The host was very kind although communication in English was difficult. The place was everything we needed for one quick night to rest so that we can leave from the train station early in the morning.
There was a smell in the bathroom I think coming from the drains. It was very clean but the smell was very noticeable.

The only good part is Antonio, who gives you the croissant in the morning.
Small room, dirty and badly maintained. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the air conditioned was producing smelly air ( probably needs to change the filters), the window was so old and dirty that we couldn’t open it, no soundproof walls and we could hear all noises from outside. It was very difficult to sleep at night and since no fresh air was coming in the room, it was very smelly as full of humidity after each shower that our clothes got smelly as well. The landlord didn’t inform Antonio of our stay and he didn’t keep croissants for us in the morning. We had to inform him each day in advance.

value for money. 12 mins walk from 2 train stations, serving different parts of the area and close to a variety of shops, pizzerias and restaurants
There was a window, but it was small and provided almost no natural light, but for this quality of room and price, it’s a very minor issue.

Nice privat room with renovated bathroom..for 1 night was good. No light ..no sun. Garage view.
The position is not really close to train station. The breakfast was not good.

Great location between Pompei and Napoli. Lovely local spot with nice park, coast, church and university square. Great hosts who are nice and flexible.
Terrible breakfast: a coffee and a chocolate bar !
Also, you'll struggle with the hosts if you don't speak Italian.

It was very cheap and close to the Herculaneum ruins. The breakfast provided by the cafe next door was nice.
Bed was terribly uncomfortable and sheets had stains. Advised the hostess of my arrival time, she was not there. I called and she promised 10 minutes wait. 50 mins later (after the shop owner next door called her), she finally turned up. She did not come at the agreed time for check out either. Very loud street.

Bed super comfortable, bed sheets super clean and smelled fresh. Location is 7 minute walk to Herculaneum. Enjoyed easy way to return key and delicious complimentary coffee from the neighbouring business. Owner checked to make sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving, and I felt very comfortable and happy. Thank you for the excellent service.
There was some tea/coffee bags inside the room, but I did not find the advertised electric kettle. I find this is true for more than one hotel in Italy, so guests should not in general expect a kettle, although you could probably ask for one if you need.

Very nice design of the room with yellow walls and bed linen, it was very clean, towels and soap available, bed was comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room.
when I got to this place it was closed. I had to ask for help some Italians who are in cafe near which serves breakfast. they helped me by calling the owner and telling that I had a booking for tonight. and of course nobody speaks English in Italy. so I recommend to message the owner the time when you meet and she gives you keys.

Comfortable space where we had 5 University Students and a dog for 2 nights. The breakfast next door was delicious and friendly. If you want to see the real Italy, with friendly people and close to Mt. Vesuvius, Herculaneum Archeological Park, and a quick train ride to Pompei this is a good spot. It is a bit of a walk to the train stations and beaches but worth it.
The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but the people make up for it.
