Tucked in the tranquil neighborhood of Solamere in lower Deer Valley, 2845 Telemark Drive is a freshly remodeled home with contemporary finishes. The spacious property boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and includes two master suites, a bunk room, secondary living room, and a sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 14 guests. It has central air conditioning making it the perfect luxury property to host large family or group getaways year-round.
Just walk out the front door and catch the free Deer Valley shuttle to and from Deer Valley Mountain Resort Base and Snow Park Lodge. This property was designed as a private get-away and exclusive vacation rental.
The property has a stunning and generously appointed gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a separate bar area with wine cooler/beverage center, wrap around counter seating with 5 barstools, a large dining table that seats 10 and is all adjacent to a large living room with pool table. The spacious and open concept main level floorplan is ideal for socializing and hosting large groups of family or friends.
The impressive living room has vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the mountain view and includes a fireplace, large sectional sofa, flatscreen HDTV with DVR/HBO, bistro table with bar stools and a pool table!
Directly off the main level living is a lovely south facing deck with a BBQ grill and dining table, perfect for a meal outdoors or quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
The lower level includes a bonus living room with cozy chairs, a pullout sofa sleeper and a desk with chair. This room also has a large screen HDTV with DVR/DVD/HBO/Sony Play station and games to entertain the kids. Doors from this room lead out to the nice backyard, lower patio, and the 6-person private hot tub – perfect for soaking after your best powder day or epic mountain bike ride!
The centrally located laundry room has brand-new full-sized washer and dryer and is fully stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for guest convenience.
The large 2-car garage offers plenty of room for the skis, bikes, gear and vehicles; the driveway provides additional vehicle parking as well. The entryway has a closet and very generous bench area with plenty of hooks, shelves and storage to easily accommodate all guests’ jackets and gear.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 14 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
At Luxury Park City Rentals, we want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:
1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.
2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.
3. Contact Free Entry: We will provide you with a key-box code, so no person-to-person contact is needed for entry. Just punch in the code, use the key and let yourself in.
4. Pre-Order and Pre-Deliver Groceries and Equipment: If you book with us, we will provide recommendations and discounts for grocery delivery services, baby equipment rental, and ski equipment rental that you can have delivered prior to arrival without interaction.
5. Hand Sanitizers and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.
6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our homes with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.
7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.
8. Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

We have stayed in deer valley multiple times and multiple places but this one by far was the best. Family of 10 with space to spread, beautiful neighborhood, easy access to everything and great communication from the property owner. Things that made it great: wildlife right out the door (saw large bull moose down the street), bedrooms on multiple levels so older teens and adults could stay up late and have fun while little kids were asleep on different level. Top notch kitchen to have awesome meals and big dining table to sit at. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property in Lower Deer Valley. We were two families traveling with six children ranging in age from 8-14. The house was a great layout, and even with 12 people staying at the home, we all had enough room so that we weren’t on top of each other. We loved the fireplace, board games, movies and pool table. The kitchen was very well stocked, with both kitchen staples (oils/vinegars/seasoning) and cookware. Location is KEY! We lived the location of this property, 5 minutes from Deer Valley Resort, and 10 minutes from Park City Mtn Resort. We highly recommend this property!

This property more than exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, roomy and had all the amenities to make our family feel very comfortable. The hot tub looked like it was just installed and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to have any meals we wanted. We enjoyed daily walks in the community and its location was close to the Deer Valley lifts and hotels. We would love to come back next year and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury place to stay.

This home is just as pictured. There are so many amenities that were such a nice touch to have . ( kitchen spices, garbage bags, lotion , shampoo , games and cards as well as a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook in!
The location is perfect for skiing Deer Valley! It is so close to Snow Park lodge. We even had deer every morning in the back yard.

The property manager Bo was professional and responsive to our every need. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the amenities of Park City. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals for groups. House was clean and spacious and the accommodations worked well for our family of 8. The recommendations that Bo supplied for rentals, grocery delivery and transportation were great. Bo and all of the businesses that we were in contact with in Park City were all pros! Great Mountain Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed this place and it’s proximity to town~just a 5 min ride or 30 min stroll. It was great for our large group. The kitchen and most bedrooms were suited for adults. The 4 twin beds were not suited well for adults with the climb up being hard on the feet and the ceiling being pretty low. Great space for kids though. The pull out couch was not really an option for adults. The couch mattress was very thin and felt like you were sleeping on springs. Otherwise the beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub and bbq area were a great addition. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic Home in Amazing location
My family and I rented Bo’s place over a wedding weekend and couldn’t have been happier. The common spaces are huge, the amenities fantastic and the bedrooms clean and spacious. We didn’t take advantage of all of the amenities unfortunately (like the hot tub), but had some great games of pool. The kitchen was also decked out and very well equipped. Next time we’re in the area, this house will be our top pick.

Great monthlong family vacation
Overall a great experience and the house came equipped with everything we needed. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable (travelled with grandparents, adults and babies). Comfy beds! One thing to note is that the master suite is on the top floor, so if you have an older person in your party who doesn’t like to go up and down stairs, they will probably prefer the main floor king room. Unbeatable location close to everywhere you want to go, and gorgeous hikes right in the neighborhood!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this house was!! We had a group of 8 adults staying there and had more than enough room. The house is perfectly located (about a 10 minute drive from downtown park city and 5 minutes from deer valley resort) with the most stunning views!! The house was so clean and was perfect for a large group. We cooked dinner one night, ate in the beautiful dining room, played pool, and used the hot tub nightly. Everything had easy instructions on how to use and the clean up at the end of the trip was minimal. Bo was also fantastic and gave us great recommendations for skiing, restaurants, rentals, etc. will definitely be booking this property again next spring!

Some of the pots and pans were in poor shape, but the overall provisions were good. Trash compactor was confusing and hard to operate. The ice dispenser on the fridge was poor and clogged regularly. Overall none of these issues impacted the wonderful property and our trip. Would highly recommend the property to others.

Amazing family home
This large spacious home was private, quiet and offered luxury as promised. Close to town, recreation and restaurants.
Enjoyed the views from most every window and large yard surrounded by trees.
Would visit again.
