It was an ok stay but I don’t think I will be returning.

The location was decent but it wasn’t completely beach front as advertised. The women at the front desk were all super nice and helpful. We had issues with our sink on our first day and they were happy to send someone over right away.

Our sink wasn’t working for half of our stay and the maintenance person who came to check it the first day didn’t actually fix it and didn’t let us know that they would be sending someone else, the next day they had plumbers come in but it took them half of the day to fix it so we weren’t able to use the bathroom provided for that time. The maintenance worker was very rude when we were checking out, my parents weren’t feeling well so we had talked with the front desk twice and we were told we could have a late check out and didn’t have to leave until 12, but he came knocking on our door at 11 and argued with us that we “mustn’t heard her right” although we had double check twice.

Very Disappointing. The parking situation was horrible

In major need of updating the bathroom in our room was horrible and not very clean there was moldy stain on walls and ceiling, the toilet and sink drained very slow the entire bathroom all together was just very nasty and could use a makeover. Also the beds were very uncomfortable 🥴

Had a great stay at OC but I think we will try to find a different place to stay for next year.

It was close to the beach and right off the boardwalk and the staff that I felt with was great!

The picture made it look a lot bigger. There was barely any seating in the room besides the bed, the bathroom had a weird odor, the AC unit seemed to be not working well it would run for 60 seconds then turn on and off in that time frame. Only one of the 2 tv's worked.

Quaint beach hotel!!

Perfect location. Nice staff. Very nice vintage Ocean City hotel- next year it will be 100 years old!!

Just a fact of life but they’re remodeling the front porch and lobby and adding a coffee place- I prefer the way it was!

The stay was a disaster.

Location and price.

Everything else. No elevator. 80 year old had to carry luggage up 3 steep flights. Luke warm water. Small room. No breakfast. No beverages of any kind. Place is a museum not a hotel. Desk clerk was nice,but it was his first day and no-one else there. This stay was a disaster.

We had a very good stay, parking was great, never moved the car.

The staff were very pleasant and very accommodating. Facility was very clean. Comfortable to sleep, no noise. Absolutely loved sitting on the porch with my cup of coffee in the morning watching the ocean and people on the boardwalk. Parking was a plus, we didn't have to move the car.

Water in the shower was cold, had to wait for hot water. No elevator.

End of summer crusin

I loved the location as I had a view of the boardwalk and sunset/sunrise although I stayed at "The Lodge." It was very convenient during the parade for the "End of summer crusin" event. The boardwalk was only steps away from the hotel and I was able to use the porch from the Lankford which was also very nice.

The only thing I did not like was the water pressure of the shower in our room. Keeping in mind that we were in the second floor which I don't think it has anything to do with it. So, besides our shower time taking a bit longer, everything was fine. Perhaps I shouldv'e said something to the receptionist but I didn't come across the issue till later that night at which time I was too tired and it was late to swtich rooms. Besides, I was only there for two nights.

Very good

The atmosphere was absolutely perfect, a quaint family owned hotel with such charm and wonderful staff. A very satisfying continental breakfast every day, even had Decaf coffee for me.

I have to say that they NEED to update their beds. My sister and I were in a room with 2 twin beds and I had the worst sleep along with back/neck pain. They were extremely soft and I just couldn't sleep, period.

Family fun vacation

Located on the boardwalk and you don't need to pay for parking. The rooms are very clean. Staff is super friendly like Chick-fil-A friendly. Lodge was very quiet. This is a family friendly hotel.

The beds need to be replaced. We came last year beds were great. This year both bed were super saggy and very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are small but manageable. Pack light because you'll need to carry everything up the stairs.

Very good

Loved the location step out onto the boardwalk directly from the hotel and steps away from the beach. Thought it was going to be difficult finding the parking area but it wasn't. The area is pretty crammed but is to be expected. Staff were friendly!

Would have liked fresh towels daily but we managed. Given the fact it seems as though the entire country is understaffed we understood and can't blame hotel staff/ management.
