In the heart of Old Town and only 40-yards from Historic Main Street, our Park Avenue Mansion has 5 spacious bedrooms + a den, and 4.5 custom bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests. Walk to Historic Main Street, Park City's Town Chair Lift, and to all the shops and attractions. This immaculate home has a front balcony overlooking Historic Old Town, a private fenced backyard with an 8-seat 100-jet Jacuzzi, gas grill, patio furniture and radiant-heated patio floors and walkways. This home is located perfect in Historic Old Town, a block from Main Street and just 5 minutes to the Deer Valley Ski Resort and The Canyons Ski Resort. 4 homes away, there is a stairwell that leads 60 steps down to Main Street and 180 steps up to Sweeney's Switchback ski trail.
