Ok. Little over priced 4 the condition

Nice view from balcony.

Needs work bathroom shower head was loose thought it was going to come out of wall toilet broke wouldn’t flush triad to call front desk phone was broke needs work.

Nice hotel to stay with family.

The property was clean, fair price

Front staff, 1 young lady not friendly at all. Checking in was so cold, like next...ok and we could have had a smile. I asked about any additional parking- cold answer- across the street...like ok I will find it it lady...sad for people who chose the hotel...and paid $$$...The rest of the staff the entire time were friendly.

I had my family with me so it was a great time.

Pool was great. Balcony was nice . Very dated .

Air conditioner needed maintenance. Uncomfortable beds. Need to put some money into, it would be a goldmine.

My favorite place to stay when I visit Ocean City.

The beds were really comfortable. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. I asked for a specific room if available when booking and got it. Love the restaurant and beach bar there. Great location with easy on site parking. Everything was great, thank you!

Will be back!

There was a housekeeper who was mainly in the lobby/pool/commons areas cleaning but she was FANTASTIC at her job it was spotless always and she was super helpful to all guests. Please recognize her! Younger black hair and i believe spoke spanish. She went out of the way to help my kids and i get a couple trash bags and into the elevator. Room was great and clean, facility looked kept up with

Everything was perfect for a day trip for my family

My kids enjoyed the pool area, and the patio. Everything was nice and clean

it was my 61st birthday and I had a blast and everyone was so awesome

my room had a deck … and it was facing the ocean…. it was so awesome.. never wanted to go to sleep , just wanted to stay up and listen to the waves all night .. it was close to everything

Great area on boardwalk with incredible view of ocean, just wish it was a bit cleaner.

We loved the location. The beautiful view with private balcony.

Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Toilette hadn’t been cleaned after previous stay. Shower had hair in it. There were food crumbs on the night stand. Rusty lamps. Balcony screen kept falling off of track. Smokers on 4th floor so smelled their smoke on 5th floor balcony.

Clean but not worth the money

The location is ideal. Checking in was easy and front desk was polite. The Bed was comfortable and the room although needing cosmetic repairs was clean. There was 2 outside pools with a pool bar, which was convenient.

The room was very small. It had an slight odor from the AC unit. Unfortunately, it was located right outside of the elevators so it was very disturbing especially being a friday& Saturday night. The one elevator was broken so it made things difficult. The price was high for what we got as a room.

We were on the 3rd floor.. Easily accessible to restaurants near by. staff was always friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything.

I didn't like the constant smell of weed; or other balcony visitors blasting their music louder than the Rum Shacks. I have younger children, so they kept questioning the wierd "smell". The rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly.. Found soda bottles and trash left by previous guests..

The location was perfect. Never moved our car. Great staff and clean rooms.

Wish the outdoor pools were heated. We went in June and they were very cold.

We had a good time despit

David from facilities was very friendly and responsive. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly when we checked in.

The key didn’t work. The patio windows were filthy. The wall paper was falling off the walls The shower took a while to get full pressure. We were unable to regulate the heat in our room. Our room did not seem prepared for the season opening. We had maintenance to our room 4 times; 2 for the heat, once for the key and once for the safe. The safe was never permanently resolved. We did not think all these issues warranted $139 per night. Website said look was closed and hot there and found out it was open.
