Spacious Pet Friendly Downtown Condo within Walking Distance to Everything!

Location, Location, Location! This cozy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is 2 stories/1500 sq/ft located in downtown Steamboat Springs (Old Town) overlooking the Yampa River and Howelson Hill. Enjoy the great views from the huge windows and French doors. Other amenities include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas fireplace, central air conditioning, a fantastic patio and a private heated single car garage. Located within walking distance to most downtown restaurants and activities.
***Please note that parking downtown is limited. Our garage is the only guaranteed parking at the condo complex. There is a small lot for the condo complex (7 spots) that are first come/first serve. There is no public overnight parking in downtown Steamboat during the winter months. The garage cannot accommodate larger vehicles (for example Tahoe, Expedition, Ford F-150 or equivalent)***
The entrance to the condo is located on the second floor (one flight of steps). The condo can sleep 6-7 adults. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook complete meals. French door refrigerator and high end stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and has a front load washer. Dining room easily seats 6 with 3 counter seats as well.
Enjoy the gas fireplace while lounging in the living room while watching the 55” 4K TV with Xfinity cable (all the TVs in the condo). Or connect to friends and family via the high speed wireless internet (up to 150Mbps). The sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate two adults. There are also board games and playing cards provided for additional entertainment.
The condo is two stories and the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the condo. Fall asleep after a long day of activities in the master bedroom’s king size bed with memory foam mattress, or enjoy a movie while winding down on the 60” TV. Or even better, soak in the large tub in the master bathroom. It is a 5 piece master bath with a double sink, a large soaking tub, and oversized stand alone shower. If you need the sounds of nature to fall asleep, open the French doors to hear the sounds of the Yampa River below. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and attached bathroom. There is also a hide-away single bed located in this bedroom. The hide away bed can accommodate a small adult or child for short stays. We also provide a twin air mattress for an additional child or adult. This bedroom has a 55" TV.
The balcony/patio overlooks Yampa Street, the Yampa Core Trail, Howelson Hill Park and the river. The view from the patio is marvelous. It has seating for 4 with outdoor natural gas grill to cook a steak or other grilled favorites.
It's an easy walk to the main street of downtown which is lined with shops and restaurants, or walk to the nightlife on Yampa Street. Stroll downstairs to enjoy a day at the spa. Take advantage of Howelson Hill Park across the river for cross-country skiing or ice skating. Just cross the river on the nearby pedestrian bridge to the park. Summer months are filled with activities on the Yampa Core Trail. To add to your enjoyment of the Yampa Core Trail, we have provided two adult bicycles for your use on the CORE trail and for around town use. Renting additional bikes or renting a tube to ride the river for the day is as easy as walking to the end of the block.
Here to Ski...Don't worry about transportation to the mountain as the Steamboat Springs’ FREE bus stop is less than one block away. Bus stop at 11th and Lincoln Ave has both Red and Blue Lines which run every 10 minutes and takes you right to the Gondola Station.
Bring your four legged furry friend with you as the unit is dog friendly with owner approval for one dog over 35lbs or two dogs under 35lbs. We provide dogs bowls, dog beds, dog towels and blankets. The location and amenities of this condo just can’t be beat for a fun filled stay in Steamboat Springs.

Condo was in a great location right by the river. We walked to dinner most nights. The condo was clean and very nicely appointed with kitchen equipment and extra blankets and towels, etc.

The location of this condo is unbeatable. The Yampa River, with continuous rafters, is just out your door. Restaurants are a step away, as is the shopping and the Saturday art festival. The condo is quiet, air conditioned, and smartly decorated. Very clean and excellent water pressure. Easy access to condo and a garage for the car. We had a question and left a message and our host returned our call literally three minutes later. We will be back next year!

Had a beautiful stay at this 2 story condo in steamboat with my young family and pet corgi. Walking distance to the library, really fun play grounds (3 near by), coffee, brewery, restaurants, shopping, bike trails, and fishing! The condo was gorgeous and equipped with a really cool guest Roku that automatically logs out of all apps after your stay. Kept the kids entertained and the parents sane. We had a relaxing and fun filled vacation thanks to the amenities and location of this condo.

We spent a week here with our girls 8 and 10 and the condo was spacious, comfortable and cozy. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops and short drive to the ski resort. We had an issue with the garage door and Kevin had it fixed promptly and gave us a great breakfast suggestion to walk to which was delicious (Creekside Tavern) while we waited on the garage door to be fixed. The kitchen is stocked with everything for a meal in. The condo was very clean and stocked with plenty of shampoo, body wash, and even Dr. Teals lavender bubble bath that the kids enjoyed.I would also recommend Strawberry Springs and Saddleback Ranch tubing if you are visiting!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yampa Dream! We’ve stayed in other locations around Steamboat but this was by far the best overall experience.
Major pluses include: Clean and well-equipped with everything you need; Restaurants all just steps away; Garage; phenomenal view of Howelsen especially for the Winter Carnival fireworks; and responsive host.

The location is unbeatable. You’re right in town with a fantastic view of the Yampa off the back deck. This place also has all of the amenities you could possibly think of, fully stocked essentials, and is so beautifully clean. The layout is perfect for a group/family. There’s nothing negative to say - we will definitely be back!

Biking, hiking, tubing, & kayaking were all within walking distance. Not to mention hot springs, dining, a playground, and areas to dip your toes in the Yampa! Owners/community also very dog friendly.

Great spring time stay downtown in Steamboat looking down on the raging Yampa and across to Emerald Mountain. Very clean, well laid-out apartment, convenient to everything in town. Great communications with owner. After staying around the Steamboat resort in prior visits, it was fun to be downtown with walks to everything (except grocery store).

We absolutely loved our stay at the Yampa Dream. It’s clear that so much thought has been put into every detail of that house. Great kitchen set-up and appliances. Loved that they had dog blankets, bowls, and beds. Very clean and cozy. Couldn’t recommend it enough and we can’t wait to return!

The listing doesn't do justice to this wonderful and well equipped condo in the hear of Steamboat Springs. Very spacious. Extremely comfortable, Walk to restaurants and shops. Watch the ski jumping from the master bedroom. 10 minute drive to the ski area...and our dog loved it as well. Many thanks to Kevin...a super host.

The property was very clean and welcoming. We enjoying staying in near downtown, and this was the perfect location. You can hear the river, which is awesome. The amenities are exactly what you'd expect for a 5-star review. Owners even offer bikes to allow you ride around town, but everything is within walking distance, so bikes really aren't needed.
