Amazing location and a really beautiful apartment that’s convenient for several days stay. Clean rooms, warm in the cold days, really hot water and a minute away from great restaurants.
Quiet during the night even though it’s at the very center of the old town and the most touristic pedestrian area.
Bring some toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) just in case.

Location ed arredamento
Ingombro seggiolone bambino e soprattutto box.
Scale di accesso poco agevoli.

Beatifully restored, in the old city, comfortable, right in the middle of attractions and conveniently close to public transport.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Loved the apartment. Big, clean, central and beautifully renovated. The bathroom and shower are large and the water pressure great. The bed was comfortable. We were close to everything and the host left a book with recommendations and maps. The ice cream shop below the property is rated as one of the best in France and the queue was a constant throughout the day. We made use of free parking 1.9km from the apartment after dropping our bags and had a lovely walk along the lake back to the apartment.

The location was 10 out of 10: a couple feet away from the best ice cream place in town and all the most popular restaurants, with tons of shopping, and a short walk to the lake, the river with the beautifully flowered bridges, the parks and also to the ramp that leads to the castle -- just the most perfect location anyone could hope for. And the apartment! Spacious beyond belief with every convenience. And unlike many hosts who shut off the electricity to various appliances (which is nothing less than an insult to the guest), the towel rack, the heating, the fans -- everything was on and working beautifully. Lots of surface area to use for putting one's papers and belongings down. Know that to open the apartment door, pull the handle down and only then turn the key -- both to open and close. And when you enter the building with your code, the light switch and the switch to open the door when you want to exit are to your immediate right. The apartment is on the second floor, and although the apartment is very modern, the building is old and anyone with mobility issues might have a problem with the stairs. Although it is on the main street, once the windows are shut it's quiet and lovely. I lwas so happy with this place I'd recommend it without reservatiob (except as mentioned above). I might add that the communication with the owner couldn't have been more cordial.

Location is excellent. Central yet quiet - unless the windows are open of course! It was fun people watching in the evening.

The location in the pedestrianised old town was the only positive about this property.
The property is not advertised on booking as having a number of steep staircases to climb with poor lighting that upon pressing the button in the dark corridors it times out before you have reached the staircase. The corridor to access the property is uneven and the light is at the end of the corridor hanging by a wire with tape around it which poses a serious health and safety risk. The property itself is dimly lit and the smell of dust is overwhelming. The main bedroom has glass walls so you can see through the blinds from the living room when the bedroom lights are on. The en suite is an archway with curtains instead of doors and the fan is really noisy and totally ineffective at removing the stench of the toxic drain fumes from the shower trap and sink. the fan is permanently on and cannot and be turned off and other guests have complained about the same issues. We contacted the host to take issue with the fact there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed despite our request 2 months before our stay. He was extremely defensive and rude telling us we had to sleep in the same bed despite the fact we are not a couple. Despite his claims upon introduction that he will be there to help with our enquiries he doesn’t want to. It was only through booking that he finally responded to our concerns but tried to blame the issues on us. The duvet and pillows provided for the sofa bed were badly stained to unacceptable levels. the TV did not work at all the error message was nothing was tuned in . The host only provided a half used toilet roll and there was damp thought out the flat with paint peeling off the walls. The host wasted 2 days of our trip with messages to and fro and it was clear he is deluded thinking he has the best hosting skills because he clearly hasn’t got the right attitude to be a host. We have the evidence of the photos we took of the issues and copies of our text messages with the host to support our review.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. The property was in a very old building but beautifully renovated to meet all your modern needs.

the property is well located for central Annecy
The property is tired and needs some love. The bed is uncomfortable, the sofa worn, the kitchen is ill equipped and the baby cot provided is not in a good state.

Shower is spacious.
The host is a nightmare. It was the worst ever for all my stays in apartments and hotels in my entire life. Host was unhelpful and rude. Before my arrival, I received messages from the host saying that I could contact him whenever I have questions. But when I actually did and asked for help, the host asked me not to call and did not provide any meaningful solution for the problem. I would not recommend anyone who wants to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Annecy to stay in this apartment. Also, there were tons of rubbish inside the narrow entrance to the building and we need to walk past every time we went in or out of the building. Absolutely disgusting. The building is located at the busiest corner of Annecy and the entrance is right next to a bar, so we literally had difficulty getting through the crowd and had to ask the people sitting in front of the entrance to move in order to enter the building.

great location in the city centre, lots of nice restaurants around. nice apartment (works in the building though however was quiet)

Great location - right in the buzzing historical centre of Annecy, but can reach a quiet park (for our dog) and the lake in minutes as well. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the addition of a washing machine came in handy. I especially liked the apartment layout, very well planned, smart for making an old building liveable in modern times.

Nice decor. Liquid hand soap in toilet Great location
Sewage/mould smell. No cleaning products, except for a very very small amount of diluted washing up liquid, which ran out on night 1 of a 3 night stay. Left over cake of soap with hair stuck in it, but presented as one for us to use! Disgusting. Beds, very hard and uncomfortable. Parking over a kilometer away. I video recorded water coming up through the shower drain. There must be a problem with the building's plumbing.

The apartment is in the very heart of the city. The building is old but the structure very well maintained and clean. Some smell of mold due to the wooden ceiling.
Everything needed for the stay is provided. Tons of restaurants and great ice creams just around the corner.
The drawback is that, the area is noisy until late at night.
The Sunday market is amazing.

Key system is complex if I don’t know how it works.
