Ottima location per visitare a piedi la città

posizione strategica (il parcheggio più vicino, del Castello, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi) per visitare il centro storico di Annecy appartamento rustico ma molto ben strutturato, con zona cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario (compresa lavastoviglie!) zona molto tranquilla

On a jamais autant de vacances que lorsqu'on en revient. Merci chouette escapade à Annecy.

Très joli emplacement. Séjourner au pied d'un château réveille tous les princes et princesses qui sont en nous.

ventilation à la salle de bains ( on se rend compte que l'air est très humide et les choses ont peine à sécher)et rideaux ou stores au salon( pour un peu plus d'intimité.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Sitzplatz draussen. Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieterin.

Schlüsselbox war schwierig/nicht zu öffnen.

Juste une petite remarque, booking n'avait pas mis à jour le code confidentiel de la boite à clé, il nous a fallu appeler la propriétaire pour récupérer le code. nous avons tout aimé, l'appart est top et sa situation aussi

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment in the perfect location. Amazing.

This is such a comfortable and well equipped apartment and the location is great. It is close enough to enjoy all Annecy has to offer but is also a quiet sanctuary night away from the main streets.

I don’t think we could have chosen a more perfect accommodation and location. the host has really nailed this property - the decor is stunning- they have really thought about every detail to ensure guests have everything they need! would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to visit again in the future

Ideal location. Attention to detail to make the stay more comfortable. Rustic yet modern vibe. Flexibility and understanding to accommodate our needs. We felt at home and we will definitely return on our next visit.

Excellent property in a great location

Location is great, clean and tasteful apartment

It would be good to have a high-chair/lit bebe for babies or small children on the property. But it did have a great baby bed which was comfortable and already set up.

location is great. close to everywhere. cozy place. seems to be newly renovated. we loved the deco and provisions

hot water ran out when the fourth pax took to shower in winter. was too cold to use the shower. maybe not a good place to choose for four pax

cosy, stylishly appointed apartment a stone’s throw from Annecy castle and old town

super well located and beautifully decorated and set up.

the only thing missing was shampoo in the bathroom. aside from this it was perfect

The location was fabulous. The decor is beautiful. The place is very charming. It was super clean with all necessary amenities and even more. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

There was nothing I did not like. It was perfect!

I didn't meet Anna, but she was very easy to reach and very kind in the communication. The appartment was nicer then expected; enough space and well laid out. The location could not have been better. It's right in front of the old castle and in the middle of the center. The wine bar right around the corner is nice too!

Cosy apartment near the lake, must stay.

The interiors are really good and its a cosy apartment with all the facilities. Its quite near to the lake. The owner is really warm and helpful.

The only issue we had during the stay was wifi which we were told that it stopped working due to the storm but rest everything was really good.

A magical gem

It’s part of an ancient house and the shared courtyard and internal features such as the stone door steps reflect this. However the appartement has been renovated to a thoroughly modern standard and impressive fittings (for example the bathroom and kitchen) haven’t resulted in any loss of character. Although the appartement doesn’t have much of an external view you don’t miss one as the ambience inside is just so perfect and is a pleasant place to relax, cook or just be! The town of Annecy is of course very picturesque. The appartement is located in the mediaeval quarter; it is very quiet nevertheless. I met Anna who was charming and helpful; she responded to my questions and requests speedily. I thoroughly recommend staying there and hope to visit again.

It didn’t affect me, but I could imagine that someone with a truly enormous heavy suitcase might have difficulty getting it through the shared gate and down the few steps to the property.
