Come experience an enjoyable stay in this classic Folly Beach townhome that has been completely renovated to exemplify a new modern quintessential Folly, only a short walk to the ocean and just one block from Center Street shops and restaurants. This property is the perfect family vacation location that can be rented separately, or book both for family and friends vacationing together.

Two separate units; each home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a laid-back open floor plan for cooking, dining and living that opens into a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard with a garden patio, dining chairs, charcoal grill and a private hot/cold outdoor shower.

This family and pet friendly townhome is decorated with lively colors and eye-catching features to make you feel right at home on Folly. Downstairs, the home has a laid-back open floor plan where family and friends can gather together in the comfortable living and kitchen area with a quintessential dining nook. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter space. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Just off the kitchen, there a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, including a queen size pull out sofa for additional sleeping.
With the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, this apartment will easily give you space to enjoy your privacy as well. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, both bedrooms have upgraded linens and custom wardrobes.

You'll be able to enjoy outdoor living in the large, beautifully landscaped backyard with a dining patio area and a charcoal grill. There is a private hot/cold outdoor rain shower, and the yard is completely fenced which also makes it a great play area for the kids and pets. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home is 900 Sq. Ft.
If you have more than 5 or 6 people but less than 10 or 12, you can rent both units and have the entire property to yourselves!

I took my teenage daughter on a little getaway and this was the perfect spot. She loved the art and decor! We were able to easily walk down to the pier in the morning, grab a coffee, and enjoy the morning. It was so convenient. The rental had everything we needed and we loved the little backyard! We would definitely stay again!

First time in Folly Beach and we were pleased to be able to walk everywhere. Home is well appointed, clean and quiet. We were there with our dog and the fenced in yard was a Godsend. I would not hesitate to stay here again

We had the best and most relaxing stay at Folly Beach. The location is absolutely perfect…walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops. Beach access trail is right outside of the house so no need to walk on the main road. The house is perfectly dog and kid friendly with concrete flooring and leather furniture. The yard was a good size and we enjoyed sitting outside listening to the palms in the wind. The grill does need attention for any grill lovers but we didn’t grill out or intend to while we were there so it didn’t bother us. There is only one bathroom and it is on the upstairs level. The beds and pillows are super comfy and everyone slept great! The sand at the beach was soft and the area felt safe. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

We spent a week at Folly Beach and loved it. The location of our rental was perfect. We had our Great Pyrenees “Finn” with us and he absolutely loved walking around the dog friendly town. The unit was clean, comfortable and the fenced in backyard was ideal for our needs. We will be back again!

We stayed at the A side of the duplex January 25 to January 29. It was perfect for our stay. Great industrial style kitchen and a perfect little backyard for enjoying the cool nights. It was 1 block from the Main Street with the restaurants and bars. Only a short ride to some other local seafood places. Great for 3 or 4 family members.

We had a minor snafu with check in (couldn’t get the lock box to open) but the manager's office was very responsive and solved the issue immediately. House was clean and as advertised. Space is efficiently used. Offstreet parking very convenient.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here at Folly. This cottage was perfect for us…walk to the beach, very short walk to restaurants, shops and Bert’s. The fenced backyard is fabulous for dogs and kids. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Location was ideal, a block off the main drag was about a 8 minute walk to beach. AC worked great although sometimes too cold we tried to raise temp to 72 (using the remote) but it stayed 70. Internet and TVs were good. Pretty stocked kitchen. Clean. There was not a lot of common space - more than 4 people would be cramped. We were fine with 3 people. Have to empty humidifier every few days but no instructions on how to do. Management company was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is a great location with easy walkng distance to night life and the town pier and a short drive to the beautiful beaches on either end. The aptartment was clean and the little outdoor patio was a sweet place to hang out between adventures. All the various fans - while perhaps necessary for the climate -- were too noisy for us silence-accustomed country bumpkins making it difficult to sleep, but most people may not even notice. And while the kitchen is well-appointed with cookware and untensils, you will need to bring/buy all spices and condiments if you intend to do any cooking. We do hope to return.

House in Folly Beach was exactly what was posted. Very detailed oriented decorating, great yard for a dog and close to the main drive in Folly but far enough to be very quiet during the day and night. Highly recommend.

This is a gem! Immaculate and so comfortable. Great separation in this two-story unit; the private backyard setting is perfect for morning coffee or meals. High quality bed, bedding and linens. Just a 1- or 2-minute walk to great dining, shopping and nightlife. We ordered take-out from a fantastic restaurant called "Low Life" (1 minute away) on the night we stayed in -dined outside- a wonderful inexpensive evening. Folly Beach and Pier One are just fantastic! Excellent communication, stay details, and responsiveness from the property manager. Our first visit to this area and will definitely return to this location.

This small property is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. My family stayed there for Thanksgiving and we had all the dishes and bowls we needed to prepare a nice meal. We did use some disposable aluminum pans for turkey, and other dishes. Also need to be aware that the range is undersized. I was not able to put all my casseroles in the oven at one time, but with planning that was fine. Also, The one bathroom is located on the second floor. The location of this property was fantastic for access to all the restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. I would stay here again. The fence for our dogs made our stay much more convenient.

This is the second time that we stayed here and it charming and convenient to all the local shops and restaurants on the main road in Folly. It has a fenced in yard and is perfect for pet owners and it was very clean and well kept. The internet during the day was very slow but seems to speed up after 5 PM. That would be my only complaint as I did have to do a bit of remote work while there. But who wants to work while on vacation anyway. Overall we had a lovely stay and will consider this again in the future.

This is a cozy, well-appointed property with a lovely fenced courtyard. We enjoyed the 5-minute walk to the beach and short walk to Main Street. Go early to the Lost Dog and Rita’s. Explore the nearby park with a pier - at sunset. Enjoy!
