Lovely first floor oceanfront end unit condo with views of ocean in the secluded western end of the island called 'The Point.' This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, beach combing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes to shopping, water slide, theater, restaurants, and night life but still you feel you are away from it all. Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goal, picnic area and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevator also located in building A. This home features 3 BR, 2.5 Bath. Living area has a 42" flat screen TV with upgraded Surround Sound, a covered deck with ocean views. Master bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath, 39" Flat screen TV and a deck with ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, 27" flat screen with a full bath & shared bath in hallway. Bedroom #3 has a 2 twin size beds, 26" flat screen with a half bath. Washer and dryer in condo. No Smoking and No pets. Rents Sat to Sat. This condominium is a first floor. Everything just as described and perfect for our two family stay. So close to the beach, couldn’t be better! Mark was very responsive when we had a couple of questions, kitchen was stocked, and parking was plentiful! We hope to be back!!

This is our fifth year coming back to serenity at Emerald Isle and we had a blast as always. The beach is gorgeous the condo well equipped for cooking. The owner is responsive and continuously upgrading the property. The new hardwood floors were great… I miss the dehumidifier though!

This property is one of our favorites when we stay in Emerald Isle. The condo has everything you need, is just steps away from the beach and the property has excellent amenities. My family loves that there is access to safe bike paths for the kids and a nice pool area. This is our 3rd stay here and we would definitely consider this condo again.

Area beautiful, lots of good restaurants, wonderful beach. Property not by any means the best I've stayed. Not ocean front. Building is but view is off the deck looking left. Says refurbished, no kitchen good but stove broke Microwave broke. Blinds on both sliding doors falling down broken. Bedroom slider does not open. Living room slider kept jamming up and jumping off the rail. Bedroom carpets dirty not cleaned in a while. I realize end of year but should be cleaned more frequently.

Love it here! Have returned every year for the last 4 years because it really can’t be beat. Mark is awesome. Location is awesome. Some deep cleaning of drawers and cabinets would help but the best beach ever makes up for all else!

Property was beach front! While we would have loved to have had an oceanfront view we had a corner ocean view which was good too! We loved the convenience of the beach and the pool. We loved the small town feel and the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. No heavy traffic which we enjoyed the most! The property was clean and equipped with even the smallest conveniences which was appreciated. Our neighbors were polite and considerate - no loud noises after hours. This was our first time at Emerald Isle and we enjoyed it so much.

The cono was perfect but its was not ocean front my elderly sisters were not able to get to the ovean oceanfront means seeing and only steps to yhe sand however your condo was beautiful and well stocked

This is one of my family’s favorite places to stay on Emerald Isle and it’s our second time staying in this condo. I love that it is a safe and family friendly area. The condo is super comfortable and has an easy access to the beach. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

This property was perfect for my family. And the location was spectacular. I will definitely come back again. Spectrum had an issue on the east coast for two of the days, but that was an issue with the internet provider, so nothing that the owner could have fixed. Otherwise, a perfect vacation.

The villa was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all the touches of home. Kitchen was neat and tidy, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Bath towels ready for guests left on center of beds for our arrival (nice touch :) Decor was very cute. Owner prompt to reply to any questions and made check-in easy. Beach was wonderful, condo and surrounding area quiet. Was a perfect getaway for our sister trip.

This Villa was perfect. The Villa is updated, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook a few dinners. It was nice and quiet and a very close walk to the beach.

We’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and you just can’t beat the amazing location and the most beautiful beach. There were no workable beach chairs this year, which was always a plus in previous years. They share their boogie boards and large beach shovels too.

The condo was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The beach was easy to access with outdoor showers. We hardly heard the people on the floor above . Despite most of the units being occupied, we didn't feel crowded, parking was easy. We will come back.

Stayed in this condo complex for over 20 years. Overwhelming musty/mildew smell all week. Informed owner of issues. Solution was to bring extra fan. Never stayed in a unit with dehumidifier and multiple fans running 24/7. Great complex, but would not rent this unit ever again.

Very clean condo with partial ocean views from balcony. Approximately 200steps from front door to beach. The tennis courts, basketball hoop, and pools made for great option for my teens. Owner is very communicative and prompt in responses. Gorgeous location near The EI Point (approximately.5miles and walkable to catch beautiful sunsets). Restaurants in strip malls are plentiful but if you want waterfront dinners , check out Swansboro (10 min drive), Beaufort (30min drive) or other coastal small towns. Definitely check out the Shackleford Banks to visit with wild ponies, Lady Swan sunset cruises, and hang out on the condo boardwalk to spot beach deer.

The perfect place for both work and relaxation. The unit was quiet, and had fast internet for remote working. The easy beach access made it possible to walk on the beach both before and after work. The unit was spotless, well decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. I plan to book again next year!

Location and amenities were excellent. Condo was well appointed w/everything you would need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay at he Beach. We have been coming to EI for 25 yrs always with many family members sharing a whole ocean front home. This was the first time just my wife and I and our daughters. So a condo was different but an excellent choice for us. And would choose Serenity again when a condo is called for. Thank you Blondells for sharing your lovely home with us.

This condo is located on the pointe section of Emerald Isle and was not crowded and had some of the best shells. The unit is in the building closest to the beach and the owner has beach chairs and boogie boards to use so you don’t have to pack that too. Condo has everything you need, plenty of space, and decorated with a beach theme. My family had a great week!

We loved our stay at serenity beach condo at the point in EI! Easy walk to the beach and to the point of the island. Chairs, boogie boards, shovels, and toys were all available at the rental as well as books and games. The kitchen was so well stocked we didn't miss anything. Very attentive and responsive owners and cleaning staff. Thanks mark for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back in the years to come.
