Great location relative to town! The “ski-in and ski-out” was a little tricky but still terrific access overall. The climb up the stairs with luggage was mildly challenging for us low altitude folks but the unit was fully renovated and very-well appointed with virtually everything one could hope for in the kitchen with the possible exception of a citrus-squeezer.

We had a great stay in Park City! The location was perfect with convenient access to ski inn / ski out and walk to town for dinner. Condo is spacious and well-appointed. Loved it!

Great location, clean, as advertised. The owner let us check in early and was very responsive to minor issues. Highly recommend staying here!

439 Woodbine is the perfect location for access to the Quittin' Time run and Town Lift, as well as to the restaurants and bars on Main Street and Park Avenue. The condo is great for large groups (we had six adults), is well equipped, and is easy to access. Chris is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it. This was my second stay, and I will be back.

Great location, true to listing, clean and comfortable. The stairs up to property were a little rougher on my parents (70’s) than expected, but the massive amount of snow and the elevation likely contributed to that, as well.

Everything about staying here was easy. From communication with the property manager, to access to skiing. It’s also close to Main Street and buses to st Regis . We would definitely stay here again. The place was also beautiful on the inside and comfortable with everything we needed. Very spacious.

We had a great stay. The property was spotless, fantastically located, just steps from downtown. Owner was beyond informative and responsive to inquiries. Appliances etc. were perfectly outfitted. Five stars all around.

The location was great. Unfortunately the run to the place was closed but had it been open it would have made the stay even better. The place was super clean and well equipped. Short walk to Main Street. I would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! The proximity to the skiing and to town were key for us - so close! Not everyone was skiing and so everyone could have their own adventure without cars and buses. The condo was very clean and well appointed and it was so helpful for everyone to have their own bathroom. Great pillows! Also the host was very responsive and allowed us flexibility for check in and checkout which made our stay so easy as we had a lot of gear with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5 and a few friends. The location was great! It was an easy walk down to Main Street in the evening and ski in/ski out from the stairs a few houses down worked well during the day. The updated kitchen and baths were very nice.

Our group (4 adults, 4 children ages 7-10) had a wonderful ski week at Chris’s condo! The 3-levels of living allowed everyone space to spread out. We cooked many meals in the recently renovated, well-stocked kitchen. Chris was extremely responsive and communicative, the best kind of host! The location was exactly what we were looking for — you could ski in/out via Quittin Time (a steep blue to get home but an easier ride down to Town Lift) or walk down to town for a coffee, some shopping, or a meal. The drive to the PCMR base area was also straightforward and quick on days we had early ski-school drop off. Finally, the heated driveway made cleaning the 2ft of snow off our second car much much easier!

Chris was great to work with and very responsive to pre-arrival information.

Chris' newly remodeled unit was the perfect place for our annual group ski trip of 4 adult couples. The property had everything we needed from a well appointed kitchen to bathroom amenities. It was extremely convenient that each bedroom essentially has its own designated bathroom and would jump at the chance to book again. The location is steps away from public stair access to either Quttin' Time run which connects to Town Lift or downtown Park City shops, bars, restaurants and attractions.

This place was such a clutch spot for Sundance. Once we figured we had stairs straight to Main Street, it even made the stay better. Other than the stairs (altitude is real haha) this place was amazing. Chris was incredibly responsive which was great. Even answered our call when the lock would not work. Would stay again.

My family (6 adults, 3 kids) have stayed here twice over the past couple years and would absolutely stay again when we return. The proximity to the slopes and Main Street can’t be beat. The property was recently renovated and looks great. The owners are wonderful people and very communicative. If you’re considering a visit to Park City, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

We had an incredible time skiing in Park City and the easy access this condo has to downtown and the slopes made it even more incredible! Chris was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We asked for a late check out the day before leaving and he granted it with no delay. Would highly recommend for a ski weekend with friends or family.

Great location but property was a little tired
The property is in a great location, walking distance to slope and downtown.
We were very comfortable with accommodations.
The property manager did say the condo will be going through a renovation after the season.

Beautiful property perfect for 2 families
This is a great property. Chris was so accommodating that he even bought new games for our families. Perfect location for main street and skiing, about a half mile walk to town Lift if quit'en time is closed.

Great getaway close to downtown and slopes
I wouldn’t describe this a ski in ski out (not for everyone at least) since it is about a 5 min walk to the lifts and the run which goes behind the house is definitely not an easy one to handle. If you are a really good skier that may not matter much and it could save you a pick up or walk though. Chris was very helpful and responsive to questions and is a wonderful manager. We didn’t have too many issues except for running out of hot water sometimes when more than 4 of us had to shower in the morning and some of the lights making noise when on. The gift basket and travel shampoo was a nice touch, however I have stayed in other places with a much better stocked kitchen. It was a little scant on the necessities but other than that it was small but very workable. The area for getting to town was great, but just know you have to walk up and down a lot of stairs, which we were warned about. It’s definitely no joke. Get ready to exercise! If you want to explore downtown, it is a great location and only a 5 min walk to main street.

Ski-in/Ski-out Living!
We had a great week in Park City! The condo is well appointed, we enjoyed hopping on the mountain from the comfort of the back porch and unwinding in the sauna and by the fire.

Best location in PC and very clean, would defiantly rent again

A week in park city
Location downtown is nice. Number of steps to access slopes and Main Street is significant. Ski in ski out is doable but not easy. Everything worked fine and overall experience was really good. Unit could use some updating

We had a great time staying at this location. It was very close to the ski lift and the downtown of Park City. Overall, wonderful experience from start to end.

Outstanding Ski-in/ski-out condo
Property was precisely as advertised, and on my favorite street to rent ski homes on in Park City. Well equipped and comfortable. Chris was a great host/landlord. Will likely return later in the 2021 ski season.

Fabulous location
This is a true ski in/ski out property! The location is excellent. You walk out the front door and down two flights of stairs to main street in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. There are two parking spots which is great. The unit has a lot of vertical space and allows family members to spread out and not be on top of each other. If you have a problem with stairs, this would not be the unit (or town for that matter) for you. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the townhouse could have have been better, steps away to downtown and a short walk to the Town lift....which takes you to the top of the mountain which then gives you access to the many trails of Park City. Chris is an excellent communicator and a wealth of information. The townhouse was a perfect for our family of eight. It was a perfect way to close out 2020.

Amazing Stay
Chris's condo couldn't be better for the perfect ski getaway. The ski-in/ski-out couldn't be more ideal and the condo is spotless. Very spacious and conveniently located. The short walk to Main St. is clutch for aprés ski and bars/restaurants/shopping. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect ski weekend in Park City. With the 40-minute Uber from SLC, you can be on the slopes within two hours from the time you touch down. Awesome town and perfect stay. Well done!

Old Town Park City
It was a very favorable visit. We know people prior had not left when we arrived and we wonder if cleaning crew was a bit rushed. Owner was very responsive to questions and addressing a lighting issue.

Great place, cant beat the location
The house was plenty big, well stocked with essentials. Chris was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Location in old town and right on slopes makes for a fun trip!

Location, Location!
2 minute walk to the slopes and main street. Basically a true ski in ski out, as one run (quittin time) backs up to the house, so getting off the mountain is incredibly easy.
