About this apartment rental

Just steps away from being on the mountain, you will enjoy everything this updated one bedroom Zephyr Mountain Lodge condo has to offer. This condo features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. The balcony faces the Fraser River with beautiful mountain views. It can comfortably sleep 4 with a king size bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. There is a nicely updated full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to make a great meal. New TV in the living room with a DVD player for movies. The location of this unit cannot be beat as you are just a minutes walk from being on the mountain, enjoying Starbucks or relishing in one of the many great restaurants featured at the base.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, ski lockers, onsite ski shops, restaurants, shopping and an ice skating rink (seasonal). Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This Condo is located on 3rd floor in Riverside building facing The Village and Continental Divide.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice little 1 bedroom condo in the Riverside section of Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Great access to the gondola, with ski lockers conveniently located on the gondola exit level (1st floor). Property management was easy to reach and very helpful, everything went very smoothly. Room cleanliness could be improved, after 15 minutes of sitting on the couch I was overcome with a very stuffy nose that cleared soon after I moved to a leather chair, there must have been a pet previously on that couch, which also smelled a bit musty. Otherwise it was a great experience.

A nice one-bedroom condo in Zephyr Riverside building at base. Ski lockers downstairs and parking (paid) in basement. Great location. Two of us slept on pull out couch, queen size and it was acceptable. Kitchen generally well equipped. Has dishwasher and full size stove.

The condo was perfect for my son & I to spend spring break!! You can't beat the location, steps from the Gondola & the Village will lots of restaurants/shopping right out the back door. We came back for lunch every day. Plenty of options/cookware for cooking in the kitchen. It was nice to sit on the deck at the end of the day & relax.

With 50 yrs snow skiing @ WinterPark under my belt, this is the 1st time I've ever stayed @ the WinterPark Base area (ski in/ski out). It was such a treat to not have to deal with driving, parking, walking, or waiting in cold for an oftentimes suspect shuttle bus. Accommodations were 5 star. Dining options were plentiful/affordable & ski equipment extremely available. I'm spoiled now & will never again do anything but stay EXACTLY where I stayed.

The only issue we had was with the mailed key card (it didn't work) but that was quickly/easily resolved by property management. The property is slope side and had all the expected amenities. The snow condition were great and our family had a wonderful time skiing. We made dinner every night which helped with our budget. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (including coffee filters :-) Thank you and will stay again!

We loved the location of this condo building, perfect ski in/ski out right next to the gondola. The hot tubs were in a beautiful setting. You do have to pay for parking, but it was convenient. The only thing we would've preferred would have been a slope side view to see all the skiers coming and going, but the riverside view was pretty too.

We spent four nights in Zephyr 2304 and it was perfect for our group of three. The checkin process was so easy and the condo was spotless. You really can't get much closer to the slopes than Zephyr...literally steps away from the gondola and Arrow lift and the Gemini Express is close by too. All the restaurants, bars, coffee, grocery, retail and rental shops are right there too. We used a shuttle service from/to DIA and didn't miss having a car at all. Everything you need is right there. I highly recommend this condo.
