Great house in a wonderful location. We were pleasantly surprised as to how well equipped the place was with laundry, dish, and dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. Usually, we have to run out and buy this stuff during our vacations. The house is well stocked and there is plenty to cook with too.
There is plenty of space for the family to gather for meals and lots of fun in the basement for the kiddos.
My only feedback is to suggest all the toilets get upgraded and replaced.
Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Excellent property for our family ski trip! Great layout to give space for everyone in the family. Close to the slopes and easily accessible to all of the Massanutten amenities. Clear and consistent communication with management. Thank you for providing a great place for our family trip. We hope to stay again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house for our family skiing trip. Plenty of space for everyone. Great entertainment space for the teens. Neat and clean house. Really appreciated how well stocked the house was with towels and kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It is very conveniently located to the ski slopes, but the location would be beautiful in any season. I was very impressed by the property management's immediate reaction to our minor issues. Everything was resolved within minutes. I would definitely recommend and I would love to go back, if I have a chance.

Fabulous getaway with the kids and grandkids! Plenty of space for all. Location was perfect for all of our planned activities!

House is very beautiful and spacious. This is our third time staying here. We have so many memories here. The cleaning people need to do a better job cleaning the refrigerator. We spent 30 minutes cleaning and bleaching the fridge because there was mold in the fridge. Also the ceiling fans need dusting. Other than that everything was perfect. Thanks again for more memories

The house has a ton of room, it was clean and the descriptions were spot on!! We went for JMU parents weekend so going back and forth to campus was very easy and the trip has amazing views. We are already considering coming back to this house again next year.

House fit us well. Kitchen was well stocked
Wish we could have had our firepit in the evenings.
TV was a challenge but we worked around it.
Overall we all enjoyed our week

We had a great stay here. The house was perfect for our group. Four bathrooms were a huge plus. We had 5 kids ranging from 2-10 and they all had a great time and enjoyed the downstairs most. Sadly for us it rained most of our stay so we didn't get to hike or do the go carts but we have done both before and always have a great time. We stayed at this house 4 years ago and were very excited to come back since we knew the layout worked so well for our group. Great communication and a clean quiet house.

The house was great for our family. It was a little dated with some wear and tear on deck and in kitchen. All in all, it was a nice place to stay with plenty of room.

Always great to have the space for family and friends to enjoy a ski weekend together. The large kitchen and the two large tables to allowed the adults and kids to enjoy many good times together - that will be remembered for a life time.
Also really appreciated the exceptional responsiveness of the VPMS Team to our questions.

Although we had a rainy weekend thanks to Hurricane Ian, everything about the house could not have been better. Communication with the management was stellar and the house is exactly as advertised.

Massanutten July 4th
We enjoyed our stay. The place was well located. However, the Queen bed in the basement was not usable bc the mattress was sunken in the middle. We did not have water on Saturday and minimal water on Sunday. We did call management. I hope I will be monetarily compensated for these losses. Thank you.

House filled our needs well
Overall, the house filled our needs well. We especially enjoyed the great room which was open with good lighting. The master bedroom and bath was exceptional. The home had two tables which made eating for our large group convenient. Plenty of parking space behind the house. We had a complaint that the mattress in the upper floor bedroom (not the master) was sunken in the middle so the sleepers tended to roll toward each other. We also found a couple of the kitchen chairs were in in bad repair when we arrived. Overall, the house offers good value for the price.

Perfect Spring Break
The house was perfect for what we we had planned for Spring Break and my daughter’s birthday. From the space it offered, to the amenities. Would have more more a bit more family game options, but overall we had a great experience. While we had issues with AC, it was quickly resolved, property management communicated with me promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

Great location and very responsive management team
This property has great location. Walking to the ski lift (although we stayed in spring, not entirely sure if the lift allows access from the street though). Close to the amenities the resort offers, the family adventure park, waterpark etc all close by. Management team is lightning fast in terms responding to messages and requests, trying their best to accomodate. Recommend,

A bright light on the mountain
Our stay at this house was wonderful. We wanted a place where we could be near a resort for activities that also had plenty of room for us to spread out and allow us our privacy. This house delivered both.
The house is light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped. And everything was pretty much 100% as we had hoped.

You will not want to leave..
It was more than enough room for my big family. The sencery was fantastic. So relaxing and enjoyable. The space was perfect. The upper deck was where I spent most of my time just enjoying the weather and watching deer run by. I really can't put in words of how I didn't want to leave.

Would Stay Again
I recently stayed at this house with my children and grandchildren. It was clean and extremely well-stocked. The only thing I would bring next time would be some Tupperware containers for our leftovers.
The kitchen had a variety of common spices, there were plenty of garbage bags, laundry detergent, hand soap for the bathroom, and a wide variety of pots and pans. There was both a coffee maker and keurig. We did need an extra roll of paper towels and some toilet paper, which we brought, but that’s about all you need to bring other than personal products for you bathroom and games if your family is into that.
The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but my daughter, who chose the bedroom adjacent to the children’s bedroom ( with the bunk bed), ended up sleeping on one of the beds in the children’s room because her mattress sagged. This is my only complaint.
I would recommend staying here.

Last Minute Booking
My stay was incredible. The host was very helpful and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner, it never took more than 30 minutes for a reply. The house is very spacious and with a group of 14 adults, it can get pretty loud. If the kitchen/dinning area became too loud the downstairs family area was quiet. The house is located a few minutes drive away from the family adventure park, mini golf, go karts and an outdoor pool. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing escape that’s still located near activities for kids.

Comfortable
We stayed the this property for Spring Break. It is in a good location for access to Charlottesville, Shenandoah, and other places to visit. The house is very roomy and the couches are very comfortable. We had 6 people and plenty of space to be together and apart. We easily could have had several more folks. It is clear that this is a rental property. The property could use some updates and shows a fair amount of wear and tear. For instance, the toaster does not work, pots and pans have seen better days, one control on the bathtub is broken, the dishwasher controls are challenging, the floors need work, etc. However, we enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

Great home to gateway
The property is spacious and clean as website described. Beds in 4 out of 5 bedrooms are super comfortable. I am very picky on bedding cleanliness but the beddings in theses rooms exceed my expectations. The smalls beds in the fifth room with bunk bed need better bedding and duvet like other rooms. It is really cold sleeping in the lower level even with additional multiple light blankets. This is the only complaint about our stay. Hope it can be improved. Overall it is a great property and we will definitely come back again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and better than pictured. The location was perfect as well!
This being my first time renting from VRBO, I admit I was a little uneasy. However, every aspect of this process along with this beautiful home highly exceeded my expectations. We hope to be able to come back again soon!
