The location was really good with several places to eat and shop within just a few blocks. The staff were friendly. We were offered a continental breakfast that was open until 9:30.
The room could have been cleaner. The small coffee pot had not been cleaned and there was a yogurt left in the fridge.

Supposedly non smoking but reeked of smoke. Dirty. Bathroom had no towel racks nor waste basket. Bedspread was dirty looking thing sandwiched between two sheets. Very little choice for breakfast. Sugary cereal and mini muffins. No protein except for yogurt which was missing the third morning.

closer to the expo
mold in bathroom, light fixture and ceiling. water leak bubbles in ceiling, heater didn’t work, tv didn’t work, missing tiles right at door so the grout was chipped up and every time the door was opened it would move rocks onto the floor. people smoking pot in the hotel. breakfast sucked for the amount of money we spent on the room. our friends booked with us. their floor was not level, hard to open door. the toilet backed up in their room and their heater wouldn’t turn off.

Didn't stay. First room was very dirty and beds were not clean.
Second room the floor was rolling down hill. Cigarette burns in the blankets.

location
I had to leave early, made it a point to check out and was told I would be refunded the last nights stay. I was not refunded, my card was charged for the full amount, and when I called to ask I was told that with a stay over four days even if you check out early you have to pay for the extra nights. Very disappointed.

Easy to find, close to everything we needed. Dog friendly, staff was very friendly.

Area was clean and neat.
Very limited amount of fresh fruit.

Incredibly close to the Expo center, 5 min walk max. Breakfast was pretty awesome and not incredibly strict with their hours. Room was clean. Also was really affordable.

The location is good.
The hotel had a very unique odor in the hallways. I am pretty certain it was coming from one of the rooms.

pet friendly, clean, close to shopping and entertainment.
uncomfortable beds that slide on the floor when you sit on them

The location for our Tulsa Shootout
Our air conditioning didnt work, told staff they said they would get it looked at, that never happened. Also we put trash and towels out twice they were never replaced we were told we would have to come get them down stairs. The hotel is in rough shape and needs to be worked on big time!
3.4
Staff is very helpful, the rooms are a nice size and it looked nice.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel
Everything from the services to the stay. Would pay 50 more to stay in another hotel if one was available

The breakfast, staff and location!
Really noisy in the hallway all night long! We could feel it every time some one closed the door! We love staying here and will be back!

The location to the Tulsa State Fair was great.
We came to the hotel to put our stuff in the room, the lady said the room was being cleaned, put our stuff back in our vehicle, came back after the fair, room wasn't cleaned at all, food in microwave, pillow slept on, floor dirty, dust on everything, coffee filter in coffee pot, no coffee cups, etc...
3.4
There were mainly just waffles. So, I would recommend eating somewhere else unless you're running late or broke. There is nothing prepared or cooked.
There was a dirty sock in our room, but otherwise, the room appeared to be clean. Staff and management did not seem to be professionally trained. Management & Employee Processes are substandard.
