Belle ville et très belle région !

Emplacement super sympa avec un beau jardin! Petit déjeuner trop cher pour la prestation !

séjour très agréable . Tout était parfait.

Proximité de l'hôtel du centre ville historique. la visite peut se faire à pieds. parking gratuit à l'hôtel. Hôtel rénové , très agréable, chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux . accueil très chaleureux, personnel à notre écoute. Hôtel à recommander.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Schönes Hotel, fußläufig zum Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig, super sauber, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad, gutes Bett, schöner Garten mit Terrasse zum draußen sitzen, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Dass man auch im schönen Garten frühstücken kann, ist top!

Perfect for our 5 day break in beautiful annecy

Lovely location with garden . Not to far from centre or old town or the lake. Rooms clean and well equipped. Fan provided which was excellent for the high temperatures while we were there. Lovely breakfast and lovely staff. Nice bar area in early evening

Not highly recommendable. Pictures misleading.

The pictures are misleading. The hotel is tucked away on a side street. It's not very green and not very "terrassy." It's a 3-star hotel/motel. The rooms are fine, but very small. All in all not great value for money.

Good overnight stay in Annecy. Basic room however it was clean and comfortable and met our needs. Secure parking. Nice garden.

Friendly staff but no clean bathroom (mould).

Very friendly staff, private parking at the hotel. Good buffet style Breakfast.

Bathroom with mould (see photo). When I told the hotel staff about it, they said that they will renovate the first floor (the second floor has already been renovated) and that they are not allowed to use bleach to disinfect, no effort was made to remedy.

Amazing good value hotel in Annecy

The location is a few minutes walk from the train station and bus station for flixbus, in a quiet neighborhood, so it feels safe. There is a nearby mall and cinema. The lobby area and reception has nice comfortable chairs if you want to rest or read while waiting for your train schedule after checking out.

None, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Pleasant Accommodation 10mins walk from main Town

Located on a quiet back-street not far from the station, our room was clean and comfortable though somewhat on the warm side (there was a fan in the room, but no air-con). The breakfast buffet selection wasn't huge, but the food was of good quality and very tasty. The hotel's cat is gorgeous :)

Parking was in a secure barrier-controlled lot on site (accessible from Av. de Bouvard), but on gravel rather than hard standing which is not ideal for large motorcycles. Madame did offer to let us park on some hard standing behind gates on the other (front) side of the hotel but by then we'd secured the bikes for the night, so check first if you're arriving on two wheels.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay at Hotel Les Terrasses.

The property was in a good location. We were able to walk into town and to the lakeside. My room was large and comfortable. My room had a small balcony with two chairs which overlooked the street. There was a lift which meant it was easy to take luggage to room Breakfast had plenty of choice and was of good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful The hotel garden area was very well kept.

Relaxed stay.

A friendly small hotel in a good situation just a short walk to the bars & restaurants in the old town of Annecy. The car parking is a bit small but is free & secure at the rear of the hotel, get the access code first then drive round to the rear which is on the next street, well sign posted. Good breakfast & wifi.

Could have a few more tables & chairs outside on the grass area.
