas y dormimos ocho, suficiente espacio para las maletas,al estar apartado por la noche vimos las auroras

No tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento,pero me desagrado un poco que había un grupo bastante grande de italianos y se apropiaron de todos los fuegos ,y eso que hay bastante,de la cocina ,y tenían mucho alboroto,pero bueno,eso ya no es el hotel,,la cocina tiene de todo,

All that glitters is not gold.

Good location. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed for basic cooking.

In the evening, there was a lack of hot water in the showers and in the kitchen. We were there for two nights and both were the same. Something we wouldn't expect for the price. Although the place is quite new with modern/hipster design on some details you recognise the materials used were rather cheap and not suitable for such a frequent usage a hostel needs.

The entire design of the barn is brilliant. The staff is fabulous. It is clean and a favorite, must do stop. Amazing vibes. I plan to return for a longer stay.

The only thing that I can think of is offering access to a laundry room.

The common bed room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and very good equipped. There is also possible to order draft beer or some food. The personal was very kind and polite, because after rainy day, we were wet from foot to head, therefore we tried to ask if there is some possible to dry our clothses and yes, there is possible to use a dryer. Thank you.

Great stay

Beautiful stay in the barn ! We were in a dorm,they have double beds so a couple can be together. Comfy beds. Lots of showers and toilets, very clean. The bar area and the kitchen are great. Amazing view from the kitchen. Chances to see aurora at night. staff was friendly and helpful. They have a laundry service which is very convenient.

a cool place to stay when visiting Vic

the location was amazing! fantastic views and surrounding areas. a very cool and modern building. the shared kitchen was fantastic with all the equipment and space to cook and socialise.

It was a little overpriced for a hostel ( we had a private room) the room we had was very basic and lacked a cozy feel.

Fantastic!

The Barn is really a special place which I shall not forget. The people staying at The Barn are super friendly, and the property itself is clean and warm. A place which I would surely recommend.

The staffs are not friendly at all. The property is very nice, but hospitality can be improved.

- double bed in shared room! - a curtain in every bed - kitchen up stairs is really well furnished and well equipped - distance to black beach

- too little room for the luggage in the room - shower room gets flooded easily and there is nothing really to store the belongings/clothes/shoes dry - I haven’t found any hair drier

Well insulated; nice infrastructure; well equipped kitchen; big, well designed rooms

Large loud group of very loud Italians were occupying the kitchen at all times an being very loud until late hours. Showers were only ice cold or very chilly. Too little sanitary facilities for the amount on guests.
