Our stay was amazing! The condo is situated only about 300 yards from all the action! Super clean and cozy! We didn’t do much else but sleep in the condo because we couldn’t stay away from all the beautiful sites! I would highly recommend renting this unit!

The unit was clean, modern, and equipped with everything one could need. The bed and sofa bed were quite comfortable. The owner, Phil, was very responsive and helpful. I’d just like to point out that while the walk to the slopes is short, it is uphill and very icy

We recently attended a conference at Big Sky Resort and stayed at this condo. The location was ideal and the condo was nicely equipped. Coin operated laundry facilities were downstairs. Only a 10 minute walk to all the amenities at the resort. Phil, the owner was very helpful and responsive with great suggestions on local activities and restaurants. Would gladly stay again if we return to Big Sky.

The property was very clean and more than expected. Check in was simple. Lock box w key code. It is Big Sky Resort complex and 2 min walk to resort center. Phil the host was always available but didn't need his services. Would definitely book again.

The place was EXACTLY what we were expecting and a lot closer to the ski hill than I anticipated! Phil was very personable and in communication with us all week to make sure everything was going well. We plan on booking another trip next year and will definitely book through Phil again!

We were extremely lucky to find this condo that is slope side and at an incredibly great price. It's just a slight walk up a hill probably about 400 yd and you are right at the base. My wife who was skiing had a little more difficulty in ski boots going up so I would drop her off at the staircase to the lifts in the car and then Park and walk back up with my snowboard. The walk probably takes 3- 5 minutes tops. Going back down to the condo as you see again we both just walked down the hill as it is a little easier going down a slope in ski boots than it is up. Otherwise you are right there and can stroll up to the shops and the restaurants at the base with ease not have to get in your car. Going back down to the Big Sky town is about a 10 minute drive back down the mountain and there is all the shopping to do there.
We usually buy the icon for day pass for our trips out west so days we are not on the slopes we go snowshoeing and there are a ton of great trails in areas where you can either follow a groom Trail or cut your own path if you feel more adventurous.
There's a great map of all the trails in Gallatin Mountain Sports Shop which is down in Big Sky town.
Process if you already taking the conferred passenger condo is very clean and spacious enough for two people. It was well stocked with all your basic paper products supplies and had a very nice compliment of cooking pots and pans as well. We stopped in Costco in Bozeman on our way down and were able to get most of the food we needed. There is a great little grocery store called Roxy's Market in Big Sky town if there is anything you can't get at the larger stores in Bozeman before you head down.
The Host Phil was very responsive with communication and even went out of his way to help me put flowers in the room to surprise my wife when we got there.
If not for the price and location of the condo itself it is very nice to have a host that will communicate with you promptly and help you out.
We had a great time the weather was fantastic for skiing and snowboarding and snowshoeing and we were right there slope side so we didn't have to pile gear in the car everyday and drive up to find somewhere to park and walk to the lifts.
For a winter vacation I highly recommend. And for a fantastic host I also highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Phil's condo for a quick ski trip to Big Sky. Communication with Phil was great. He even took us on a ski tour of the mountain to see some great spots we would have missed otherwise. The condo was in the perfect location - 5 minute walk to the lift. It was also spotless and had everything we needed. We will stay here again if we're back in the area! Thanks Phil!!

Had a wonderful stay, and except for being too old to figure out the tv procedures, everything was great.

The stay at this property was perfect. We felt like the condo was actually ours. Lots of attention to detail in the decor and was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condo was perfect for us. The view of the mountains is beautiful. The condo was well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and comfortable linens. Primary heating was from a gas fireplace controlled by a thermostat which is a nice touch. You can ski back from the slopes and it’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the slopes. Phil could not have been more accommodating.
As for Big Sky it is a skiers mountain. If skiing is just an excuse to go to bars and restaurants then it probably isn’t your resort. However if you want incredible terrain and no lift lines it is perfect.

I stayed here for 1 week. The place was very clean and comfortable. The size was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen had all that we needed. The location was great - I walked to the slopes every morning which was about 5 minutes up a slight hill, and since there was snow on the road I was able to ski back right to the complex in the afternoon. I also met the owner, Phil, and his wife, and they were both very nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

Phil was a great owner. He was always easy to reach. He responded to all my questions, and he did everything possible to make our week of skiing awesome. He even managed to arrange for 10” of fresh snow for our first day of skiing.

First, I want to thank the owner Phil, who was a great help from the beginning. I received all necessary info in advance. His condo has everything you need. You also have a free access to Huntley pool, which is in a walking distance across parking lot. We did CC-ski at Loan Mountain Ranch, and it was enjoyable. The only disadvantage was a very weak WI-FI. We brought a mobile internet with us and used it to watch movies on the computer.

Clean, very well organized and equipped.Living room is just what skiers need, spacious, relaxing and has a panoramic view of the mountains. You can count on Phil, very professional handling of our entire stay.We will be back.

I was in Montana for a week of fly fishing. This condo was everything I needed and more. Fabulous fishing within 10 minutes of Big Sky. The condo was well equipped and Phil was great to deal with even the strangest requests (Bear Spray) didn't phase him. I look forward to next year when I hope to stay at Phil's beautiful and clean condo again. Highly recommended!

Great condo! We rented the downstairs unit before but now with a young son we like the one upstairs, a little more open space and a table. We are looking at coming back in 2013. Loved Big Sky, loved Phil and the condo.
