The cabin was clean and cozy. The location was great for getting to all parts of Hocking Hills State Park and other surrounding points of interest. My only misgivings is that the refrigerator was a small dorm size and barely held the food for the weekend for the 2 of us. Make sure that you pay attention to the listing as well.

After the last few months of crazy amounts of overtime, this trip was just what I needed! Quiet, relaxation and rest! I recommend this place to anyone that needs a break from the day to day chaos.

Our stay was way too short - this would be a perfect place for a long weekend! Quiet area with an easy drive to the park. Convenience store is right outside the complex. Can't recommend it enough!

Great getaway. Exactly what we needed to slow down for a few days, hike and relax. Would definitely return. Kids age 12 and 14 especially appreciated Wi-Fi, hot tub, and ability to stream content on TV as well.

Relaxing, beautiful scenic property & experience.
Management handled changing battery in smoke detector right away. Everything was clean, beautiful & kept up. Got lost @ first. Called for directions, & employee got us right there. It was all very convenient & hassle free. Loved our short wknd! Wish it were longer. We will be back!!!!!

Mid-week spring break get away
My husband and I spent 2 nights and really enjoyed the slow pace and relaxing vibe. After arriving we took advantage of the nice weather to enjoy the back deck for a little wine, cheese, and nature and followed it up with a night soak in the hot tub and fire in the fireplace. We had breakfast in our cabin the next morning, then hiked Conkle's Hollow, stopped off for a couple of local brews at Brewery 33, then relaxed for an hour in the sauna pod located just a stones throw away (literally across the drive) from the cabin. That evening we enjoyed an indoor fire and s'mores. On our way home the following day, we had breakfast in Logan then stopped in Athens to soak up the sun and suds at Little Fish Brewing. Everything was conveniently located and there was not a lack of things to see or do, but if there had been, chilling at the cabin for the two days would have been just fine too! The cabin was perfect for 2 adults. The only thing that was missing was an oven. in the kitchen. We had plans to do more cooking at the cabin and missed the memo about the kitchen only having a microwave oven and stove top. No worries, we will be back!

Reserved for two nites. First nite was greatChalet great, hot tub great, facility great. Second nite got to listen to toilet refill every 25-30 minutes. At checkout advised clerk of problem and was thanked so maintenance could be alerted. Asked about bill adjustment And was told they would have to confirm problem, contact property owner and would get back to me. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. Paid a premium for two nites.....would have least appreciated some money deducted. Failure to do what they said they would tells me they really do not care. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Getaway for two
The chalet we stayed in was very clean and well kept. The pool is not in a walking distance at all. Dont take kids addicted to having wifi. Because that level of wifi is not that good. And make sure your just going there to be cut off from everything. Texts take hours to send. There are not any fire pits. So s'mores are out. Good thing about this area is there is a little store down the road with anything you would need. A d theres a pizza place on down the road from there. Chalet #15 is nice. We may try a different one next time, with no kids.
