Approximately 50 feet from the Atlantic Ocean, you can relax on third floor balcony watching and listening to the waves roll in, sun yourself at oceanside pool, or swim in the ocean. Folly Beach is a charming island town, just 12 miles from Charleston. The condo is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and South Carolina's longest fishing pier.

From the comfort of the master bed, you can see and/or listen to the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the large balcony is through the living room or master bedroom. The property is fenced and gated, providing you extra privacy and ensuring you that parking is always available.

* The Condo is Non-Smoking, and unfortunately, we CANNOT accept Pets.
* No extras for Holidays.
* Cleaning included in rate.
* Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday (except during winter months)

Our stay at the property was great! We have young children so tend to stay at the beach and in for most meals. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pots and pans! The rooms were great for storage and had plenty of room. We definitely would stay again!

While the weather didn’t cooperate and we chose to leave early to avoid a storm, Jerry was great to work with and easy to communicate with. The property itself was very nice. Great location and very clean! Wish we had gotten to stay longer.

Perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. No need to move your car. This is our second time staying in this unit and we hope to stay there again.

Wow, what a stunning view. The location of these villas is worth every penny! We were able to walk everywhere. The condo itself was very nice! Only complaint we had was the spare room with the queen bed was VERY noisy and squeaky. Probably just needs a new frame. Everything in the condo was wonderful and updated! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our needs. We had a great time. The place is so well equipped. The only concern was the intermittent elevator that several times did not work. It was fixed promptly though.

Being right on the beach was wonderful. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping area and play Pickle Ball. The condo was very well equipped.

I don’t go on vacation to write reviews. I go on vacation to rest and relax. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and the communication with the owners made it easy for our family to unwind and enjoy the time off. The condo is in a great location with excellent views of the beach and easy proximity to downtown. We even had front row seats to the New Years Eve fireworks and the polar plunge the next day. It was great.

The accommodations were perfect! Loved that there was soap and detergent, etc provided! We all loved it and did not want to leave! We all wanted to stay forever! I would definitely recommend the Unit 312! Jerry you were great at getting back to us immediately when called.

The instructions received prior to our arrival made parking and access go smoothly. This was much appreciated after a long couple of days of travel. The condo was very clean and inviting. Foremost the views of the ocean were beautiful from sunrise to sunset. Totally enjoyed our week. Thank you!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! Easy check-in process and covered parking was very helpful! Very clean and well maintained property, with controlled access to and from beach and pool area - which was nice with us having children traveling with us.

This was our first time at this property. We were so close to everything that we did not need to move the car most days. It was easy to take the family to the beach and it was adjacent to the lifeguard stand so we were comfortable swimming in the ocean. We will try to stay at this property again.

Folly is an old school beach town. Restaurants and surf shops just a block away. Surfers by the dozens every morning. The condo was just what we needed. Everything was nicely updated and we had plenty of space to spread out. A trip to Charleston was a must. Visit the Charleston Tea Plantation/Garden for a unique experience.

Beautiful, updated and CLEAN unit! We’ve been coming to Folly Beach for 10+ years and usually stay in a COV condo. I can honestly say this is by far, the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in. If you have the opportunity to stay here, snap it up - you won’t be disappointed!

We have stayed in multiple different condos in the Folly Beach area over the years and this one was a step above the rest. The condo is fully stocked, anything you need the owners have thought of it! The view from the 3rd floor balcony was excellent. Highly recommend this condo!

The condo is a good sized, and comfortable for six people. The big shower with a seat and hand shower head, was great for my 87 year old mother. The kitchen is very well stocked. We definitely plan to return.

This condo is updated, spacious, and comfortable with a beautiful third story balcony on the beach. We stayed with our two daughters, 20 and 22, who loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host, Jerry, was so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and we will recommend it to our friends. Absolutely no complaints!

Perfect location, great property- recently remodeled- very clean, nice place- our only issue was the beds- they were tolerable, but on the small side-not the most comfortable. Regardless, we enjoyed the place so much, I would definitely book again!

Great Location! The kitchen had everything I needed which is not the case in so many rentals. We spent most of our time on the balcony people watching. The place was clean, up to date and had plenty of amenities.

This was a great beach front property. Walkable to everything at Folly. Loved the ample supply of shopping carts to get things to the 3rd floor. Great cookware and kitchen supplies. Very well kept up. Would not hesitate to rent again. We decided to leave two days early because of Ian and hated to do so but Jerry sent us videos and said we probably made the right choice.

This condo is the perfect walking distance to everything Folly Beach! Steps away from the beach and pools and short walk to the main street to so many choices for restaurants and shops! We enjoyed a different place every night with many others to choose from. Condo was extremely nice and beds were comfy! Jerry is an excellent host and quick to answer any questions. Cannot wait to come back! Do not hesitate to book, will go fast!
