Loved the kitchen its a decent size with decent pots and pans it even has a coffee machine. The hostel is really cute and has a lot of different areas available to work in or just socialize in the kitchen area or lounge. Its downtown and only a short walk away from La Placita the main nightlife area or a 30 minute walk from a good part of the beach.
1 shower is out of order leaving only 1 for the rooms without a bathroom, but it wasn't busy when i was there so wasn't a problem.

Excelente localización. Aunque no tuve contacto físico con nadie del hostel, respondían relativamente rápido a los mensajes de texto. Check in y check out efectivo. Bastante limpio para ser un hostal.
Demasiado ruidoso.

Location was perfect, roommates were so friendly, staff was so friendly. No bad things to say

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.
I actually left a day earlier than I was meant to due to the cleanliness of the shared bathroom. This was more the guests than the actual hostel, however it was enough for me to leave. The area is not the nicest and this was another reason I was keen to leave. I checked in to a lovely hotel (not hostel) near the beach for the same price - I wish I had done more research before I booked!

Great location and amazing people. Clean.
The rooftop bar was closed. It was also freezing and the desk had really limited hours to go and get another blanket. I think I put my coat on one night to fall asleep.

Really secure, clean and comfortable. Common areas and kitchen are very nice! Also walkable to Condado beach (about 20 minutes) and plenty of food places near by.
Top bunk is slightly inconvenient, the ladder was hard to use. There are limited charging outlets within reach of the beds, especially if you end up in a top bunk.

The kitchen was right across the hall from the room with 4 beds (i.e. 2 bunks) and although I arrived past 1:00a.m. there were people in the kitchen talking loudly, so I told them we were trying to sleep. Eventually I slept and I was the last to leave the room. I had to buy my own breakfast at a cafe opposite the hostel. The gal in the office kindly ordered an Uber for me as I don;t have an App. I gave her a hot coffee as thanks. I really liked the quaintness of the hostel but I am an older lady and feel it is more suited for the younger travellers.
All the back & forth emails prior to my very late arrival since the hostel required photo of Driver's License, etc. They had to send me an instructional video with code to access the front door & my room.

Very friendly staff, convenient location, nice decor, rooftop garden, clean and well-kept.
A bit of noise from nearby large fans. Rooftop bar was open for relaxing but not for ordering drinks.

Just the location.
Horrible experience - there was no reception when I arrived, bathrooms were filthy and smelled horrible, and there was no blanket on my bed - I had a horrible experience.

Overall is great!
It is a great location, hostel is very clean. Lots of place where to eat right there.
They just seemed confused about my check-in date. I was requested a review on Feb 17th without staying first (my staying date was Feb 18th-19) and I did received someone else receipt after check-out. I noticed a bit disorganized in that sense.

Overall experience was very pleasant. It’s very efficient system they have there. No complaints.
My feedback would be “It would be nice if a new fresh towel is provided everyday.

our party of three got one of the private rooms and it was an EXCELLENT value for price. Strong AC clean locking bathroom, very easy check in.
Hot water in the shower was brief but the facilities were clean and well kept.

The staff was not available all the time. After 7pm can't find anyone to help. Someone stole my charger. Bad bugs. Cleaning issues. Hot water was not available. Bla bla bla.

We had the double bed with 2 extra beds. Good size room. Not enough outlets to charge devices. There was an AC control. Roof top was available though we never saw anyone up there. Super clean.
The shared bathroom was lockable but one never knew if it was occupied. Recommend the hotel install another lock( which shows red or green when the person slides that lock) or indicator to show when the bathroom is occupied.
Have hostels stopped supplying a body wash/ shampoo dispenser in the shower? This one didn’t have one.

Lovely hostel and cute design. Everything was clean
It's way too cold in the room and common areas.
No charging options close to the bed.

Well this is my first experience in a hostel it's not for couples you don't have that privacy that want. They didn't tell me they don't offer parking facility so you have to be wondering around to find one the room is too small a lot noise on the weekend and on of the too many rules is don't make noise etc.etc.etc.
Nothing I did like. The AC goes directly at your face. For the price i pay i expect more
I don't recomend this hostel.
