Charmant hotel met goede locatie.

Mooi hotel met sfeervol character. Op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum. In de nacht rustig.

Not the best night of sleep but..

Very nice staff, property looks good, rooms are ok and clean

The beds were two different sizes with one being a lot smaller than the other one, not ideal for 4 people. Also the mattresses are terrible

Agradable hotel cerca del centro de Valladolid.

Fuimos en plan familiar, aunque no pudimos estar en habitaciones juntas ya que al ir personas mayores se les dificultaba subir escaleras, me agradó el hotel, está cerca del centro de Valladolid, sus habitaciones son cómodas y fueron muy amables en la recepción, en las mañanas hacen café y puedes disfrutar de una taza mientras te sientes en su terraza con vista a la pequeña alberca, no pudimos disfrutar de ella por el clima lluvioso, pero pienso que en días soleados es agradable. Estuvimos una noche en septiembre de 2023

Sugerencia: Si van personas mayores o con dificultad para subir escalones, es preferible reservar en planta baja, ya que no cuenta con elevador. Pero en general se disfruta la estancia.

I loved the character of this hotel and the proximity to everything that I wanted to see and do.

Cute and charming little hotel that is centrally located and walking distance from the main part of town and the ADO bus station. The room was comfortable with a/c. The pool areas was refreshing after a long hot day.

There was no blanket in the room, so not sure if that's to discourage guests from sleeping with a/c on. Other guests were pretty noisy right outside in the corridor after 11pm and were not asked to quiet down.

Excellent stay, great pool

Everything was perfect, we were on a roadtrip around Yucatan and this was the best hotel we stayed in! We arrived around 1pm and our room was already available. The staff is super kind. The pool area is lovely and we had it all for ourseleves. The room was really big (big bed as well), bathroom is modern and everything was clean. There's a mini fridge, safe and AC available in the room. Parking space just in front of the hotel, 5-10 minutes walk to the center, but a lot of restaurants and cafés are closer than that. I highly recommend it for your stay in Valladolid.

Walls and windows are quite thin so you can easily hear the noise from the common areas, for us it was OK because it seemed like not all the rooms were taken. No water bottle / water fountain in the hotel.

Good value for money!

The hotel room had a refrigerator and air conditioning. Free water refills by the reception and chairs to sit in the backyard. Daily room cleaning was great!

The pool was quite dirty and the water pressure is low. But this seems to be common for Mexico.

Nice place to stay a few days visiting Valladolid

Super friendly receptionist (young guy) but also the others were nice, Pool had good atmosphere esp. In evening, Clean room, Parking

The room was clean in general but if the management wants to go to some "proper level", i would focus on details e.g. in bathroom ceiling had some stains from the water, water battery could use some detailed maintenance (water "stones around), etc. But nothing that would be terrible.

perfect base to explore yucatan

great value and well kept. very nice staff. convenient to central plaza (about 500m or 1500ft) there are 2 small convenience stores within 500ft. restaurant next to it has excellent food and good prices (cash only). great location to explore Valladolid on foot and plenty of taxis if needed. Also great location for an early trip to chichen-itza (30-40 min) before the buses from cancun arrive!

great location, close to the city center. everything is walkable and it feels safe. really nice decoration in the inner yard which gives it a nice charm. It is really great value for the money

Great spot in city center

Huge beds- it was amazing. The localization was really cool- in heart of city center. They have some parking space, I really appreciate that. There was a small pool- I was surprised how clean it was! We had a small fridge- very cool :)

It was maybe a little bit noisy but I sleep hard so it's not a problem

Great location, basic room for travellers

Very good location for the central town and the bus station, it was quiet, very helpful staff. Room was basic but clean and tidy.

Shower wasn't the best but not uncommon in Mexico and for the price still a really great option.

Good stay good

Very nice stay in city center. Close to main parts of the city. Property is nice and clean, hot showers in bathroom, free coffee at the reception. Parking in front of the property. Shop just opposite. Staff was super nice and friendly. Good value for money, i would stay there again.

1. the power went off and on multiple times during the night and I’m pretty sure this was the hotel’s way to turn off all the ACs 2. the shower was confusing to use 3. the pool was unusable and dirty

Very good hotel for one or two night stands

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was big. The beds were big - real king size. Has both A/C and fans which is very convenient. Location is ~15 minutes to the center. Right next to good bar with good cocktails.

No breakfasts. And it was not easy to find a good breakfast place in the morning in this town.

- The front desk kindly reserved us a parking spot onsite in advance by email. - room is clean and beds are large

- I’d suggest the hotel to include two bottled water in the room, or simple breakfast next door for the room price it charges.
