This is a custom home. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Nice large front porch with a table for outside dining as well as a sitting area. Located 1 block from the beach. Parking for 2 cars in the back of the property off the alley. You can park your car and walk everywhere!! Walk to the beach, the boardwalk, the amusement park, Miniature Golf, 2 blocks to the tennis courts and basketball courts. Walk to restaurants and the downtown area, the location is so convenient to everything the town has to offer!! Weekly rentals only during June, July, August and the first 2 weeks of September. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Guests must bring their own towels and sheets.

The house is big and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the living room was well appointed. The kitchen has all you need and it is spacious. Good location but if you need to be in the busy section of the board walk, you might think it’s a little far. Walk to the beach took about 10 min. The check in didn’t go as well as we wished. We didn’t get the passcode at 2pm as promised by the property manager so we stood there with our suitcases on the sidewalk until about 2:20pm after repeatedly texting and calling her. She did text us the code in the end. Some suggestions to make the house even better would be to make sure there are bath mats included or to mention that bath mats are not included in your description. We had to run out and get 3 bath mats. Also the lights on the deck do not work. Lastly, adding some sort of drying rack in the laundry room, which is spacious, would be great. Otherwise it was a great house and a good location. We would stay again for sure.

Wonderful place that is a short walk from many key activities. Property is well maintained and in a great location. Property was clean and had all the necessities. Will definitely consider again.

The place was great for us! It had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Very clean, enough room for our 3 cars, close to the beach and everything else. The host was very responsive and helpful. Also, it was very nice being right next door to the best ice cream shop in town!

My family enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day Weekend. Kristin was very accommodating and communicated very well! This was a second floor apartment, so there were a lot of stairs to take with a young infant. I’d maybe suggest a first floor rental if you have young kids. The house was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. The water pressure in the guest bathroom wasn’t great but it was fine. Very popular ice cream shop next door made street parking difficult at night. Was a bit longer of a walk to the boardwalk than we were expecting but again it wasn’t bad. Overall a very nice stay!

Absolutely would stay here again! Beautiful home, accurate listing, and was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at! A few added kitchen items (strainer, tongs) would be nice and there was no grill. This beautiful home was perfect for our family beach week!

The house was as listed. Super easy communication with Owner and prompt attention to the dryer not working. Location is great and next to great ice cream and coffee shop and the renowned donut shops with two short blocks to the beach. Parking was key as with garage you basically have three spots. Highly recommend. we had a great stay

2nd time staying at this property and if didn’t disappoint again. Very clean, amazing location and easy to get in and out. The set up is perfect!!!! The walk is very short to beach and can’t beat the ice cream store next door. They provide pretty much everything you would need for the beach and the downstairs bathroom to great for cleaning up before going back upstairs. The porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon naps and late night ice cream. We will always look for this place every year we come back.

Our family rented this property for 2 nights while attending my Niece’s Wedding. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend and lovely Wedding. The Condo is very clean, nicely furnished and very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom’s. It Has a lovely front porch also. There is a great little ice cream store nearby and a Cafe on the corner and is a short walk to Boardwalk and beach! It’s in a very nice location of OC. Just be aware that it is a 2nd floor Rental with lots of steps so not for anyone with mobility issues. Would be happy to rent again in the future.

Our group had a great long weekend. The house was spacious with 3 full baths and plenty of space and seating between the open floor plan kitchen/living room. House was more beautiful in person and was super clean. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and downtown- location was great.

Traveled to Ocean City to see our niece who is in the Navy, we had 9 of us staying at the house and the house was a perfect setup. Enough room for everyone, activities to do such as checkers and cards were available. The house was clean, easy to access, and highly recommend this place.

From soup to nuts this was a smooth chain of events! The reviews were true: excellent on the cleanliness scale, perfect location, ample space and Kristen was so kind and accessible! Kristen allowed us to check in hours earlier and later which was such a huge help since we only did a short 3 day stay. All the rooms had ample space for luggage and the master was so large it could easily accommodate two air mattresses if needed. We went for a ladies only birthday trip to celebrate a 70th and couldn’t have been more pleased with the rental. Spacious deck, living room, kitchen/dining area. The extra bathroom on lower level made it convenient when coming home from the beach - it was a full bathroom too! Can’t say enough good things about the property and Kristen :o)

We really enjoyed our stay... we had 2 families and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and had all the necessities. The location was great, close enough to walk or bike to the boardwalk, and we enjoyed the 3rd Street beach. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband, parents and two kids stayed at this lovely home for Easter weekend. It had everything we needed and more. The house is clean, well appointed and big! Plenty of space for us to be together but also spread out if you wanted some alone time. The bedrooms had lots of space - we could have even fit more people if we wanted. The deck off the front was really nice as well. I would highly recommend this home in season or off season. It is two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We had a great time!

We stayed for a winter weekend trip with another family, and there was plenty of room for everybody and the accommodations were great. We were right in the middle of everything, and so close to the boardwalk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having the fireplace was a big plus. We would definitely want to stay here again!

We have been vacationing to Ocean City, NJ for many years. This year because of additional family members we chose this property. Not too far from the beach, we were able to enjoy all the comforts of home. Having a washer/dryer was wonderful! A quiet neighborhood with enough parking for two in the back and ample room in front on the street. Having the garage was nice to put the beach chairs, bikes and strollers away and readily available without locking everything. There was an ice cream parlor next to the property, which was nice for an evening treat. Definitely would come back!

We had a great week! The house was very clean, well kept, and beautiful. There was enough room for our entire family to spread out. Close walk to boardwalk and beach. We would highly recommend it!
