The location of this property is amazing. We would spend all day in the park, and then come back and easily walk around Estes Park from this loft. Felt very safe and so fun to sit on the balcony and people watch too. It was nice to unload our car right by the entrance to the building, and parking was pretty close. We were there in August and never had trouble finding a parking spot.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this loft. The location cannot be beat, parking was convenient and the ability to walk out the door and be among shops and restaurants was perfect. The balcony overlooking the Main Street was nice too. The loft was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed.

Property is A+. Very clean with all the amenities. If we return to Estes Park we would return here.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern apartment in the middle of Estes Park. Everything in town was walkable and it was a short drive to get into Rocky Mountain national park for the days adventure. Having a large parking lot behind the building was definitely an added benefit.

Great location and great space….if there are only two of you. The listing described 1 king bed and 1 queen bed as a pull out couch and that is not what it was. The bottom of the couch folds over and you have a hard slab to sleep on. Also, when I messaged the owner with a couple questions I never got a response. The shower doesn’t drain at all so you stand in a puddle of dirty water and there are no hand or face towels.

The loft was in a great location with easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. It was very convenient to enter RMNP and had plenty of room to relax. The balcony was great to sit out on in the evening. We did have some issues with the shower not draining correctly but this was by no means a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Upon arrival after traveling 13 hours from Iowa our space wasn’t cleaned from the previous occupants. However our host, Amy was quick to take care of us and we appreciated that!
It was a great place to stay & we will spread the word to our Iowa family & friends to utilize this space when traveling to CO.

Location, location, location! Clean and advertised. Had a light problem with a missing parking pass that was resolved quickly. Recommend this place!

The unit was wonderfully located and comfortable mostly for a couple. We had three adults and the pull out in the living area while being a creative space saving piece of furniture, it was not the most comfortable for the third individual. The unit was clean and had a great balcony good for people watching. At times, while on the balcony, smokers from the bar/restaurant below would walk outside and the smoke would travel upwards but most of the time, it wasn't a problem. The shower was large and equipped with a soap/shampoo dispenser but had some draining issues. Having add'l handwashing soap in the bathroom, facial tissue, and coffee/tea would have been an added bonus. Owner was responsive and we had a great time!

We had a very nice stay in the heart of Estes Park. The parking was convenient. The instructions were very clear for check in and out. The loft was clean and spacious and we saw elk from the balcony! Thanks for the stay!

The patio was great for people-watching, book-reading, and relaxing. It was so great to be right downtown, able to walk to all the shops and restaraunts. The free shuttle runs right by, if needed. To jump in the car, it's an easy drive to the Stanley Hotel, RMNP, and anything else. The unit was clean, modern, open, and quiet. This end of town closes down around 9pm, and it gets very quiet. While you can't see the Big Thompson River from this unit, it is just a few steps away, which was my favorite part. Easy to walk there and relax, or take the awesome walking path along the stream.

Very nice apartment. And exceptionally clean. Fantastic location. Only suggestion is to leave some coffee for the renters. But overall this is a great place. Thank you Amy. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

This is an amazing place to stay. Very convenient to everything. The loft was well stocked and very clean. Comfortable king bed. Huge bathroom. We loved it!

Overall it’s a pretty decent place to stay. We ran into a few hiccups, no hand soap or laundry detergent so we had to go buy some. The bed was not very comfortable, but hey everyone’s taste in that department are different. The loft was pretty clean and there were plenty of towels which is always plus. I wish there was TV in view of the bed though. Overall the location can’t be beat which is reason enough to stay here.

The loft location is great when visiting RMNP. Easy access to shops and dining. Shower could use the drain cleaned.

Great location if you want to be in the thick of downtown dining/ ice cream & stores. Easy access with parking in lot behind the unit. The unit is in a quiet building; adequate with everything we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer after hiking. The TV has movie channels & Sling.

The location was great! After a long day hiking we were able to come back to town, clean up and walk to a restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay in Estes. Amy was an attentive hostess. The property is in good condition and in the perfect location. The keypads made for an easy in and out, and parking was free and close. My only complaint is that it’s listed as having 2 beds, but the second “bed” is a couch that folds into something resembling a mattress flat on the ground. It has no give and isn’t much different than laying on a board. It was fine for my 6yo but theres no way an adult or teen could sleep on it. Absent an upgrade to that bed the property is best suited for one couple.

