Also nearby Geneva-on-the-Lake, features summer-time fun at this historic resort district, featuring amusement park rides, miniature golf, go-karts, waterslides,a nostalgic diner, and more. Inland discover the 16 covered bridges, both historic and new. Ashtabula County also produces over 65 percent of Ohio's grapes and has developed a hard-earned reputation for developing some outstanding domestic wines; sample them at our 24 wineries. And Cleveland is just an hour drive to enjoy museums, baseball, and more great sights.
Two properties are currently available! Pearl Beach Lakehouse, next door is Lakehurst Bungalow. We would be happy to talk with you about this very special place or one of our other properties!

This house was perfect for our group of 6 friends. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room, and we appreciated the house's charm. We had a problem with the water heater and the hosts resolved it quickly. The access to the lake was a big plus! We would definitely come here again!

Enjoyed the house and property. The upstairs was a little warm but overall a really nice house. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee in the adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Erie.

We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. Plenty of room for all of us including a first floor bedroom for her! Nice view of the lake. Close to Geneva and the strip

We had a wonderful time at Pearl Beach. The home was well stocked with everything one would need and there was plenty of firewood for the pyromaniac in the family. We really lucked out and had a clear sunny day for The Great American Eclipse. Cheers to our hosts Jim and Judy! Highly recommend.

This is not the first time we have stayed here and hope to be able to stay again next year!!! We love the place and its amenities!!

The house was awesome. I love older homes and this one was great! Very well care for and clean. We toured the wineries and local pubs. 9 of us stayed in the home with way more than enough room. This is the second year in a row renting from this owner, they own the home next to it as well, which is where we stayed last year. Really great ppl, plan on returning next year again.

Our family vacation experience was wonderful! Super clean, great views and wonderful hosts!

We stayed at both their properties with connecting backyards. It was perfect for our large family: 12 adults and 12 kids (15-6 months). Lots of space and excellent seating for everyone. Tons of amenities (games for indoor and outdoors)!
Obviously owners have no control, but waves are pretty strong so just make sure to bring life jackets. Kids loved jumping the waves and wave surfing. It felt like an ocean but with fresh water.

Great owner who made our stay memorable. The house was well kept with everything needed by two families or even more. It was clean, convenient to everything we needed plus on a private breach! I highly recommend it.

This was our second time staying at the house for girls weekend. The location of the house is great. It is clean. The beds are very comfortable. Jim and Judy are very responsive and communicative. Look forward to many more girls weekends maybe even longer in the years to come.

This adorable home was perfect for our group of ten to spread out and enjoy time together. The decorations are perfect for a beach house and they really have thought of every detail for amenities. We loved the fire pit, grilling out, and the huge eating area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved every second of our vacation.

We have a group of us that have been scrapbooking together for about 20 years! We found out about Pearl Beach lakehouse in 2019 and have been coming annually since then!
The view of Geneva lake is FABULOUS! The owners are fabulous to work with and have 4 Adirondack chairs for u to sit on and relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves as well as the beautiful view!
They recently did some upgrades to the house which really make it fabulous.
If your group is larger, they also have another house on the adjacent property that you can rent too.
Highly recommend this place!!
Very close to the wineries if that is something you like to do. They also have an outside firepit for you to sit by and relax. It's nice to sit by the fire in the evening and listen to the waves.
Already booked our trip back for 2023!

The rental exceeded what we expected. We have rented other properties but this one surpassed all the others. The size of the home was great as we had 10 adults stay comfortably. The amenities were awesome!! We enjoyed being at the lake and having the firepit and grill for use. A great way to unwind at the end of the day! We want to try to stay here next year!

Our annual mother daughter weekend once again a success!! The weather did not cooperate as well but we had a beautiful day by the water. Plenty to do even if the weather is not kind! We will be back!!

Perfect family vacation rental!
My family and I choose this home to spend the 4th of July weekend. It truly was perfect. From being right on the water with a private beach to providing all the things to make traveling effortless. It was excluded enough to have the perfect amount of privacy but close to everything you go to Geneva on the Lake to enjoy. We already are looking at dates for next summer!! Hey hank you for a great one and great family memories!!!!!!

Property was wonderful--fully stocked house, great little beach, beautiful view of sunsets, lots to do in the area. Would return.

We had 3 families with our children (teens and young adults) get together for a friends mini vacation. The house was great and we really enjoyed the 3 full bathrooms. The best part was the huge common room along the back of the house with views of the lake. We had plenty of room to set up games and eat. It was a little chilly and choppy so we didn't use our kayaks, but will next time. Loved the lake access. Our teens didn't feel comfortable using the top bunk because there wasn't a rail, but I am sure that can be easily fixed. We enjoyed the proximity to the strip and even tried zip-lining at Geneva State Park. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Amazing house right on the water with two cool towns right down the way
We so much enjoyed staying on this property. The house was excellent, built in 1870, well up kept by the owners and we so enjoyed our week here. We had two families stay there, we were all comfortable and had a fantastic time. The house is fully furnished, with a great kitchen and laundry room. Bathrooms were great, sleeping arrangements are excellent, and overall was a great house. We really enjoyed the fire pit, burned wood all week long. Walking to the beach is 50 feet, it was spectacular. For most of the week it was completely private with nobody else on the horizon. The kids swam in the water on many days, during many occasions. We saw the sunset almost every night. We so enjoyed this house and would very much recommend to anybody who is looking for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. By the way, the owners were very nice and accommodating, and we actually made friends with them throughout our stay.

Had an awesome weekend relaxing and doing some scrapbooking. Also enjoyed a fire in the firepit, sitting in the Adirondack chairs watching the lake as well as took awesome sunset pictures.

The house was everything we needed to celebrate a bachelorette for our wonderful friends! Everything was provided; full kitchen, linens, plenty of parking, beach towels, wood for the fire pit, chairs by the fire and a great view of Lake Erie with umbrellas by the shore!
Judy & Jim were great hosts - thank you!

This was a lovely old house that has been added on to and made a nice place for all of us to stay and enjoy time together. The house has access to the water but there are other houses between you and the water. The set up was hard to figure out from the site, pictures. Everyone was friendly and the water access was very nice. The kitchen stove is vintage and very cool but the oven is hot and would benefit from a thermometer.
We enjoyed our time there!

The house was clean and comfortable. Pictures don't do it justice. Good view of the lake from the house and just a short walk down the driveway to the water. The host were non-intrusive yet helpful.

We had difficulty using the lighting. Switches and remotes were challenging . We were unable to get any of the outside lights to work including near the grill. The inside lighting was dim and switches were very confusing. Overall an acceptable fishing cabin yet a little time upgrading and focus on the lighting would be of value

The property was just what we were looking for! The second kitchenette and the large table is a big selling point on this property. It was big enough for 15 with lots of little reading nooks. The charm of the house sold me especially the stove! Thank you again your hospitality was much appreciated.
