Booking this hotel without seeing it first with your own eyes should be done first before booking

Staff was nice when I interacted with them

Looks nothing like the website Is not maintained at all Smells and has no locking outside keyless entry. It’s open to the public essentially. AC unit and fan do not work Very dusty rooms and a lot of paint missing Just not a nice hotel at all

Stay was decent. Great location at the end of the boardwalk. Friendly staff. Needs some upgrades.

My time was good. Staff is great. A lot of restaurants.

The pools and the hot tub. I liked how they had a grill and the cornhole

I think the entry of the hotel could be more inviting. Lobby looked more like a motel. Walking to the room had a little smell probably the carpet. Maybe shampooing the carpet twice a week could help and in the rooms. Lastly, I could hear the people from above me late night. I can also hear the sliding door. I been in a lot of hotels and this is the first time I heard people above me.

Beds were awful. The hotel does not have a convenient setup. The hallways feel like your in The Shining. They smell old, and are very narrow and go on forever. Only one elevator that broke twice while we stayed for a week. Grills caught fire, toilets got clogged. Definitely needs an overhaul but the positives were the views we had, the pool inside and outside, and the hot tub. I was told it's being sold/demolished so I see why it's not the top priority to put money into it. It was clean though, and it was away from big crowds....and the bar right in the hotels pool vicinity outside. Always live music.

Stay away if you have problems walking, this place isn’t for you. My family will never be back. Big disappointment.

The room was spacious larger than I excepted. Very nice and clean

Hotel is like navigating through a maze at your local carnival. Maps would have been helpful. It’s supposedly to be a private pool, NOT, they let anyone in the pool that is at the Riptide bar use the pool. My family couldn’t even utilize the pool on Monday June 17th, due to a promotional tent of free alcohol tea that was displayed poolside. Young drunk adults jumping in the pool, drinking their tea, ppl tossing cans of alcohol into the pool, that I paid for and couldn’t utilize until after 5:00 pm when the drunk fest was over. I lost a day at the pool due to this. Walking through the open bar every time you had to exit the pool to get to our rooms. No security at all. The hotel itself has very limited view of ocean and boardwalk. The smell of weed was everywhere, yes I just love the smell of skunk!! My son’s AC didn’t work, they didn’t care. They have three areas of parking, so if you get a good close parking spot, you are stuck there for the duration, or you’ll be walking a block or so. I don’t recommend this hotel, if brining children, due to the bar scene and the language, weed and drinking. It’s definitely for the younger crowd.

Cargador desparecido

Que se me quedó el cargador de mi celular y me devolví a buscarlo y cuando llegue ya habían limpiado la habitación y el cargador nunca apareció, me parece de mal gusto y yo sé q la responsabilidad de mis cosas son mías pero q si lo olvido y me devuelvo lo más lógico es q El personal de limpieza si encuentra algo lo dejen en recepción por si se devuelven pero mi cargador nunca apareció. Que tristeza porque el hotel lindo y el personal q me atendió muy amable, pero ese insidente si fue desagradable la verdad.

Lousy weather

No breakfast location ok

No heat and it was very cold out. Half the things didn’t work. Couldn’t get a bill at checkout. Was b promised she would email it but I’m still waiting. Won’t stay there again

Flagship #1 still going strong

The view, location, the staff was super nice.the amenities was great. I enjoyed myself immensely and planning on coming back in August 2023..I even loved my room#132

I had to leave to go back home to work. My short visit left a big impact on me and my daughter.

This is a budget motel-type property aimed at families with children, located in a convenient spot at the north end of the boardwalk. Not modernized, reminiscent of the '1960's, and still in reasonably good condition.

My bf and I stayed for the night, overall it was very nice. Beds were super comfy and the view and location were amazing

I loved the view!! Watching the waves at night and in the morning was amazing! The pool and hot tub were also very nice! Loved the color changing lights

Doors of empty rooms were left open at night, made a kinda creepy vibe!

Amazing Deal, Courteous Staff & An Indoor Pool

The price was a great deal and the staff was so kind and inviting. Plus, their indoor pool was open 24 hours. Most hotels don't have an indoor pool and if they do they close very early.

The building is a bit older but for its age, the rooms are incredibly clean. The hallways were a little damp but the weather was most likely the cause as it rained a lot while we were there.

My husband and I loved our stay here for our anniversary. Staff was very nice and helpful! Loved the pool table on site, being on the boardwalk, and the seriously comfy bed! Very clean!