We loved the location and the ability to easily walk to restaurants and stores. We will be back.

We loved this apartment and enjoyed every minute in it. It was so convenient to be able to go just outside the door and have everything at our fingertips. We ate at Penelope’s and Claire’s. Both delicious. Enjoyed ice cream at Haley’s and salt water taffy from Danish Cone Factory. We shopped and went hiking in RMNP. The apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony and people watching. We hope to return in the fall and get this same apartment!

The condo was nice and clean, loved the location, great shower. The kitchen was not well stocked -very few utensils, 1 decent pan , no bake ware which made meal preps very hard. So if you don’t plan on cooking this condo is great. Loved sitting on the patio and people watching!

Great location right on the main drag. It's a newer place, in great shape. Parking was in a nearby public lot, but reasonably close.

My wife and I stayed over the New Year’s Eve holiday and had a wonderful time. The ability to walk downstairs and be on main st in Estes park was incredible. You cannot beat the location of this property. The host was communicative and the property was very clean.

Right in the heart of the retail district. You can walk to everything. Unit is on 2nd floor. One bed one bath. Winter wonderland like a Hallmark movie. Wonder what it’s like in the summer tourist season.

This condo is beautiful with nice furnishings and amenities. We loved the location right in the middle of downtown Estes Park. We enjoyed eating and sitting on the balcony. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park too. Quiet building. Would love to stay here again!

Centrally located. No noise from street, even though unit faces and overlooks the street. No problems of any kind. Would stay here again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this mountain condo. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s a beautiful view of the town and mountains from the balcony. Located in a quiet area and steps away from shopping, restaurants, and attractions! Loved how close we were to RMNP! I highly would recommend this spot for your trip to Estes Park! We will be back!

Four night stay (Tues-Sat) for our honeymoon. Excellent location and a very clean nice condo. Only issue is the furniture. It appears that they just ordered everything from an Ikea catalog; looks cool but not functional/comfortable.
Specifically had an issue with the bed. It appears at some point in the past there were some damage done to it, and it had been repaired. There was no brace across the head of the bed, thereby causing it to sag toward the middle as well as toward the head of the bed. This caused our heads to be below our feet. It was very uncomfortable and prevented us from sleeping. Wound up moving the mattress to the floor and slept like that for three nights.
Made contact with the property manager who was very nice, and she stated they were attempting to make contact with their handyman. The next day received a text stating they were unable to make contact, but would get something worked out the next day. We never heard anything after that from her or the handyman.
I’ve read other reviews that mention the parking issue. It worked out great for us, because we were there during an off-peak time, but I could see in the summertime that being an issue with limited parking.
I would also encourage the owners to invest in some additional cookware. We like to cook in which is one of the reasons we rent VRBO‘s. However their cookware was not in great shape and limited in number.

Beautiful apartment and great location.

The condo is well-located and nicely decorated, although a little strangely configured. Like other reviewers, we had difficulty both with the main entry and the lockbox keys. A phone call later resolved the problem but it was an annoying way to start our stay. The sleep sofa needs to be flipped over from the back side (not exactly intuitive, but again resolved), but didn’t change the fact that it was extremely uncomfortable…like sleeping on a box spring. It was a good thing that just one person was sleeping on it since we flipped it back to sofa mode for the second night which was better but not great. There were no touches to make us feel welcome…no coffee/bottled water, anything. There was, however, a note telling us to strip the beds, load towels and sheets, start washer or we’d be charged $30. Really??? This place could be very good, but based on our experience we’d say: keep looking.

This property sits in the heart of Estes Park, above stores that line the Main Street. It’s spacious and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting into the building but called the owner and got it resolved immediately. The owner could be more helpful by labeling light switches and even the dispensers in the shower. I didn’t know which liquid was shampoo or conditioner or what. There are small things that would add ease and comfort - bigger bedside tables, lights by the bed instead of the sconces that are so high on the wall. Hooks in the bathroom are high on the wall (the owner must be tall!). Overall, we enjoyed staying there. It could get a little noisy until the shops closed, but I recommend the property.
